The apartments are spacious and decorated with style, and the view from the terrace was incredible. Incredible peace and quiet throughout the day, a place created for rest.

On the first night, they put us in a room with no sea view, even if we booked and paid for it. The next day, after a short discussion and explanation, we got the room we reserved. A warning to anyone planning to stay at this hotel, only the suites in the west wing have a real sea view, the east wing has a sea view over the neighboring property and there is a lot of noise from the air conditioner in this area. Cleaning and maintenance must be much better.

Extremely helpful staff. Very informative and showed us all the local gems, information on arrival. Unfortunately same night we arrived, two of of our family members had a stomach bug and.we needed some medication but with train and feeling weak the lovely Juan kindly offered take us to the local Pharmacy ( 15 min away) to get us some medication. After medication we all felt much better. All the Cala Lanuza staff are amazing and I could not have had better service or care:) Thank you to all the staff at this beautiful place :)

the whole service the kindness of the staff the spacious room, the XXL bed & the terrace ofc the decoration style the location, in the sense that you feel way less the heat as if you were in a city surrounded by cement buildings.

I could have said nothing, however, if a grocery shop was in the hotel then it would have been perfect. the nearest supermarket is 10min by car, that wasn't an issue for us as we rented a car anyway. I believe our experience would have been different if that wouldn't be the case. I would also suggest installing a parasol on the terrace.

The property was just beautiful, every line of the building created a work of art. We particularly enjoyed the secluded seating area on floor 4 and the almost picture frame of the sea created by the building lines on floor 5 as you look out from the lift! The design of our room was impeccable, open and spacious and the air con was a dream! The bed was HUGE and really comfortable. Our private terrace was lovely, the view of the mountains was simply stunning. Very cool and tranquil. The bathroom was very well designed and kitchenette a brilliant addition to the room. We hired a car from KeyGo at Alicante Airport and it took about 30 mins to drive to Cala Lanuza. We would highly recommend hiring a car, it was so easy and great to be able to travel around up into the mountains and explore the beautiful landscape. The staff were really friendly and helpful, super accommodating to our requests. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend the suites.

We loved everything, the room was lovely spacious, clean and beautiful, with a minimal, aesthetic vibe that followed through the hotel.The pool areas were clean and comfortable and for the majority of our stay felt like our own private area. The smell in the hotel and our room was amazing and our balcony looked straight over the sea from one angle and the hills from another. It was a 10 minute drive from El Campello centre and only 25 minutes from Alicante port..

Hotel offers comfort and tranquility. Love the design. Overall excellent. Environment is safe, mini-market and lovely restaurants nearby and train to Alicante at 5-10 minutes walk (pay inside the train).

Liked everything. Some soft music at the pool on the 4th floor similar to at the breakfast room would enhance the holiday vibe even a bit more.

The accomodation does not dissapoint. It’s beautiful; very spacious rooms with everything you need, nice gym, nice pools, everything well maintained.

The location doesn’t have a lot to offer. It is right next to a gigantic (less ‘boutique’) hotel that takes away most of the view on the sea. And while the small town isn’t ugly, it seems a bit ‘soulless’. Didn’t get us in that Mediterranean holiday mood unfortunately…

The minimalistic approach did wonders. The whole complex is in white, with plenty of rooms, rooms are open space based and also very well decorated, the bed is huge, the pools are perfect, super clean and calming.

Only the sunbeds next to the pool are not extra comfy, as much as they are bags (which is amazing), the material can scratch and they don’t follow your body easily to make it comfy.

Everything is to be commended. New, stylish, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. Beautiful building and layout of suites, terraces, and pools.

Location. For us, on a very steep hill, walking to and from the village was difficult. The village has only one very small mini mart, a pharmacy, and a couple of restaurants. A car is, therefore, a must to travel further afield.

This is our second visit and it was as good as the first time... Really lovely, stylish hotel with friendly, helpful staff... The rooms are big and comfortable with everything you need ( the only possible exception is a toaster.. 😀) We will definitely be returning for a third visit..
