We stayed in apartment number 5 on the first floor, which was super convenient for carrying up our luggage. The bed was really comfortable, with soft feather pillows, and the hairdryer worked great. The washing machine was clean and worked perfectly. There are drying racks available on the terrace, which was very handy. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals, plus a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, and a spacious, clean fridge. We really appreciated the beach umbrellas provided by the host! Janusz also gave us amazing recommendations on places to visit, eat, and how to get around, which made our stay even better. The tram stop is about a 6–8 minute walk away and easy to reach. We truly enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to Janusz for being so kind and helpful. Thank you!

Apartment is located in an authentic area, with an easy walk to the city center. There’s also a large shopping center nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is on a quiet street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The space inside was more than enough for us, and everything was clean upon arrival. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, as there were plenty of dishes available. From the living room window we could see a pharmacy sign displaying the time and outdoor temperature—very useful! One thing to keep in mind is that heating in winter relies on the air conditioner, which is only in the living room. It wasn’t too cold, but if you’re visiting in winter, bringing extra layers for sleeping might be a good idea. A huge thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and helpful recommendations on local restaurants, prices, beaches, and other useful tips. Thanks to them, we discovered a local bar with delicious Spanish breakfasts for next to nothing. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return!

The penthouse appartment is truly lovely. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace very much. Addittionally, the room is very spacious, the bed and the sofa are really comfortable, there is enough cuttlery and the kitchen is very well-equipped overall. The AC worked flawlessly and the room was really clean. Our special praise goes to Janusz, who is a fantastic host who goes beyond expectations. He gave us great advice on what to visit and how to get there. He also provided amazing restaurant recommendations and was very helpful at any moment. He and his colleagues run Soho Boho with a lot of love and an eye for detail.

The only suggestion we would make is to have a change of towels and linens for longer stays (5+ days).

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Alicante. The location was perfect close to the beach , restaurants and shops yet still quiet enough for a relaxing break. The apto it self was clean, well equiped and originally decorated, Comunication with the host was smooth and professional. The only downside was the beds, unfortunately they weren't very comfortable. Still, I'd definitely consider coming back and recommend it to others.

Very convenient location for Playa del Postiguet, the old town and the castle. Lots of shops bars and cafes within seconds of the apartment. Rooftop terrace very nice. Everything was incredibly clean. Owner very helpful and responsive: information on check in and local area very helpful. Always responded very quickly to any questions. Washing machine was very useful as we stayed a week. Apartment was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Heaters were great (December stay). Only 20-25€ taxi ride from airport. Well equipped kitchen.

Having lived in Spain, I understand that the apartments are built for a hot climate, but a couple of rugs would have made it a bit cosier for a winter stay. A couple more bedside reading lights would be great. (there was one that was bright enough to read by).

The apartment was situated on the first floor, it is spacious with three separate bedrooms. It has two bathrooms. The terrace is very nice, we have used it one day to have wine and played cards. It can get little bit noisy in the mornings as the windows are facing the street. Beds were comfortable. The landlord was very attentive and answer all of our questions. He also gave us travel tips and replaced towels for us. Kitchen is well equipped, it has coffee machine, toaster, microwave. We used all three heaters as it could get cold in the evening. Apartment is 20 min walk to the centre. We walked every day but you can get bus as well.

I would recommend using different towels or change them every day because it can get humid and the towels do not dry well. Terrace is in upper floor, it is separate, you have to go up the stairs. We thought we could access terrace from the apartment.

Our stay in these apartments exceeded all expectations! We traveled as a group of 12 people, and everything was perfectly arranged to make us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and high-quality bedding – everything for a great rest. The apartments were fully equipped: plenty of dishes, all brand new and in excellent condition. It’s clear that the hosts truly care about their guests. A huge thank you to Janusz for his attention and help! He was always available, responded quickly to any questions, and gave us plenty of great recommendations – from restaurants to beaches. Thanks to him, we had an amazing time and never faced any difficulties. The location is ideal – a quiet and peaceful area, yet close to the city center, the beach, and key attractions. I travel a lot across Europe with groups, and I can confidently say this was one of the best accommodation experiences. We will definitely be back! The apartment was very comfortable. Two separate rooms, kitchen area, refrigerator, shower, toilet - everything in good order and operational. Location is good, close to Santa Barbara castle. Safe area, many tapas bars with good quality tapas. Also, excellent cafe with pastries and ice cream at Plaça Manila, which is few blocks away from apartment. Bus stops are in proximity. Easy to get by bus to the city Center. I would consider to stay at this apartment in the future, if I visit Alicante again.

We stayed in the apartment n. 3 for a funny weekend in Alicante. The flat is very clean, big, comfy and you can find everything you need The position is not so nearby to the city centre but you have supermarkets, pharmacy and a lot of bars in the neighborhood. Super plus for the possibility to do the check in also during the night
