Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen/livingroom and balcony towards sea (morning sun) was clean and new. Found beds comfortable, kitchen enabled small cooking and coffee making, good size fridge and freezer. Location was good, just a short walk to tram, beach, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. Gym was private and pool area looked nice. The reception was staffed nearly all day, personnel was welcoming and friendly.

Nothing serious to mention. Livingroom area was not very spacious, a bit tight with the storage room, owen and the size of the owen pan did not match, missed filtered coffee instead of capsules. Generally, it would be nice to see the layout/floorplan of the apartments somehow before booking.

We had the absolute pleasure of our second stay in at Ahoy Apartments, this time in the penthouse suite. It was nothing short of exceptional. The penthouse itself was stunning – spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, with not just one but two balcony floors offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area. Every detail was thought of, from the sleek, well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious living space and comfortable bedrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home – only with better views! The staff were fantastic – friendly, professional, and extremely attentive. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay, which we really appreciated. The location is also ideal – peaceful yet well connected, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. We will gladly be coming back and are already recommending Ahoy Apartments to friends and family. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-end getaway in El Campello, this is the place.

I had an outstanding experience at Ahoy apartments, particularly in the sea view apartment, which boasted breathtaking views that truly were to die for. The staff stood out for their friendliness and eagerness to assist, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment itself was both spacious and immaculately clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The gym was impressively equipped, catering well to fitness needs. While the laundry facilities were sufficient, it would have been convenient if laundry detergent was available for purchase on-site, as I had to make a quick trip to the nearby supermarkets to acquire some. The provision of adequate crockery and cutlery added to the practicality of the apartment. What truly sets Ahoy apartments apart, however, is their fantastic location. Being just a stone's throw away from the beach and central to all El Campello attractions makes it an ideal base. Furthermore, El Campello's strategic position between Alicante and Benidorm, coupled with the convenient tram service, allows for effortless exploration of both cities. In summary, Ahoy apartments offer a combination of comfort, excellent service, and unbeatable location, making them an exceptional choice for visitors.

Excellent location being less than 10 minutes' steady walk to the beach with its numerous bars & restaurants, and less than 10 minutes' steady walk from the tram stop. The apartments are on a quiet street with little passing foot or vehicle traffic. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-fitted out. A dishwasher is included, and there are free-to-use washing machines and dryers on the basement floor.

Some explanation of how the air con timer worked would help, Google came to the rescue only after it went off in the middle of the night.

The location firstly is just amazing (a 5 min walk to the beach & main promenade in one direction & a 5 min walk to the tram stop/station in the other). Check in (we came into Alicante on a late night flight) was seamless. The apartment itself was spacious, bright & spotlessly clean. The next morning when we formally checked in staff were so helpful & pleasant. Outdoor pool was very refreshing & was a lovely area to relax in.

Nothing - we loved it. But if I was to be very picky I would have loved a washing machine as everything worn to the beach had to be handwashed every evening.

Spacious, clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Well enough equipped kitchen. Microwave oven combined with conventional so just be aware of that. Really spacious balcony could be peaceful on an evening.

Only one problem was that we'd checked out but left our bags with reception. Went out for a while until time for taxi but reception was closed for several hours at that time of day and we hadn't been made aware. Luckily a member of staff was in doing some work and heard us but she was rather surly until she realised it wasn't our mistake.

On arrival, we were able to store cases until check in at which point we had been upgraded to a fab 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Lovely, friendly staff. Great location. Ideally placed for tram or sea front and bars, shops etc.

Didn't actually dislike anything about the apartment. It was very comfortable and clean. We could have done with a towel being provided for the kitchen but we're told that this isn't available. Took us a few days to work out how to use the appliances as the available information, which had to be downloaded, was pretty brief but we got there.

Clean, modern, spacious, friendly staff, very safe

Just some suggestions - it would be great to have the facility to segregate rubbish in each apartment (green bin, food waste bin with compostable liner etc) given that the appropriate on-street waste facilities are available to facilitate this. This would encourage guests to recycle as it would be made easier for them to do so. Also, it would be very handy to have some hooks on doors, walls etc for hanging up jackets, bags etc as there are only a small number of hangers in each wardrobe. We found that we had to leave these things on the back of kitchen chairs - this is of course only something minor but it’s the little things that make the difference!

First, it would be great to have more hangers in the wardrobe. The wardrobe itself is quite non-functional: there are almost no shelves, hence it was quite difficult to store all the clothes. The biggest complaint is that bedside tables have no drawers. Those could be quite handy to store small items. Also, be careful with the cooker. It is easily overheating going into limbo mode for the while until its cooled down, which might be annoying when you're trying to prepare a meal.

Great apartment, it was very clean, spacious and with great views. The balcony was very nice to enjoy the breakfast in the early sunshine or relax in the evening. It had everything you need for cooking. The staff was very nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great, they lend us chairs and a sun umbrella for the beach. It is very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. The swimming pool is small but it was never crowded so it was great to cool down in the heat.

The sofa needs a cleaning service and the pans and pots need also a replacement as they were very scratched.
