Its location to FC Barcelona tour, the hotel staff were very warm and friendly, the room was a great size and comfortable. We ate In the restaurant on one of the evenings and the food surprised us and was very tasty, the whiskey sours were very good too! Close to the hop on and hop off bus and a small park across the road for children. Really enjoyed our stay thank you.

Although clean the bathroom needed some maintenance attention Round the shower in particular I don’t think the extract worked which is causing the issue.

The facilities were spot on . The room was amazingly comfy, cleaners respect your property . Very friendly staff .You can shop and eat in the hotel . Very close to the Airport £24 normal taxi fair . Uber or Bolt your way around the city and you will be fine .

They don't have a barista all the time. At busy times you get poor service or no service but there is plenty of coffee shops around . One morning I asked for a coffee at reception because no one was serving at the bar and I never got it . They did apologise 30-45 min later to be fair .

Very friendly staff, pretty good breakfast buffet, spacious room (in standard category). Some of the interior might be a bit older, but it is all fine and I slept well in the bed. For my business trip, the location was pretty good (it would also be ideal for getting to Camp Nou). For getting to the city center or the beach, there might be better locations (don't expect a view either), but they surely would be more pricey as well, I guess.

I cannot really complain. The price was high, but other hotels in Barcelona are (much) more expensive. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden and the hotel does not look very attractive from the outside. It is pretty nice from the inside, however. Sometimes I could hear some neighbors (particularly a party crew next door on Friday), but it was not really a problem and I still slept very well.

Staff is professional, friendly and solicit. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was quiet. Good desk and chair so I could work comfortably while in my room. Located within a walking distance from a metro station and from a large El Corte Ingles, where you find everything you need.

Address is a bit hard to be found. I tried to check it via Google Street View but it is not visible because the hotel entrance is not close to the sidewalk. I came walking from the metro station nearby. Google maps send you through the middle of other buildings.

lovely hotel. we stayed for 4 nights b&b. we was in Barcelona to watch football at camp nou and the location was perfect. just a quick 10 minute walk through the park. Bus stops in easy walking distance and taxis park right outside. we will definitely be returning

Not a great deal of things in walking distance

Loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was and how clean, comfortable and spacious our room was. Staff was kind and welcoming. The area is quiet and safe. We were walking distance from a cute brunch spot (Brunchies), cafes (e.g. Manolo Bakes), dining options, shopping and transit. We were also a very short transit ride to Las Ramblas. I would stay here again!

There was nothing I disliked

The pool, the hotel rooms and beds were comfy. Really nice hotel. The staff were also very polite and welcoming and there were a few nice cafes around.

The only thing is the location was a little far out about 20 mins in a taxi to the centre. There was however a metro we used some days and the tickets and travel cards were cheap however when using the Uber in the evenings did cost about 20 euros each trip to the centre.

The hotel doesn't have many rooms so even though it was possibly fully booked, it felt quiet. The executive room on the 3rd floor provides a lot of space and comfort. Staff were very helpful.

The gym only has 1 solid machine but it was out of order. It's a bit far from the city centre if that's where you are going to be spending most of your time.

An amazingly warm welcome on arrival, very friendly helpful staff, the glass of cava on check in was a lovely touch. The room was huge, very comfortable too, amazing bathroom and again more extra touches like fruit & water in the room. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice, good coffee & again the staff were fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect location too. Only 7 minute walk from the main metro station and then 20 minutes to the center on Barcelona and 10 further to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again and can not recommend it highly enough!

Nothing, I liked everything!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is fantastic, situated close to the L'Illa shopping center and El Corte Inglés in a pleasantly less touristy area. This made exploring Barcelona feel more authentic and relaxed. However, we encountered one inconvenience with one of our rooms—it had a persistent sewer smell that was quite unpleasant. Despite this issue, the staff were responsive and accommodating.
