The place was easy to find and you need to complete a online check in which was very easy and they send you codes to access the place which was very simple and easy to follow. The inside of the hotel was lovely and clean, a nice smell as you enter. The room was also fantastic, very cosy and boho chic style, fresh clean sheets and great smell inside too. The decor was 10/10 - so cute and beach esque. The bathroom was small but enough for what you need as an en-suite. It had shampoo and shower gel/ handwash and towels which were super soft. The gel also had a lovely fragrance (coconut and vanillary). The location was perfect as when I woke up the blue sky and warm sun hit the room and it was such a pleasant and relaxing feeling. You can see the beach and watch the sea which is perfect. The room has a TV to use (I didn't use this) and air con - which is fab for the hotter months. They also provide water and tea/coffee free of charge which is a nice touch and the water was greatly appreciated. Check out was super easy too. All you have to do is return the key to the box outside the door and off you go!.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with excellent facilities that made the stay extra comfortable. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the in-room amenities were thoughtful and high quality. What truly stood out was the staff – friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided great facilities for enjoying the beach, including towels, loungers, and umbrellas, which made relaxing by the sea effortless and enjoyable. One of my personal highlights was the coffee station – available at any time of day. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and easy stay!

The view from the hotel is fantastic - all windows face the sea - and it is close to the center. It is at a busy street, but close to the hotel there is a walking bridge where you can cross to the other side and arrive straight at the beach. The wifi is fast, beds are comfy and the interior is styled well: cosy yet modern.

If you are not able to climb stairs then this is not the hotel for you. There is no elevator and if you want to go to the center or to the Mirador cafe where you can get breakfast, you have to climb up steep stairs that are carved in the rocks. There is an elevator next to those stairs, but when I was there it was out of order. Not a problem for me, but if you are elderly, I would not recommend this. Also, the hotel is at a very busy road - basically a highway - so if you are not used to traffic noises then this is not the place for you either. At night it is quiet though and then you can hear the sea,

Very clean and comfortable. Nice touches like ear plugs, tea and coffee and slippers. Beach views which was great! Seamless check in all done remotely. I never met a single staff member and didn’t need to as all was set up perfectly via email and access codes. Great that you can store key in lock box when you go to beach.

Even though it’s across the road from the beach you still have to walk down to the crossing bridge as you can can’t cross the road outside the accommodation. If you have trouble sleeping it may not be for you as I could hear someone snoring next door and road outside is busy.

We felt that El Mirador was very good value for money. The central location next to the beach was great. We loved the view of the beach. Our room was very modern and clean and our bed was very comfortable. The windows were soundproof and the road didn’t bother us. We were grateful for the shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and ample toilet rolls.

Our room could have done with an extra electrical socket as we were juggling charging our phones and boiling the kettle but this is only a small point.

What a Gem! Fantastic stay in El Mirador. Highly, highly recommnd - I recommeded Happy Alicante to a few people I met when I was there. Great location very close to the gorgeous beach, short walk into the Old Town. Maid service in the rooms every day, good security on the building, which I found very reassuring as this was the first time I've travelled alone. Excellent Host, great communication. Also when I had a small problem NOT relating to the property Jimmy was very helpful - Thank you. Will definitely be coming back! Already checked fully booked this year! So next year 😊 Oh & it is exactly like the photos 🙂 Yes the road was a little noisy. But this would definitely not prevent me from coming back.

I really enjoyed spending time in this room. It has a great design and had everything you need. the furniture is new and everything was very clean. I felt really comfortable and will definitely come again. Price was top.

The room was just as in the picture, with lovely details. We could see out to the beach and since we were there exactly on St John's celebration we had an exclusive view of one of the fireworks. The bed was comfy although a bit short for tall people :). I loved the small details that they left cotton pads for makeup removal and the ones to dry ears. There was complementary water, tea, and coffee; they even left a beach bag with two towels to take with you in case you did not bring any. The host was super nice and helpful, when we accidentally locked the keys in the room, he was there in 10 minutes to help us out. The place is about a 10-minute walking distance from the old part of the centre. Love the stay and defenetley return here.

Great location, nicest staff, great value for the money. the room we stayed in was small but has everything you need for a short stay. it has very nice view and its 3 minutes walking from the beach (cannot cross the street in front of the property needs to go around, but its just couple of metrs). Would definitely come back again!

You can hear the noise from the street (passing cars) but the hotel provides the earplugs.

Everything was exceptional. The location, the interior design, the comfort of the bed and pillows. But what was really outstanding was the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in (they made it happen but in the end I couldn’t make it as one of my work meetings was rescheduled), the communication was great and there were even small things that made it all awesome, like leaving earplugs next to the bed (which I didn’t need btw, it’s not that noisy). I highly recommend this and I would definitely come back. It’s perfect.
