The ideal location, short walk to playa de Fañabé, local restaurants, the pools, the modern and spacious apartments, the staff. Basically, there was 8 of us staying at two apartments within close proximity to each other. To sum up, our stay was amazing and Fabio and the staff at Mare Verde made our stay the most comfortable and relaxing ever. We had 4 children with us and they all had a super time. We couldn't have asked for a cleaner or more beautiful apartment. We had everything we needed and much more, we hope to stay here again one day. A special thanks to Fabio who made sure he was there to meet us and give us the keys, he also delivered clean towels and linen to refresh the ones already provided. Alway answered any queries or messages promptly, a wonderful host, thank you again!

The apartment was equipped with everything you needed. There has been a-lot thought and effort put into the decor very clean and modern. Fabio the host was extremely friendly. The pool was well maintained and always plenty of sun loungers . The apartment is close to a variety of shops bars and restaurants with the beaches around a 10min walk away. Me and my husband had a perfect holiday and would defiantly recoomend apartamant Mareverde Resort .

Myself and my partner visited in November 2023. We had advised our approximate check in time via booking.com and had to call the owner when we were 20 minutes from the property. I called Fabien but he asked me to text as his English isn't so good which is absolutely fine - Google translate works fine. It would have been helpful if we knew where our transfer had to drop us off as it's a big resort - a designated meeting point would be ideal. We were dropped off at the green gate near to the shop and we met Fabien here and he took us to the apartment. We had 2 large cases and 2 cabin cases and there were some stairs which we had to drag the cases up which were quite heavy but you only do this on arrival and leaving so not a big deal. Fabien quickly took us through everything, showed us how to operate the safe and then we gave him our 100 euros deposit which we obviously knew about. The apartment is lovely. It has everything you would need & the washing machine is a bonus. This is our first time in an apartment for many years therefore we know for next time that we don't need so many clothes as we were able to wash. All of the plates, glasses, mugs etc seemed quite new and were all clean. It was really good to have the full size fridge freezer. We didn't watch TV much, however, we did log into Netflix and Prime which was fine - there are some British channels on the TV also. We didn't use the seating on the porch - it was mainly used to put our laundry to dry. It would have been helpful to have a clothes airer that you could bring inside the apartment. The one on the wall is tiny and only holds a couple of items, therefore, you have to put the clothes over the chairs etc outside. The location of the apartment is good. There is a hill you need to go down to Adeje therefore someone with mobility issues may struggle as it's quite steep. It's about a 10 minute walk away from where we like to go.

We didn't find the bed comfortable. It's seems to be a memory foam mattress and you get very hot during the night (they are known for this). Also, the fitted sheet and mattress protector kept coming off and there were several nights where we were having to re-make the bed in the middle of the night as it had come off. This resulted in a disturbed sleep which left us tired. The complex itself is a bit dated and the pool beside the apartment was closed. This is obviously nothing to do with the apartment itself and we knew about the pool being closed beforehand.

Good location. Terrace area overlooking pool area with afternoon and evening sun. Well equipped apartment. Host very responsive when we had issue with WIFI attended promptly and arranged for repair. Very pleasant and helpful

Bathroom area needs some upgrading and shower area needing some assistance.

The location was great, a bus stop right outside and plenty of restaurants and bars, etc., within short walking distance. Plenty of activities in the surrounding areas and easy transport links around the island. Multiple private pools to choose from and a reasonably priced pool bar with food and snacks. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything an average kitchen would have plus some extra gadgets.

Lovely apartment, in a really good location in Costa Adeje. Not far from airport. The pools were lovely and Lorna’s Pool Bar was great. Staff super friendly and food cheap, and tasted delicious. Fabio was accommodating too, and was able to get us checked in early. Really helpful man.

Could do with more umbrellas around the pools.

The apartment was located on the ground floor in the Mareverde resort, which has an outdoor pool. The position of this resort is very good compared to the 2 neighboring beaches (Fanabe and Duque). For the parking space in front of the resort the chances are slim, but you can park near the secondary exit or in another parking lot near the resort. Very convenient is the distance to the Mercadona store (very well stocked) in the X-Sur shopping center (5-6 minutes walk).

The dimensions of the apartment are not very generous but they can satisfy you for a stay. In terms of consumables, they should be more careful, both quantitatively, but also in terms of diversity... For example, the toilet paper was insufficient, the shower gel, shampoo, detergent for the washing machine were missing....

Really great apartment, plenty of space. You are 5ft away from a pool. But there is also lots of other lovely pools around the facility. There is also a bar at the apartment facility that offers really cheap drinks and food Very modernly decorated inside and comfortable, has a smart tv that you can get onto Netflix onto as well. Also property is a 5/10 minute walk to the beach front, but lots of pubs and restaurants on the walk down.

Very very clean mattresses very comfortable plenty of space everything you needed would go again definitely I tried to book while I was there for next year but it was already booked up.

Could not get English channels on TV . Not a great issue on holiday but would have been nice
