We have stayed here once before and said we would return again. Check-in was fast and courteous. Carla was very friendly, thorough and speedy with this process. She changed our allocated room due to my husband's disability and shower requirements. Thank you Carla. Definitely working in the correct department. Housekeeping and maintenance was very rapid in supplying more pillows and a remote for the TV . Another big thank you, especially as the hotel was full. Breakfast was good and varied. Having a microwave certainly satisfies the British needs for hot 🔥 food. A quick flash in the microwave and it's piping!!!. Another very eager and definitely not afraid of hard work was Liuva....hope I spelt it right?. On the weekend we spent there she never stopped. She was very quick at recognising people at the bar. She served everyone with a smile 😊. Then ran out around the tables collecting used glasses. Amazing worker and again friendly to everyone. She worked with a male colleague on the Saturday night, I'm sorry didn't get his name. However very courteous to the guests at the bar and together they made a good team....I could go on. So overall, a warming and welcoming team within the hotel. Hospitality is a hard and demanding role dealing with all types of guests, but you all make it look easy and enjoyable. I know that's not always the case or easy to do. A very big thank you! Staff and management for making our stay once again very enjoyable. If we don't see you before, we'll see you in October.

We liked everything!!! Except not a long enough stay.

The reception desk personnel was friendly and took care or all we needed. Food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, and every day new different and tasty varieties. The driver that took us to golf courses was warm, nice and funny, even if we didn't have common language. We enjoyed! Bonalba Golf course was in beautiful condition.

Most personnel didn't speak English. Fortunately reception personnel speaks it well.

The breakfast was extensive and well stocked. Was replenished frequently. Teas coffees fruit juices. Pastries,bread, rolls, meats, cheeses, cereals etc The pool and surroundings were fab. The interiors were clean and very smart. Great Cafetería and poolside bar. Very quiet setting which suited us. However, you need a car to go anywhere. But we hire a car wherever we go so not a problem for us. 10 mins from nearest beach town. Alicante 20 mins away. All easy to get to. Staff helpful and friendly.

The only downsides were the cost of parking which is balanced out with knowing the car is safe and under cover so never gets hot, and the location. It would’ve been nice to have been nearer a town for little supermarkets and bars so we could wander to instead of always getting the car out. We knew the location when we booked but in hindsight I think being nearer little shops and bars would suit us more.

It's not our first time at his hotel. We return because it's comfortable and the location suits us. It has large rooms, and the TV entertainment suits most nationalities. The pool area is lovely and well maintained. As always check-in was fast and efficient with Isabel, and equally so on check-out with Carla. Thanks ladies. The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping was rapid when we requested more pillows. Thanks to you too!

This time the breakfast routine was a bit off. Our first breakfast was at one of the restaurants. The choice was good, the staff was working hard. On our 2nd the usual breakfast room was open and the restaurant. We were directed to the breakfast restaurant we've always used. However there was not much as a hot choice of food only eggs, scrambled and fried. The eggs looked a little sad. We opted for toast and cheese. When I spoke with a waiter, he advised me that breakfast was to be ordered. This should have been informed to us when we registered on entry. It was an expensive breakfast for cheese and toast. I had to move around the room to find plates , cups and glasses. We found the live entertainment was not to our liking on this occasion and there was no area to dance if it was.

Staff are very nice indeed, made our stay very enjoyable. The lady Bar Manager took 20mins and kindly searched their TV system to get the English football for me.

The only down side is it's a very remote location, you really need a car, unless you want to spend all your time in the Hotel. There are 4 bars/Restaurants and a small shop about a 7min walk away, and you can also book the Golf Club for food/drinks. A taxi ftom Hotel to El Campello/Tram station is €12 Plus they charge you €9 call out to come pick you up, so it's €33 just to go see El Campello from Bonalba, although El C. is a great wee town with lovely promenade and loads of bars/Restaurants.

The hotel is clean, the pool is lovely and you can always get a sun lounger

This is my fifth visit to the hotel, I love the fact that its quiet and I always feel safe as a lone traveller. The breakfast isnt great, the fresh fruit is limited and on several occasions there was no melon ( a staple fruit for hotels). Some of the staff are lovely, but on the bar they seem less willing to serve you, they disappear out the back without comment and dont return for ages. The club sandwiches i ordered during the week were lovely but sadly the chips were always cold. Not sure what your system is for getting the food to the customers. It seems that if the bar attendant is busy the food waits and gets cold. As the hotel is remotely located, perhaps a hotel shop would be advantageous and bring in revenue.

Breakfast was excellent with more choice than we could sample. Loved the freshly made omelettes on request. Location is good if you have a car to get out and explore.

We have stayed here several times, on route to other parts of Spain, so everything was as expected with one exception. On our 2nd night we were unable to get to sleep until approximately 03:00 am! Very loud music and voices and loud laughter of several people, that sounded like coming from balconies close to our room! This was most disappointing and we have not experienced this previously.

Room was spacious with nice view from balcony towards El Campello and the Med. Food was good with large variety of cold and cooked meals available. Hard to judge all the facilities and entertainment as we were slightly out of season. Small gym but free to use. Good pool area that would be great come the summer season.

Thought the room and decor were a bit “tired” for 4*, plus mattress was thin and not particularly comfortable. Parking, although secure, was a little expensive and the spa at €10 per person per visit a little annoying considering other spas in the region have it inclusive for guests.

Omelet station was excellent, food under heat lights could be hotter; maybe introduce more varied fresh seasonal fruit. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and surrounding area kept very clean and tidy.

Check in was very slow and sometimes language barrier with staff. Room security not followed up as patio door lock faulty and even after reported, would still not lock (room 230), therefore all valuables were kept on person as safe not used .

I loved the staff especially Carla and magdalena apart from the fact the hotel is beautiful peaceful amazing pool I have visited for 18 years and I always love staying I was ungraded to a beautiful room but all rooms are lovely always a lovely stay and carla and magdalena always extra kind to me as I am sure they are to everyone... food in restaurant restaurant good and def worth 22 euros

I can't think of anything one thing I can think of tea coffee biscuits in room would be nice especially if arriving late but that's it
