The hotel was really good, the staff was great, special the clean staff that makes our day much better helping us in each moment since I travel for work. The hotel has a bar open most of the day and also serves a buffet breakfast and dinner. Room was big and confy, 2 people were able to work on it, the WIFI was working really good. It has Gym and a Pool too

In general the hotel is great, if I have to mention something I did not like I would say one of the 2 beds we have, was with a bad couch making a little bit unconfortable, but nothing mayor. The hotel is good!

Lovely hotel and service . Reception very helpful and friendly . Was really surprised and pleased that there was a free wine tasting session one day and a food tasting another . Haven’t had things like this before in other hotel so was a treat . Buffet was very good each day . The pool area though small compared to some other big hotels was really clean and lovely atmosphere .

The hotel is on a main road and we had a room overlooking this ( and not the pool area ) . The noise level of traffic is very very loud and this really was all that could be heard in the room and when trying to sleep . Double glazing or triple glazing is really needed here in all honesty . The location ( though no fault of the hotel ) is out of town and not great if you want to go out at night as nothing around it to see , not even a corner shop to get supplies as it’s on a main traffic route . You would need to bus to Alicante town centre ( 10-15 mins away - and I think the bus doesn’t run after day 9 ish ) We didn’t mind the location as we had already stayed in Alicante central for several days before arriving at the Daniya so was ok with just enjoying poolside .

People smoking near the building. Internet only 14/14 mbit. Lack of electricity sockets inside the room. Only 1 worked.

Noise from the road, kept us all awake all night. If I stay there again I will request a room looking over the pool / garden area to cut down on traffic noise

A bit far from Alicante harbour

The location is a bit outside of the city center but nicely connected with it via the public bus line that drives very often. The restaurant in the hotel offers every meal and there is finger food available at the bar. There is a mini refrigerator in the room for storage of additional food or drink. The outside pool was not working since we visited out of season but it offers a quiet and relaxing time in the hotels backyard. We would definitely come again.

I had the issue with the bed being very soft but that is more a personal preference.

The hotel is situated only 16 minutes from the airport which is ideal. We stayed for a week as we were visiting family and it was perfect. On arrival the hotel is very clean with excellent facilities and very well priced drinks and food available throughout the day. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, excellent air conditioning and the shower I'd absolutely amazing with all the different settings. The swimming pool is very clean and there is more than enough sun loungers to relax on. Only a 10 minute taxi ride into alicante or to the beach.. its an ideal location away from the main tourist hotels. There is also an aldi 400 metres away if you need to get any essentials. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to alicante. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Nothing, it was a lovely stay

Good and safe parking area, clean rooms, good breakfast. Nice, helpful and kind staff.

Location was a bit bad. No green areas or parks anywere close by.

The breakfast has good and the cocktails by the pool were amazing too. The customer service was excellent, as well the cleaning room staff. I travel with my toddler of 2, and is well know they are messy, but every morning that room was spotless. I will definitely come back. Asked for taxis in the reception and within 5 minutes would be there. Even at 5 in the morning the hotel managed to get me one.

In my chef opinion they should just improve dinner on variety for international people. Although good on spanish culture.
