The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We had a sea view which was nice. The beds were comfortable and were actually 2 single beds which we were able to push apart. The pool area was clean, had no trouble finding sun loungers at this time of the year but could be a problem in busier times. It was a comfortable 10/15 minute walk downhill to beach and lots of shops and restaurants, easy to get a taxi back to apartments, only €5/6. Supermarket on site and a lovely little danish bakery for coffee and sweet treats. Bigger supermarket 5mins down the street. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The jacuzzi wasn't working for the first few days but then when it worked it was constantly filled with kids. They were jumping in as if they were jumping into the pool. Maybe would be a good idea to have some adult time only or at least that children must be accompanied by an adult.

Very good value, nice and quite up the hill away from the busy restaurants but an easy walk. Please bare tho in mind if walking is hard you will need to book a taxicab but hotel staff happy to help. Room was clean, light and had Seaview. No air con but the two fans on ceiling were good enough for us. Pool clean and bar staff friendly.

The shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom on every shower. I did report this. Room 125 great room with Seaview just drain needs fixing.

Everything necessary was in reach (little shop, bakery), the complexum was imposing, personel at the reception was very kind and helpful. The beach was a little bit further away, but it is still OK. I think the near Play del Duque is the most spectacular coast among the others here down to Last Vistas. The nights were quiet.

The internet was quite slow and was disconnected from time to time. A general renovation would make a lot (kitchen furniture, light switches), but they were still not a big issue. However, the separately paid spa really needs some investment.

We had an amazing holiday! The location is amazing with a great view and great staff. The apartments are spacious and the heated pool is really amazing. I feel like there might be a new owner as they were really investing in the buildings (painting, placing solar panels). The beach is about 20 min walk down and we used a taxi for return to the hotel which costed about €4,50 (also pending weekend/night tariffs). Our son of 5 really enjoyed the swimming pool and felt really safe to let him swim there alone. The three pools are different in dept: 0,50m - 1.10m and 1.20m - 160m. In between the kidspool and the others there are huge rocks so the kids can’t go to the other pools per accident. They also have a small playground where the kids can easily find each other. There is also like a storage container where people leave there beach stuff, so you don’t have to buy that, you can borrow it there. They have like 4-7 floatable rounds, diving goggles and swimming noodles Animation: Everyday a various program, they are really making an effort to have activities for all ages. While we were there sometimes no one wanted to engage with the program so then it had to be cancelled unfortunately. Restaurant and drinks: I would like them to serve lemonade or Ice tea green, most options they have in soda’s are mostly carbonated (they do have apple juice). Food is really really good and I can recommend eating there. The French fries are really good too!! Don’t forget tot taste some Cocktails during the daily happy hour! PLEASE go to the bbq night. It’s a must, best grill and Canarian potatoes with mojo verde and mojo rojo ever!! Guests: We were the only dutch, i’d say about 80% were from England/Wales/Ireland. Bakery/supermarket There is a small bakery at the reception where from 8AM you can collect fresh bread and other baked goods. There is also a small supermarket where you can get your essentials.

Poolbar: they need a good coffee machine for in the morning, there is only a machine with instant at the reception. I think money can be earned there. Furthermore there is no airco, we didn’t need it at our time, but that could be an investment made like to be able to book a few apartments with airco.

A spacious, comfortable room with fresh furnishings and a stunning sea view. Our apt was located in Neptuno complex across the street but we used the pools at Regency. The heated pool had very warm water (compared to many other places we’ve stayed). Even when the complex was full, there were always sun loungers available. Extremely polite staff, a small pool bar with reasonable prices, plenty of activity options, a spa, and a daily activity program. A couple of times a week, there are evening performances. Everything was very clean. The location is excellent, with several small shops next door and a larger store within walking distance. There are also plenty of dining options in the area. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Everything was perfect

Great stay at Torviscas for a week. 1st time we have stopped there and will 100% be back. Heated pool plenty of sunbeds and great staff. Room was cleaned 3x in 1 week and the apartment had everything you need. There was a snack bar but never used it went to the bakery attached which was excellent. You can rent towels for €5 a week , giant outdoor chess, darts, table tennis and a pool table (€2)We stayed with are 2 teenagers who enjoyed the apartment and only a 15min walk to the main restaurants which we did each eve. There is also a shop attached which has most things you need or a 10min walk to XSur which has loads of shops.

Drinks were not cheap except happy hr 17.30-18.30 don't know how good the WiFi was as just used data.

The staff were all absolutely phenomenal and made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. The apartment was exceptionally clean on arrival, and the balcony had a stunning view of the sea. The pool was great and cleaned every morning, and there were always loungers available. The pool bar was also great. The nighttime entertainment was fantastic as well as the cocktails! The supermarket just round the corner was amazing. Would definitely stay here again! :)

The bedrooms in the apartments could do with an upgrade. The beds were quite uncomfortable and awkward to sleep in when you’re a couple as it is two single beds. The paintwork in the room could also do with a touch up as there were many marks on the walls. Apart from this, it was amazing!

The staff were lovely, it was kept clean and tidy. Had great pool areas (adult only,music playing by another, kids could play near another). You didn’t have to fight for sunbeds. Our little kitchenette had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the promenade. The beds were comfy enough and had white covers ( none of those old fashioned covers).Had inexpensive bars by the pools that also did good snacks. Will definitely be booking again, loved every minute!

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

The accommodation was suitable for our needs. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool was clean and pleasant. Its location in the hills made the surroundings very pleasant - not crowded and not noisy. There is a supermarket approximately 5 minutes away, and it's a 15-minute walk to the local promenade and beach. By car, it takes 10-15 minutes to reach Aqualand, Siam Park, and several other nice beaches.

What was unpleasant was that despite receiving Wi-Fi access, there was no internet connection. However, regardless of the latter, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

Everything was great for the price! Nice hotel and nice views. Lovely staff, constant opportunity to part take in activities arranged by the animation team, who were all just lovely.

No concerns with the hotel itself, it was all great. One thing though, It didn’t bother me since I’m young and fit, but keep in mind that the walk up from the beach is quite steep, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues or similar concerns. But don’t let this put you off as getting taxi is fairly easy and it’s not far so won’t be too expensive…
