The room has everything you need, especially appreciated the safe to keep your valuables. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, but it's also well connected to the rest of the city via public transport. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is not very good but it gets you going in the morning and for the price it is totally fine. The walls are very thin, so bring ear plugs.

The best and kindest and most hospitable owner I've ever met... I felt so welcome (he let me check in at 10 am and even offered breakfast and coffee to me upon arrival.. I have not expected this at all). It all felt like home immediately. Such a lovely place and so much attention given to details. Even if it's an old building, everything is working and the terrace is just beautiful! I will definitely come back when I'm in Barcelona as also the quarters is so nice and peaceful that I didn't even wanted to go to the city centre (I was there for the tennis mostly, though). Thank you so much for everything, Pedro. Even if there is no luxury it was so much nicer than staying in a hotel and a fridge is available and microwave too. I miss the place already.

Nothing-it was just perfect for me!

This guesthouse is a very nice and convenient place to stay in Barcelona. First the location is perfect, in a very nice quiet area, and at the same time lively with shops, bakeries, food market... a small village very close by métro to Barcelona centre. I really recommand you a restaurant in a cultural association close to the hostel and food market with delicious menu for 13 euros in a lovely terrasse. The hostel has a beautiful rooftop to take breakfast. The room with twin-beds and private bathroom is convenient for two Friends. Bed is comfortable. The Price of a guesthouse but with quiet and privacy.

Given the very good price you pay, this hostel offers very good value in terms of comfort and especially location. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was good. The sheets were clean. The staff at the reception is very kind, helpful and funny.

The hostel would benefit from a general thorough scrubbing and renovating. But for the price you pay and given how it covers all your basic needs for a short stay in Barcelona, I'd still recommend this hostel to anyone who is unpretentious and on a budget.

Good enough, if you just want to sleep at nights. Had the essentials (good private bathroom and basic breakfast). Cheaper than other options nearby. Helpful staff. Nice location.

Although it was the cheapest option, it was quite expensive. Gives the impression of a prison. If you are taller than 2 meters, the bed might be too small.

It was a nice and simple room. No frills. No extras. It was a place to sleep and then go spend the day doing stuff around Barcelona. The location was incredible for doing a lot of things. There's a metro literally at the end of the street, lots of quality restaurants and bakeries, and the open top buses had a stop that comes nearby. The gentleman who runs the place also is excellent for recommendations of places to go

The bathroom was too small. Like i expected a small room and small area but the bathroom was too small. I was sitting on the toilet at an angle

Very nice place, just a few minutes away on foot from the nearest subway station. Small, but clean and quite cozy, equipped with everything you might need. The owner is just great! Almost all the time on site, very helpful and welcoming. We had a very late check-in (after 12pm) and had been provided with very clear instructions in advance, so everything went smoothly. Perfect place for such price!

The hostel is simple but cozy and welcoming, and Pedro is an extremely accommodating and helpful host. The hostel breakfast was very welcome, and would help us get off to an easy start every morning without having to worry about making/buying food. It's very easy to reach the center from here (maybe 20-25 minutes to Placa Catalunya), public transport in Barcelona works like a charm.

The hostel is very clean and neat, you have everything at hand. Great value for money. Señor Pedro is such an amazing person, a true gentleman and a very good manager, making sure you feel at home. The metro station is right across the street, so even though you're not in the center, everything is 10-15 minutes away. The Sarria neighborhood is very peaceful and super safe with many schools and embassies around. 10/10

The friendly reception from the host, and the advices about how to move around the city. The room was silent and comfortable. The breakfast had all the basics, and they showed willingness to serve it even a bit earlier than scheduled.

The location of the Hostel is a bit from the centre, although the neighborhood is cute and safe.
