We stayed in this hotel for a few days when we visited Barcelona. It was excellent. The young gentleman in reception was very professional, respectful and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was big enough for two adults and our child to sleep in. The bathroom was also very clean and had all the required necessities. Definitely recommend this hotel, close to city center also and all major roads. The room was very quiet during the night and we slept very well, the air conditioning kept the room cool as it was very hot during the day and night due to summer heat. Would love to stay here again in the future and many thanks for the exceptional stay!

I went for a vacation trip to Barcelona and really enjoyed the stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful whenever asked about travel routes. Communication was easy and they are always welcoming. The room was super comfortable and spacious for me and my mother. Very clean and nice homely environment around the property with a cute little balcony. The metro station is 3 minutes walking distance from here which takes you directly to the city center. Absolutely enjoyed and loved the stay.

Everything was pretty good except for the fact that the telephone wasn't working so I had to order room service by going down myself and sadly they mixed up the room number and delayed in serving the dinner in my room which I had ordered. I had to go down after an hour to ask about it. Other than this, everything was pretty good and commendable.

Housekeeping supervisor and cafeteria lady's was very rude on front of costumer and the cafeteria lady not manners very upset person. Front desk very helpfully and nice and friendly

The cafeteria lady very rude tell me she is going to charge me for something what I take from the breakfast buffet 🥐and im seats down to wait for my coffe but she was very rude saying that. I'm not expecting she talk to me like that on front of everyone im thr gues on the hotel, look pretty sample but was the way how she tell me on front of people there on the cafeteria. Then when my elevator door is open the housekeeping supervisor was yelling to one of the housekeeping lady very rude on front of every body there, I dont like the way how she was treating the employee was very disrespectful 😒

All staff members we met were great and friendly: reception desk, breakfast and cleaning. The hotel was very close to the event we were attending. A bit pricey as it's not in the centre, but I guess it's not unheard of for Barcelona. For that reason, we could go the restaurants/bars/coffee places in the neighbourhood, that are not tourist traps.

We did an online check-in. According to the website that would allow us to get the room cards immediately which sounded nice as we were arriving at 1:30AM. Instead we had to go through a full check-in process that took 10 minutes. We received a room in the ground floor that was a bit noisy and there was a strange smell.

This is a small boutique hotel in a nice, clean, peaceful and safe area of Sarria, 6 metro stops from Place Catalunya. We traveled with two kids ages 8 and 10 and enjoyed safeness and calmness after busy days visiting main attractions. The room 207 was exactly as in photos, excellent for 2+2, nice beds and very clean. We used metro line H6/S1 as the metro stop is like 200 metre away. In the neighborhood there are few bars and 3 supermarkets. Breakfast was fantastic and worth buying it, especially before long day visiting main Barna attractions. We were there in April, 2025 and definitely spring is best time to visit Barcelona.

On the back side there are no balconies, but there are windows which you can use to refresh your room. Front side rooms i have seen they had balconies. There was some issue with the sound proofing as we could hear guests in the halls while taking elevator or so, but nothing serious. The only reason i don't give 10 to this hotel is value for money and location. Definitely recommend booking here! Enjoy Barcelona.

I recently stayed at Catalonia Castellnou and had such a great experience! The room was super clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile.

The only small downside was that there were no slippers in the room – I had to call and request them, which was a bit inconvenient. But other than that, everything else was great. The staff were kind and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was really nice. I’d definitely stay here again! 😊

Very clean, so quite as the hotel located in such a wealthy area, the staff was so helpful, they gave an early check in when it is available with np additional charge, the matras was so comfort, the bedroom is very clean with toiletries, the room was clean up everyday. Close to Italian restorante and bars for brunch, lunch and dinner. The metro station just 5 minutes walk from the hotel to go to the center (less than 10 minutes to go to Pl. Catalunya), small grocery close by, and the square small park to enjoy sitting like the local.

Two best things about this hotel that I must say - the staff are extremely helpful and sweet. They have been very kind, helping me with suggestions, finding locations, calling taxi, sorting my laundry when I forgot to hand it, keeping my bags for me after checkout and most importantly, they did everything smilingly. The other thing I loved about the place is its location - it's in a quiet square which is a relief from the crowded city centre for me. It is however just 20-30 minutes away from the main sightseeing locations by metro. Additional points: Easy to reach from the airport (half an hour by taxi), lovely breakfast, quite delicious dinner as well and good coffee. It is however not a luxury hotel so going by that expectation might be a bit disappointing. It was perfect for my need, but people wanting more of a hotel/resort experience might not find this the best choice.

Nothing that I did not like.

The front desk ladies were super nice and helpful, personnel speak English very good and try to help us with every demand. We arrived before time and go afternoon, very useful was keeping our baggage at reception site in safe conditions. Very good breakfast and the lady serving the table very kind. Housekeeping came every day for cleaning and changed towels. The hotel location is very good, silent zone no disturbing trafic, short distance from local transport stations. Definitively a good place to stay during vacation in Barcelona, a good price in relation to what it offers!

When reserved we demanded a silent room and received it, but didn’t like my room 406 not bright, without external window, without balcony and totally different as in photos when reservation was done. Reception says no other lighter and silent room was available to change. Fortunately, we stay in room only nights; nice weather and we were gone to visit Barcelona daily from 9h to late 23h.

We liked that we had a balcony and we could enjoy a cigarette while seeing the Tibidabo mountain. The neighborhood is mostly quiet (one night the garbage trucks came to pick up the garbage and that was disturbing but it is not the fault of the hotel). The shower cabin was perfectly insulated - not a single drop spilled outside. The breakfast was amazing - many options to choose from (including vegan and vegetarian meals). Also, the dinning area was very cozy. Housekeeping came every day and changed the bedsheets and towels every two days. Personnel speaks English very good.

One minus is the fact that the bathroom didn't have a toilet brush. Also, the elevator/lift was quite slow - we chose to take the stairs even if we sat on the 4th floor. The sound insulation of the rooms is not very good - but we had good neighbors that did not make noise.
