Straight from the booking, communion was swift and clear. Checking in late and checking out early was a non issue for for our host at the Sandra Rooms. The room was very comfortable, clean and serviced daily if required. The location is across the road from the beach. The tram and multiple busses 21 & 22, stop very close by. And the staff/team were warm and friendly. Great accommodation and would happily go back to Sandra Rooms again.

Nothing, not only was there a coffee machine in the room (and a kettle for tea) they even had croissants and apple juice in the fridge for us to have for breakfast to get us started! A class act!

super clean everywhere, super comfortable huge bed and pillow, mineral water and breakfast included every day in the fridge! Quiet in the big room because of the soundproof door, we slept well. Very kind cleaning girl welcomed us and gave us the keys. Nice outside terrace with some city noise, but we could rest there. Super big bathroom with powerful shower. I believe this hotel is a good place for people with limited mobility because there are no stairs everywhere. Good parking area. 1 minute to go to the tram, and in a few minutes, we were in Alicante old town. What else would be needed with such an offer?

We got a key to the main entrance after a call to the owner, not the code from the link of the booking message. But it was an easy fixed issue, so we didn't mind it.

I recently stayed in this apartment for just one day, and I can confidently say it was one of the calmest and most peaceful places I have ever traveled to and lived in. The serene atmosphere was unmatched, making it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The interior design was cozy yet modern, which made me feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had all the information and amenities I needed.

The room was immaculate and perfect for what I needed. The water and breakfast supplied everyday was fabulous. It was also brilliant that I coukd watch Netflix or Amazon Prine when I wanted. The hosts were also so attentive and helped me out of a sticky situation when my phone charger decided to die the evening before the next day of my flight which would’ve been disastrous! The kindly found a charger and brought it to my room. I can’t recommend these guys and the apartment enough.

I would’ve liked a few shops a bit closer by but that’s not the fault of the apartment owners of course.

The staff was truly friendly, always smiling, and accommodating. We talked in Spanish and English, although broken. We were taken in early and the prepping of our room was prompt. The owner was also very polite in communicating through WhatsApp. Everything looked organized and neat. The vibe was cool, very resort-like. The beach is just across the street. I appreciate that it has a fridge, kettle, utensils, compli drinks, and small breakfast on the first night. I did not remember including it in my package.

There were a lot of thoughtful touches and extra amenities - the breakfast in the fridge, the toaster, corkscrew, wine glasses, cutlery, etc. It all made for a smoother stay. The location is perfect too - it’s in a quieter area, which was ideal for me. There are a few restaurants around, and it’s located right across the street from the tram, which makes it easy to get to the city centre, and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach.

Nothing - there was a moment where the TV wasn’t working, but Julio was very responsive when I messaged him and he was able to fix the issue.

Location was very good, seconds from a gorgeous beach, a short walk to bars/restaurants/shops and right on the bus & tram lines to the centre of Alicante. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The shower was great. A/C worked perfectly. The accommodation has a gorgeous veranda with plants, outdoor seating & hammocks both sheltered and not if you want to sunbathe and read.

Due to the location the accommodation is by a busy road. Thankfully when the door is closed you can't hear much from the room, but it can be a bit distracting to read on the veranda. We didn't have any contact with the hosts at all, check-in was online and there was a key box with a code to gain access to the room. If was fine for us because we had no issues, but I'm not confident if it would have been easy to get in touch with someone if you did need help.

Location was fantastic, across the road from the tram station only 3 stops to city Centre at a cost of 1.45 euros. And just after the tram station is a lovely beach with bar.

Noise from road and car wash but once patio doors were shut , the air conditioned room was lovely.

The apartment was very quiet, had a nice touch with food in the fridge, the bed was big and comfortable and the shower was very good. Car parking was excellent

The confusion over the car park and its entrance. It should be explained properly when booking that there is parking available and that the digital key opens the gate to the car park but needs to be accessed from the side of the car wash. Also the photo showed that the apartment had a garden. It did not, but it suited us as we are an older couple and preferred not to be near the roundabout so we didn’t hear any traffic.

This 5 bedroom establishment was perfect for our short stay. It is literally on the roundabout, beside a car wash (I’m only mentioning this, because initially we drove straight passed it! There is no problem with noise and the way the place is set up, it still feels very private) Outside, there is a lovely garden area with comfy seating, sun beds and parasols dotted around. There is safe and free parking at the rear of the property. Being a little outside of Alicante was no problem, as “La Isleta” tram station is literally across the road, giving easy access not only to Alicante, but numerous other destinations up and down the coast. The rooms are modern, well furnished, spotless and have all the amenities you would need. The air-con works well and there is a small fridge, Dulce Gusto coffee machine (also acts like a kettle without the coffee pods in) and a toaster. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The large walk in shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. A lovely touch, is that there was a complimentary continental breakfast left in the fridge for us, along with a couple of small waters. The TV has a number of international channels, where you can get English speaking films and series. We stayed in the small double, which is the only room that does not have a patio door entrance with a table and chairs outside of the actual room - not a criticism, but something to note - next time we would book one of the other rooms, so we could enjoy our breakfast by just walking straight out of the patio doors and sitting outside - it would be worth the extra small expense to us.

I have only one criticism, and it is a very small one, but in our eyes it would make this place perfect. Rather than paper disposable cups, it would be nice to have two mugs for the coffee and two glasses for the orange juice in the room - even if they were plastic - that could be washed and reused during the stay. Next time we visit Alicante, this is where we will stay again, loved it 😊
