The location was perfect, 5 seconds walking to the mall, groceries stores next to the hotel, bed super comfortable, cooler in the room.

Nothing, was really good, the only thing was that the staff didn’t speak english, at least the one that was checking me in, but we managed to understand each other.

Facilities, staff , breakfast , room size and cleanliness. Special mention to the breakfast it was really really good. Also hotel staff were polite and always ready to help for any requirement.

Distance from city center was very long. Atleast you need to spend 20 euro on uber or you have to change 2 transport to reach there . Not ideal if you want to explore Barcelona city.

The location (Sant Andreu) is quite unusual, close to a huge shopping mall but away from practically all tourist spots but perfect for me. The hotel is located on a block with only one way streets around, it has private parking garage (20€/night, open 24h) at the rear with limited places but direct access to the lobby. Unfortunately you can't stop the car in front of the hotel, unless you park on the large side walk (watch your tyres) or find a public parking spot which is a often challenge in this area. The lobby is nicely furbished as well as the breakfast area, with an excellent buffet priced reasonably. The staff in very friendly and helpful. The place is wheelchair accessible, and has a spa and gym in the basement. The 2 single beds were super comfy and the bathroom with bath/shower (and bidet, not so common) spacious and clean. Strong WiFi, did not use the TV.

The cleaning of the room could be a notch better and the furniture looks a bit outdated and worn compared to the entrance of the hotel. The room was located on the second floor in a non-smoking section but there was a persistent smell of a joint on the corridor and also in the room (note: the management decided not to charge us breakfast for the nuisance, chapeau!).

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge and smart tv, and a couch and a working desk. It was a quiet place so you could sleep anytime of the day. The staff was helpful and friendly and spoke english. For 3+ days you get a free session in the spa water area. The breakfast was amazing with tasty and fresh food, and delicious espresso. In the neighborhood was a shopping center so you could find anything you needed. Also many nice places to eat close that didn't cost much compared to the city center. The train station was close like 5-10 min walk, and a 20 min ride to the city center. You can have a walk/run by the river Besos since its 10 mins from the hotel.

The couch had reached its end of life but still not that big of an issue.

Great facilities, rich breakfast, helpful and cheerful staff. Would definitely recommend. The only thing that you have to be careful is to know the metro and train stations well so you can get to the centre easily. This can be quite tricky if it is your first time in Barcelona. It is 10 mins away from the station so it is not that bad. If you dont have the breakfast included there is a mall literally next to the hotel where you can find anything. Although there are no balconies in the building ( which can be quite annoying if you are a smoker), the buildings conditions are great and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend, make sure to do your research on transportation though if you intend to visit the centre of Barcelona.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-organized. All areas, from the rooms to the public spaces, were always tidy and spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and the room amenities were good and sufficient. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The hotel is less than a one-minute walk from the bus stop, which provides easy access to all parts of the city or the nearest metro station.

It would have been nice if the rooms had balconies, but there is a cozy space on the ground floor where you can enjoy a coffee and smoke.

The property was really clean and ideal location. I travelled everywhere by cab and fare was affordable and didn’t take long to get to city centre. Love the spa and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was my birthday weekend and the hotel staff gave me free access for an hour at the spa for free as part of my birthday treat- which was really lovely! And they sent up a lovely birthday cake! All in all I had the best stay :) and will definitely come again.

Air conditioning was a little low for me- staff explained it was because of the current seasonal temperature. I travelled in October so deemed as quite cold so AC wasn’t as cold.

It was great for a family stay. They have spacious rooms and nice facilities like gym and a spa. The spa was very nice. Westfield shopping centre is directly behind and it has an amazing supermarket which is very convenient.

It's mostly mentioned in other comments, but there is no kettle in the room, tea/coffee, etc. But it wasn't such a big deal for us. If you want hot coffee in the morning you will have to pay for the breakfast, or buy from starbucks in Westfield. If you are travelling to Central Barcelona, it is a little bit of a commute, but because the hotel was good for our needs, I think it was very good value. We took a Taxis to the airport for our return flight (which was early in the morning) cost around 45 Euro.

The personnel, very helpful and always very polite, also very clean rooms and the welcome package when they clean your room was absolutely wonderful, plus the surprise of a free hour in the spa for booking three nights was a lovely surprise

It’s a little far away from the city centre but the public transport it’s Brilliant, and in the rooms, the walls are very thin, we were woken up by big hits against the wall by the head board of the next room, if you know what I mean, you could hear everything
