The hotel was as described it was clean , had a great pool and was very very quiet . Sunbathing was peaceful and the building it self is historical. It’s very close the the hospital which has great public transport links and a taxi rank. For the budget traveller who wants a swimming pool and a finca experience this is the place . It’s not a five star tower of veneer but a nice real value for money experience.

It is very close to the university hospital , which does have a large construction site very close by.

The hotel is a historical building with large corridors decorated library and having specific atmosphere which we like. Parking on the street. Quiet area, except working days when constructions in close vicinity are running.

Small narrow rooms. Missing room for bycycles overnight, should stay in the garden. Breakfast bar 5min walking, but not open every day.

This is a characterful old building with beautiful gardens and great swimming pool and a tennis court. The receptionist and owners were friendly. It is a calm sanctuary in the heart of San Juan.

They didn’t seem to serve any food or drinks but there are good cafes nearby.

we only stayed for a few hours rest after a cancelled flight but the staff were lovely and welcoming

It is a beautiful old building but this meant the air conditioning was not great so it was quite warm for sleeping

Very private and extremely nice boutique hotel. Nice pool and tennis court

Room in first floor with windows facing to caffeteria tables. People sitting and eating in front of the window. The pool bar was closed ☹️ For that location nothing nearby you need to have a car to get around or ready to walk long distances.

A beautiful and peaceful hotel to visit. The grounds are lovely, with a pool surrounded by palm trees and greenery. The old finca is impressive and it is a good location close to the beach and city. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable.
