The hotel was very clean, comfortable, in a great location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

The only slight criticism was that there was no complimentary water in the room which I believe is a basic requirement but other than that we had a wonderful stay

Lovely kind friendly staff. Beautiful large quiet room with comfy bed and pillows with lovely view of ornate buildings and greenery, en suite, clothes storage and safe. Was allowed to use Minibar as a fridge for my special diet. Safe location for walking alone at night as a woman. Near beautiful mountain views of Barcelona.

Was not notified of 10 percent city tax in advance on booking.com. The hotel said towels that were hung up would not be washed and replaced for suitability reasons, but they were. I suspect I may also have been given brand new toilet rolls unnecessarily, and partially used ones may have been taken away. Lighting settings were a bit confusing. Could have done with instructions.

The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. While the hotel is located a bit further from the city center, it is ideal if you, like me, have business with nearby health clinics.

The interior design wasn’t really to my taste. The rooms could have been a bit more spacious. I expected more breakfast options, such as a wider selection of cheeses, olives, and perhaps a fresh omelet. If you want to go to the city, public transportation options like buses are available, but the hotel is further from the center.

I booked a room very last minute due to a flight problem, and I had an efficient, very welcoming and friendly reception despite my late booking and arrival. My room was so quiet I could have slept with the window open. The bed was very comfortable, with a choice of pillows. The environment is green and calm. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice of fresh products and some local specialities. There is a nice outdoor pool and garden. The overall atmosphere was very nice.

The property is cool and well maintained. Common spaces interesting from the design perspective and very clean. The room very curated, the space and the overall distribution comfortable and well arranged. The breakfast is a plus, very very good! The staff simply amazing and very very very helpful and kind: fully recommended!!!

The facilities in the room can be implemented (sleepers, toothbrushes and toothpaste for instance).

the room was comfortable and stylish, and for a room without a "view" the view of the city was still great, local restaurants were fabulous and the pool was fantastic. room was well serviced each day. staff were friendly.

laundry cost was crazy expensive! 2-5 euro per item, however there are laundromats in the area that we decided to use instead, so it wasn't a major issue

Quiet and attractive neighbourhood, easy travel to central Barcelona (Catalunya) - short walk to station and 15 minute ride. Breakfast extra, but excellent so good value.

Room was beginning to look a bit worn in places, could have done with a touch-up. Only one bedside lamp. Indoor pool unavailable for unknown reason - seasonal?
