Very good for a beach hotel. The location is amazing right at the front of the beach. The food was good, nice range of options, with quality in comparison with other beach hotels that we've stayed in. The suites at the top with the Jacuzzi are amazing: a large terrace with pool chairs, table and chairs, with a magnificent view for the sea and the bay. Sympathetic and friendly staff, from reception to restaurant. Plug for electric cars (Tesla destiny charger) was a curtesy of the hotel and a plus!

Bit old fashion decoration. A small refurbishment would be perfect.

Great staff and location, rooms were spacious with nice balcony (sea view - 3rd floor). All beds were huge and reasonably comfortable. The main hall looked great, though it needs a touch of renovation (just like the rooms themselves). The Spa was alright, maybe not exactly worth the money requested - but, overall, is enjoyable. Breakfast was good and very good restaurants were nearby. The parking garage was good and spacious.

The hotel looks a bit old, rooms are missing kettles or some other extras that are generally normal for 4* hotel (like bath robes, slippers, or free towels for the Spa (2eur isn't much, but should've been a part of the Spa pricing in my opinion)).

The suite was impressive and kept spotless. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Nice touch with welcoming fresh fruit and water delivered to room. Fridge & Kettle in room was helpful. Hotel Facilities were good too. We liked the heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Great selection at breakfast, with staff constantly clearing and replenishing. Good Secure Parking Garage

Possibly an additional 'a la carte' restaurant for a quiet meal. The buffet style had great selection but ambience wasn't conducive to a romantic celebration

Very cozy and nice interior, huge bed and good matress, option for beach towel, very nice pools and programs. Had a very happy 2 week holiday. the staff was nice and helped in every type of request.

In every way the hotel is cozy beutiful and very good, the cleaning in the rooms sometimes not perfect. I guess it depends on the cleaning staff. The 100 Euro deposit we had to pay during check in was not obvius during the booking reservation so we were surprised. It would be good to make it clear before arrival for the guests.

Everything was really good , rooms were large , clean and comfortable . Public areas were also clean and comfortable. Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and really got into the spirit of the Halloween festivities. A good range of activities were available and both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean .Buffet meals were very good with a good choice of food for everyone. Hotel was in a good location very close to the beach and within easy reach of the town and the castle.

There was nothing to dislike .

Great location- near the beach. Spacious room and live entertainment each night. Good selection of food available at the restaurant and live paella cooking on Friday. Indoor pool, gym and spa facilities open each day between 10am and 8pm.

The kids' play room wasn't open the whole day (my daughter was upset that she couldn't use it after 5.55pm or between 1.30pm-3.30pm). Water and juice were only available free of charge during breakfast, and you had to pay for them during lunch or dinner.

The staff are hardworking and quite positive to communicate with. Good people! The hotel is old but kept very clean. I plan on going back.

My only disappointment is the food. During breakfast you get many options and I wouldn’t complain. But dinner has always been a challenge for me. The food quality is very low: industrial and tasteless . The fish is low quality and I’m unable to eat it. To offer the prices they do, they have to sacrifice on the quality. I get it. I will go back but will never pay for lunch and dinner again 🙏

Good location for sea front and easy walk to old town, good restaurants nearby, quiet area, spacious rooms and public areas, adequate food offering in the hotel, bike room is good.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, not possible to obtain English tea at all, limited food options for vegetarians and nothing identifying vegetarian/ vegan food on the servery, no access to outside from bike room without passing through hotel, some tired bathroom facilities (although still usable).

Both dinner and breakfast were very rich, varied and excellent. The hotel lobby is huge and very nice. We found free parking in the street jus next to the hotel. I have only nice words to say about the hotel. We stayed there in November 2024 with our 8-year old son, who also enjoyed the gaming room.

The only thing I would change are the tiles in the restaurant :D But that's really not important anyway.
