Everything. Apartment has everything you need including cooking utensils and laundry. Excellent when you are holidaying with family and like to cook whenever you want. Brilliant view from balcony, very quiet, we hardly hear any noise from people using the pool which is very rare when you stay in apartments with many families staying there too. Lots choices of the swimming pool in the complex, never crowded and always can find sunbeds. Handy to go everywhere within walking distance to beaches, shops, etc. Host is very responsive and very helpful. David was very kindly allowing us to check out later in the afternoon as our flight wasn't til night time. Checking in and out was smooth. Definitely would stay here again when we visit Tenerife. Definitely recommended. You will not be disappointed.

Minor flaw, Lacking mirrors. There is only 1 in the bathroom. The four of us found it challenging when taking turn to get ready. My suggestions will be either put 1 full body mirror in each bedroom or just 1 full body size mirror in the hallway will suffice.

Conveniently located near restaurants, bars, beach and shops. Balcony was lovely overlooking the pool. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and secure property.

Sofa in the lounge needs to be replaced as it’s very worn and untidy looking. To improve your stay would recommend a full length mirror, instructions how you use the oven, bread and chopping knife, 2 reclining chairs for the balcony and more pillows.

The apartment is newly renovated, almost everything is brand new. The complex is really nice, 10-12 min to the ocean. The view from the balcony is exactly as in the pictures and so is the apartment. Really appreciated all the facilities. The bus station and supermarket is just 2 steps away. Thankful to the owner for the water bottle and Sangria which expected us in the fridge at arrival- as a welcome gift. Another plus was the air conditioned which was.necessary in the first days of September. The cleanliness was spotless. Steve was very friendly and helpful.

It is a little bit hard to find a parking place. I was expecting to have the basic consumables at least for the first day: soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher, sponge,etc... There was half of toilet paper in the bathroom, some shampoo in a bottle (probably from the previous guest) and some dishwasher in a bottle. There was no soap for handwashing, nor shower gel. If you forget food on the kitchen table/furniture, there were some extremely small insects (never seen them before) coming. We stayed for 9 nights and we were expecting to have the apartment cleaned/bed sheets changed at least one time during this period - unfortu tunately this was not included.

Great location for the beach and activities like Siam Park. It was clean and tidy with almost everything you could need for your stay. Has a great pool for lazy days and a bar in the complex too. Great staff, both David the owner and the incoming agent.

No sharp knives so making food for ourselves was harder but not impossible. We just used the steak knives instead to cut ingredients.

Great location both of the area and in the actual apartments overlooking the pool. Air con was great. Was perfect for us really

Only complaint my wife had was lack of a full length mirror 🤣. It was a little smaller than what we are used to but was fine. The walk up hill at night could be hard work for older people.

The location was excellent, the view off the balcony was amazing, the communication with the host and the people dealing with the keys were on point. The whole experience was great and I’m already looking to go again next year!

The Complex is a lovely place, and a great location, we enjoy that area of Costa Adeje and the local bars, The Pub, Irish Oak, and La Flaka and Wigan pier. The room itself was great, clean and tidy. It has a nice sofa bed in the lounge as well as a good smart TV which was nice for our daughter who liked that she could log in and use her Netflix and Disney+ accounts. The Bed in bedroom isn't the best but fine for holiday. Plenty of storage to keep things in, and apartment has lots of equipment for cooking etc, although we didn't use any as we ate all our meals out. The host Steve is a lovely man, and very friendly. The complex itself is huge, we liked the big pool at the back which is very close the the stairs you use to access the apartment. The staff over at the pool bar were fantastic people, very friendly, and the food was very nice.

Nothing, I did realise after booking that there was no air con, and on arrival we found there was only a fan on the light in the lounge, which isn't enough, especially at the height of summer, so we went and purchased 2 fans so we could cope as it was very hot especially at night trying to sleep. We left them in the wardrobe in the bedroom, so I hope other people holidaying there can make use of them.

Location was excellent with the beach within walkable reach. Good equipment for self catering. Mare Verde is a resort we know well and has never disappointed us.

No negatives. The one improvement we would suggest is a small coffee table by the sofa.
