The spacious rooms, cleanliness and kitchen/washing machine facilities.

The concept of saving water is very good, but how does one take a shower with one hand pressed on the tap??? The water stops in three seconds and if one wishes to take a bath, one has to keep the tap pressed for flow of water. This is extremely uncomfortable. We stayed for 5 days and couldn't take a proper bath. I dont think anyone would leave a shower open and waste water. Please make it normal. Though Im not likely to visit Alicante again, it will help others.

Check -in was contactless, all necessary information came quickly per WhatsApp. Good WiFi, liked the fact that there was a fridge, microwave, plate and cutlery in the room. Washing machine (2,50€) and dryer on the floor. Could take my bicycle into the room. Supermarkt Just round the corner from

Everything was ok.

Silent, good wifi, clean, well priced. Ok kitchen where you can cook yourself, and you also have a fridge and microwave, plates, cups, spoons, forks and knives in the room. Reasonably priced washer. All in all a very reasonable priced and good place to stay. Short distance to the university makes it an excellent place to stay during a visit. Would come again.

Despite the air condition the room was somewhat cold during the winter, and during the day there is very little day light. A bit dusty, and during check in there were no one at the reception to do the check in. Sending messages or calling whatsapp did not help as all messages and calls go to the reception where there was no one. I then called the whatsapp number (regular call) and got hold of the receptionist who came to the reception. It took me 20 minutes to wait there and do the check in while the taxi was waiting outside. However, communication with the staff was always good. Probably just bad timing on a Sunday afternoon.

Good location. Very near the team and the university.

All the time I was there, the internet was down. The sound from the fridge is quite loud and the flow of water for the shower is controlled making it very difficult to have a good shower.

Spacious, climate control.

It was strange not meeting or talking to anyone, then heading into darkness however, not in a bad way. No hot water was a spoiler.

We didn't have any breakfast because we didn't know there was one offered. However the room was great, large, clean and comfortable. The wardrobe had hangers, a mini ironing board and a fridge! The reception desk isn't in the most convenient location but the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We forgot our charger having already left the room and they came to open up the room and let us retrieve it. I would definitely stay there again. The quality-price ratio is excellent.
