It was in a nice shopping area. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed and stylish room. Safety features in elevator to keep non customers going up elevator

Reception staff were indifferent. We seemed to be a bother to them. (We stayed at another hotel in Barcelona that was less expensive but staff went out of way to be helpful and even had free bottled water.) Hilton had bottles of water in room for 4Euro each. Did not explain needed to use motel key to use elevator. Shower head would not stay up on vertical pole but slid down. Hairdryer receptacle in bathroom did not work so had to dry hair in foyer of room.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable. The beds were really good. The staff were friendly. One of the receptionist was to good. She was like a tour guide. She provide very relevant information about Barcelona which was really appreciable.

While booking the hotel through bookings.com even after filtering hotels with breakfast Hilton was listed which gives a feeling that breakfast is complimentary. But once you reach the hotel they informed that breakfast is not included and would be charged 24€ per person. Parking is charged 37€ per day.

This hotel ticked all my priorities. As an older woman my priorities include -24 hr reception for security. -Good public transport, prefer bus to train these days for security and this hotel is well connected to the bus network throughout the city, -Peaceful room that is squeaky clean. -Away from the mass tourism areas. Highly recommended for women travellers.

Nice room; bed & bathroom. Good location; easy walk to metro into main areas. Nice breakfast in the restaurant. Host on check in desk was nice and provided us with some additional information about Barcelona.

Needed a little more attention to detail when tidying room daily. Still made beds, but rest of the room was basically left. Some rubbish not taken away.

I liked the location ... walkable to some sights and very close to some great shopping.

The only thing I can say is I was there with family for 3 nights and we had 3 rooms. My son was coming in 2 days later and staying for 1 night. His flight was cancelled and he arrived a day later the same day we were all going on a cruise. Even after speaking with the manager the hotel would not refund my cc for the missed night. While I understand it was within the 24 hour period I thought they could have handled it differently especially since we had been guests there for 3 nights.

I love the room, it was comfortable and well lit. The staff was exceptional, answered my questions about transportation and sights in the area. The location was excellent . Great for a little shopping and transportation around the city. I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Barolona.

Breakfast was great with an excellent selection of foods. The staff were excellent.The cleaner was very hard working,always with a welcome smile and great at her job. Everyone in the hotel had a lovely,pleasing manner.IT person changed my TV and a plumber showed me how to regulate the shower.An excellent all round team .Hilton should be proud of their team.

There was no information that the room i booked it’s separated from another room only with blocked door. I could hear fully the children and the family in the other room. That information should be disclosed since it is impacting the overall impression about the hotel.

Central located we were able too get everywhere in under 40 minutes all major monuments and it wasn’t far from the airport, loved the decor in the lobby the sculpture and the long curtains staff was very nice and helpful and loved that it was a McDonalds and Starbucks across the street

Didn’t try the breakfast 25 euros feel like it should be included with stay if your not staying at the hotel then u should pay

A fantastic location with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was very ample and comfortable with a great view from the panoramic window ( we were on the 9th floor). The staff was friendly and accommodating to all requests.

Television channels in English were limited to news channels only. Only BBC, Aljazeera, and France24 were in English. Many channels were broadcasting American-made programs dubbed into their corresponding languages but with no option to change to the Original Version (VO), something that most, if not all, cable platforms in Spain provide.
