The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the main swimming pool is extremely pleasant. The buffet restaurant is not exceptional, but overall good, with a large variety of cooked and cold food. The personnel is always kind and helpful. It takes almost 30 minutes taxi from the airport, with an avarage expense of 40 euro. San Juan playa can be reached in 15 minutes walk. Bus 21, stopping in avenida Benindorm and passing every 21-25 minutes, takes to Porta del Mar and to the train station. Tram 5, passing on avenida de las Naciones, takes straight to Porta del Mar in 20 minutes. Tickets can be bought on the tram (one trip allowed) or 10 tickets can be bought with a blue card for about 7 euro, The same card can be validated multiple times to cover more people, and the ticket lasts one hour (changes allowed).

Water and other beverages are not included in the buffet price.

Beautiful, classy and modern hotel with everything you need. Fresh and clean rooms. Very nice pool area and ofcourse the new rooftop pool and bar. Highlight of the day was walking straight down the road for 5-10min to the beach. There was a Mercado 5-10min in the other direction. 5-10min walk to the tram that takes you to Alicante in 15min. Good breakfast 7-11am.

Good breakfast, lots of choices. Maybe a bit more fruits would have been nice addition. Really comfy beds and nice clean room. Nice to have a separate toilet and shower. The hotel has paid parking (17€/night), but parking is free on the street and seems to be safe. Quiet neighbourhood. Shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk near the beach area.

No water bottles in the room. Really busy breakfast time between 9-10 am. On some days we needed to wait ~5 mins at the coffee machine to get a cup of coffee. Elevators were somewhat slow and needed to wait a long time especially in the mornings. These things did not bother me too much since otherwise this was a very good hotel and nice stay.

It was very close to the beach and the long promenade. Buffet Breakfast was good with a lot of choice.

The terrace pool was supposed to be heated but the water was freezing cold. I had booked a double room but instead got a disabled room, when this was brought up with reception staff, they just told me they were fully booked and to check back again next night…

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff are so friendly. The selection and quality of food at breakfast is outstanding. A great selection of food at the buffet dinner. Rooms spotless, they have all the toiletries . Really nice pool area.

Food at the buffet dinner could be a little warmer. We were originally allocated room 129, we were woken up with a noise and vibrating. Seemly it's from the kitchen fans. I feel this room or surrounding rooms should not be allocated to guests. Everything else was perfect.

Nice pool and good size room. Good bar facilities, esp roof top bar.

I think the insistence on exclusive use of qr codes to order anything was restrictive & I don’t understand why a hard copy of menus could not be either displayed or available to customers. I only ordered wine at bar as didn’t have phone with me to review menus and also am disinclined to squint at phone at night. Also basic hotel info such as checkout times location of access lifts etc. should be readily available in room. The bathroom fixtures need repair, bot toilet seat cover and pipe in shower were loose.

The staff were exceptionally good. We always received a friendly greeting and offers of assistance which was important as my partner is disabled. A nice, well run and managed hotel. Facilities can best be described as “comfortable “ rather than “luxurious “ Great for young families less attractive to teenagers and “young at heart oldies” as there is no evening entertainment . Limited local restaurants although several are available around the area of the beach which is 15 or so minutes walk from the hotel. We were unfortunate as it rained for much of our stay and so we were unable to explore the hotels pool and sunbathing facilities but both appeared to be perfectly adequate,

The property is impressive and inviting and immaculately clean. Bedroom furniture is a little sparse but basically adequate. Restaurant is also adequate, perhaps more functional than pretty. Our only serious negative is that the food from the buffet was insufficiency hot.We brought our complaint to the attention of the staff who dealt with it in the most generous manner which was not what we wanted as it did not resolve the problem.

Lovely new hotel, with very modern minimalist Nordic style room with lovely large balconies. Breakfast was included and was also great.

Weather was about 22-25 degrees in nov. But annoyingly the pool below for adults and kids is not heated and it was absolutely freezing cold. They should heat it up. I believe the roof top pool is heated but was closed also not available for kids. So that wouldn’t have worked.

Very nice hotel, with a superb rooftop terrace and swimming pool. We arrived in the morning, so before the room was ready, but we could already change clothes ad enjoye the pool. The food is excellent although a bit more variation would be welcome. Personel was very friendly. One evening I lost a sweather at the restaurant, and I found it back at the reception. The hotel is located in an urban area but there is not much surrounding noice such as traffic. The sea is at 800m.

Personel should intervene when some guests make too much noise at the pool. A bit more variety of the food would be nice. The elevator is really slow when it comes to opening the doors. A technician could easily fix this.

The hotel is clean well presented and well positioned. Staff are welcoming friendly and helpful. A good selection for breakfast, we didn’t have lunch or dinner but did have a pizza from the downstairs cafe when we arrived at 22:00, all food and drink was well priced. Pools areas are clean and towels can be hired from reception. Roof top pool is lovely with great views. 3 adults shared a room, it felt a little small but we were only really there to wash, dress and sleep. Local beach 10 minute walk with plenty of cafes and restaurants. You can hire surf and paddle boards have lessons or just go for a swim as it was lifeguarded. Tram to Alicante old town a 6 minute walk and well worth a visit with lots of restaurants, marina and historical buildings a to see if that’s your thing. Would happily return.

Only thing I would change is children at the roof top pool. It is smaller than the downstairs pool and while listening to children playing and having fun is actually quite nice, being able to relax and switch off from usual family noise without being splashed if that’s what you want would be great. The hotel has a well kitted out allocated children’s pool play area.
