We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Villa San Juan, and I’d especially like to highlight The exceptional service provided by Beatrice at reception. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, she arranged a taxi four our group of five, gave us great recommendations on places to eat, clear direction on how to get around. She was lovely with children, always greeting them with a big smile and genuine warmth. Thank you Beatrice and all staff for your outstanding hospitality.

It was exceptional value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. When they realised we English couldn't live without our teamaking , a machine was quickly installed in our room. Room service was daily and the towels changed. Altogether the cleanliness was impeccable. An amazing breakfast was available at a very cheap rate . There was a huge choice. A very clever fresh orange juice machine was installed which peeled and extracted the juice on the spot. The beds were very comfortable and there was air conditioning in the room. We were able to enjoy free WiFi. We loved being in a small town totally immersed in Spanish culture Restaurants were pretty good especially Nonos which was closest to the hotel. Plenty of snack bars and Chinese emporiums. The beach was stunning and totally uncommercialised.

The hotel was about 6 kilometres from the beach and Alicante city. There was no bus to the beach in winter to the beach bus plenty of taxis were about which cost about 7 euros. Very frequent buses went to Alicante city which only cost 1.45 euros a trip. A taxi to the airport cost 31 euros. If you are addicted to British Tv you may be disappointed.

Rooms were very clean and the staff was adorable. All staff members were super nice and helpful but the Highlight was the cleaning team: they left every day a little surprise for our 3 year old daughter in our room - it made our stay even more special. The

The only issue was parking. Tje garage was full and it was not always easy to find a parking spot

Everything was fine. Very good breakfast Helpful and extremely pleasant waitress in breakfast room. Own car park at reasonable daily rate.

We didn’t realize before that it was quite so far from the beach and we were surprised that there was no bus to the beach area. It was a 12 € taxi ride.

I liked the free WiFi service, the cleanliness and the location of the hotel, since I could easily go to the bust station. Plus, I could easily communicate with the staff at the front desk in English!

Staff and Breakfast were excellent. Hotel was very accommodating to all our needs especially with our baby.

Weekend nights were quite noisy. The walls are quite thin. Staff had to intervene in one room for the excessive noise.

Very friendly and helpful check-in staff. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Air con was easy to control and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Nice powerful shower. Good location for some great bars and restaurants.

Everything was perfect room are clean and they comming everyday to change the bed and towels . Staff is verry kind and helpfull . Antonio from the reception is a really sweet , kind and patient guy. And the other staff too . everyone was polite and friendly and made us feel good

Nice and pleasant staff, speaking good English. Hotel clean and tidy, well located close to many local bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Overall it was a good stay.
