😀 nice and clean hotel as a quick stop over on the way to our home in Spain. Staff extremely helpful. typical continental breakfast. very nice. Pet friendly. We had 2 dogs with us. We would stay again.

😀 We had our 2 dogs with us and we booked through booking.com. It did not state there was an extra charge for dogs on the booking.com site. The hotel said we should have paid for our dogs. It was a genuine mistake on our part as we should have let the hotel know we were bringing them. But we had booked a few hotels on our journey and just forgot to inform them in this case. There was no problem though and the dogs stayed with us in our room.

There was a bike room to store our gravel bikes safely. The staff was very helpful finding a pump to inflate the tires. Also we could leave the car for a few days on the parking lot while bikepacking. The breakfast was basic but good enough to load some carbs for a long bike ride

The bedroom for 3 people didn't exist of 3 proper beds. One of the beds was a foldable bed and not very comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very load and the food didn't look too good. The hotel could use some updates overall.

The room was a nice size, clean and quiet, breakfast was good with a great choice. Has secure parking for Motor bike. Staff very good. The storks and nests on the cathedral roof was amazing to see.

The restaurant lets the hotel down. The food is ok and plentiful but some of the staff need a lesson in how to treat and talk to people. My Spanish is not very good although I do try, but I did manage to understand the member of staff who served me being very rude to a member of the public about my lack of spanish so for this reason I would not stay at this hotel again.

Parking - we were able to reserve a space allocated for coaches as we had a trailer. Breakfast was very good, good choice of food. Comfy bed Very smart and clean public areas.

We felt we were given a room which was ready for a refresh because we had a dog with us Machine coffee at breakfast was not nice. Food for breakfast was portioned on small plates each covered in cling film ( eg 2 slices of cheese). Should they not be using less plastic these days?

We visit this hotel every year with our cats (as it is a pet friendly hotel) on our way to the Costa Brava + we love it! Great staff. Plenty of parking. Clean + comfortable room Restaurant/bar is part of the hotel + serves a good selection of food including the biggest burgers you'll ever see + for a reasonable price too! There is also a continental style buffet breakfast available which we also enjoy in the morning We cannot fault this place! It's fab!

I liked everything about this hotel. No issues wht so ever

The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the shower hot. The breakfast was ok.

In the breakfast area there were paper cups beneath the coffee machine. Because we were a bit pressed for time, we decided to take our breakfast coffee to go. The lady in the breakfast area, stopped me with 2 cups of coffee and told me that food was not permitted to be taken out. She told me to throw them away. A bit petty if you ask me. Otherwise why offer a paper cup?

Car park was conveniently located, room was nice & clean with a comfy bed & pillows. Breakfast was good with a nice selection to choose from & friendly helpful staff. Cafeteria downstairs was very convenient; we had the biggest meat lovers burger ever & it was delicious.....good prices too. Great location to visit Las Bardenas National Park which is why we stayed there.

All was good.

Always plenty of parking spaces. Check in was very easy and our requested room was available. The manager who was covering reception was very helpful and put our fridge and freezer items away as required. We always ask for extra pillows and these were already in the room which I believe was due to Marta sorting this even though she was not working on the day of our arrival. Ideally situated for exploring the town of Alfaro. Also well placed for the AP 15 travelling North or down to Zaragoza and on to Valencia etc

We were used to having a fridge in the room but it was not available this time

Rooms are a good size and clean. TV is provided although no English channels. The beds are comfortable and extra pillows are available if you want them. The breakfast area has plenty of room and tables and the choice of food (continental) is fine. The hotel has plenty of parking available and is nicely located by the bullring. There is a garage across from it so refuelling the car is easy. You can walk into the town centre very easily.

The lack of English TV channels.

Comfortable standard hotel room. Really appreciate that they are pet friendly and allowed our 3 little dogs to stay with us for a charge of €20. It was the first time they allowed 3 dogs in a room and the dogs were very grateful :)

It would be nice if some drinking water was provided in the room.
