Have stayed here many times and found it excellent value for money.Normally stay between November and February for a couple or so weeks.Clean modern rooms,loosely based on Travelodge/Premier Inn Standard.Friendly staff.Nevr pay more than 40 Euros per room only daily rate.Tram station at La Isleta takes 5 minutes to walk,then 10 minutes Tram ride to centre of Alicante for 1.45 Euros.Bus from Alicante (C6) to Airport takes 15 minutes and costs 3.85 Euros. Tram from Alicante to Benidorm hourly or better takes about 40 minutes and costs under £10.Weather hits 20C most days November and February

Alicante very interesting,ancient City with lots of history.Not as Tourist visited as Benidorm.

Modern and tidy, huge outdoor tennis courts and swimming pool, good choice of food, good beach and tram service within walking distance

The staff at the pool were very friendly and nice, however the pool is tired and could do with a snack bar and some background music to inject life into the area.

Quiet location, clean and comfortable accommodation, sunny balcony with sea view & very friendly staff in all departments. The general housekeeping was well maintained. Good tram & bus connections not too far from the hotel, even a pleasant 40 minute walk into Alicante town via the Green Via, partly constructed along the old railway line.

Nothing to dislike intensely, however the exterior being very dour & part of a large block is quite misleading, because the interior is very well presented and attractive. Public Car Parking areas are very busy & could be a bit hit & miss . The bathrooms are always kept very clean, offering adequate facilities but the tiling and showers inside baths are beginning to look a little tired in places.

The hotel offers a very comfortable stay on the Costa Blanca. The city centre is reachable by tram, also Benidorm and the beautiful beach of the Costa Blanca. The sea view room has a nice view, but the view from the dining room is fabulous.The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide selection. We really liked the lunch service where we could taste the flavors of Spain.The staff in the restaurant were very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The French bed is as comfortable as a dream.

The water in the pool could be a little colder to cool you down on a hot day.

It is great value for money 💞🌷on the 2 floor, superior room is big with sitting are, our recommendation because it has beautiful beachfront view with palm trees and sea wave sounds 🥰💞🥰and nice covered balcony with lots of privacy ✨💝🌺 Good refurbished rooms, very welcoming staff, especially Mrs. Marina was very helpful, we had after midnight chech in and she was very helpful during our stay as well as other receptionist, giving us luggage room before our flight home 💛🌸💜 Food is good and fresh, there is little market in outside part of the building where you can buy really everything you need on very good price. There are 2 or 3 restaurants that opend on end of our stay (week before Easter) just next to hotel and the food had promising perfume coming to our room. Overall very good experience on budget, more than we expected ❤️❤️❤️

Room was spacious and very clean, clearly recently updated. Paid a little extra for sea view which was well worth it. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good and we ate one night in the restaurant from the a la carte menu which was good and decent value. Location looks a little out of the way but the walk into alicante is a really nice one and flat - about 30 mins along a seafront promenade with good lighting. Alternatively a very short, covered walk to la Isleta tram stop.

On the first night there was a lot of noise from the next room until after midnight, but that was nothing to do with the hotel.

It’s beautiful with modern features… We had an nice terrace and a spacious room with air con and spare room if needed… The breakfast was good although struggled to find a table near to our cases…. The mushroom, tomato, pesto was to die for although not a traditional English breakfast but who cares!!!

Could use the terrace in sun as check in is 4pm and check out is before 12pm so one night doesn’t give you even 24 hours? Requested a kettle with tea making facilities it came without spoons which I asked for but was only allowed plastic spoons 🤮 Requested an iron, which I carried along with the ironing board to my room which was the last room on floor one 118 The pool is not direct to the hotel and looks like it’s share with all the private apartments sorrounding the area… Apart from reception area and our room everything else is tired.. Last point is the €16 meal is very cruise like!! In eat and out… not my preference at all.

All in all it's an excellent hotel that's modern and has all of the facilities you could ask for and the staff were amazing.

I don't like to say this because I don't think it's the hotels fault but there were small bugs all over the bathroom floor and on the desk in the main room. Very small indeed and very fast... I must have killed 100 during my stay. I didn't bring it to their attention so that's my fault. Very small and didn't bother me much but I guess some people would have rejected the room on that basis. It's Spain I'm guessing they are common.

The breakfast was good and varied. There was a terrific view over the sea and the sunrise from our rooms. The hotel had access to 6 tennis courts by the sea and we played in the sun almost every day, for 8 euros an hour. It was a fairly bouncy, hard surface. There was a nice coastal walk to the city centre (35 minutes) and we bought a card to use buses and trams for a quicker journey. There's a great archaeology museum, a good modern art museum and the spectacular castle.

The staff on reception didn't have great English. One night the restaurant was fully booked but there had been no warning. It took a while to realist that the local Spanish tended to have a siesta before lunch - and the cafes and bars opened again about 3pm.
