Rooms were generous size. Beds very comfortable. Roof top pool and bar were great. Underground parking was a bonus. Had asked for a kettle in the room - which was waiting for us when we arrived. Very grateful for that.

Woken up in the middle of the night, two nights running, by something loose on the building banging in the wind. Neighbouring guests clearly heard it too. Bedside lamp faulty (cable was damaged) - left note (in Spanish) for room staff as it could have been dangerous - when came back to room at the end of the day, the lamp was plugged in, and the cable had not been repaired / replaced.

the hotel is in a great location. It has a superb restaurant attached to it. The room we were allocated was already occupied so we were upgraded.

Access to the secure car parking was down a steep incline and when you got down there was a tight turn. Some of the bays are small and is very tight to get into and not everyone parks with care.

The room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. I could rest well at night. The bathroom was pretty clean and well-equipped too. I brought my own toiletries out of habit, but they were provided in the bathroom too. I didn't find slippers, though, so bringing my own was a wise choice (partly because I had been planning to go to the beach anyway). The staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. They not only gave me a map and some sightseeing tips but also helped me call a taxi whenever I had need. There was even free candy!

I heard from the reception desk that there was breakfast in the hotel, but unfortunately I didn't get to taste it because I had to leave early for work in the morning. The location was convenient enough but not quite near the beach (so I had to take a taxi whenever I wanted to go there), but that wasn't too much trouble either.

Handy stay over close to the airport before we headed onto our home. It’s was spacious, very clean and the staff were friendly . The beds were comfortable and the location surprisingly quiet. Only 10 minutes from the beach and some great restaurants. Local cafes a 2 minute walk served coffee and tostadas for breakfast.

Honestly the only minor complaint was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities In our room , nor was there any complimentary water.

lovely interconnecting rooms with lovely bathroom inbetween bonus of a fridge/mini bar too very comfortable & very large rooms easy parking underneath except for a huge BMW driver who clearly struggled to park it so just left it lady on reception very helpful & friendly

room was clean though bathroom,could have done with another check & another mop as long hairs everywhere including in the bath struggled to find somewhere to eat so had to drive to large shopping complex

Excellent location. Right in the centre of the city so walking distance to everything. We had a car to be able to drive around. (Mainly to the hospital which was the reason for our stay) Amazing staff- so friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond for us! Yummy breakfast- lots of options and very fresh. I even loved the options of plant milks to have with coffee which is hard to find in Spain. Exceptional cleanliness. Our room was cleaned every day and everywhere in the hotel was spotless all the time Fresh decor. The hotel was modern Comfy beds! With extra blankets provided if needed. Great shower pressure! Air con in the room Blackout curtains to shut out the light & road noise The reception smelt beautiful every time I walked in

Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. Bathroom probably is due a refurb, but was spotlessly clean.

Very nice staff, new furniture, good location even if it's not in the centre there are several restaurants nearby and very good. The mattress was sooo comfy, I'll give it a 5 star! The hotel has its own parking but we left our car in the street 'cause there were several spaces and didn't have any problem.

The reception staff were brilliant! Good sized comfortable rooms. High quality restaurant. Good breakfast. Very handy for the airport.

We booked 2 rooms. One had ants in the bathroom but this was addressed quickly by the staff. This should have been noted and dealt with by the cleaning staff. The hot water was brown!

Bed very big and comfortable, ehough storage space if you want to be there for longer, reception 24/7 so very convenient, bathroom is quite big as well and comes equipped with a bidet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good also, right next to a Michelin restaurant. There is a laundry mat very close by and also a patisserie if you want to grab breakfast.

The bathroom had a bit of a smell. There wasn't a button to start the extract fan, so I assume that's why. Also, although they had parking, we were asked to pay for it, which was a bit odd. Oli still recommend it.

I expected better guest welcome that one normally expects in hotels. Maybe the person in reception was upset for an unknown reason. Although we were a family, a single water bottle was placed as a gesture, only once. In other hotels they add water bottles daily during guests stay, is it a miser admin.? Probably
