The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the main swimming pool is extremely pleasant. The buffet restaurant is not exceptional, but overall good, with a large variety of cooked and cold food. The personnel is always kind and helpful. It takes almost 30 minutes taxi from the airport, with an avarage expense of 40 euro. San Juan playa can be reached in 15 minutes walk. Bus 21, stopping in avenida Benindorm and passing every 21-25 minutes, takes to Porta del Mar and to the train station. Tram 5, passing on avenida de las Naciones, takes straight to Porta del Mar in 20 minutes. Tickets can be bought on the tram (one trip allowed) or 10 tickets can be bought with a blue card for about 7 euro, The same card can be validated multiple times to cover more people, and the ticket lasts one hour (changes allowed).

Water and other beverages are not included in the buffet price.

Beautiful, classy and modern hotel with everything you need. Fresh and clean rooms. Very nice pool area and ofcourse the new rooftop pool and bar. Highlight of the day was walking straight down the road for 5-10min to the beach. There was a Mercado 5-10min in the other direction. 5-10min walk to the tram that takes you to Alicante in 15min. Good breakfast 7-11am.

There were always sun beds available throughout the day (which I never see in other hotels). The pool area is beautiful with a great poolside bar that serves really good food. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool were also a very cool feature. There was a great selection of food in the morning for the buffet breakfast.

Service can sometimes be very slow (pool bar, rooftop bar & reception) but the service got better the longer we stayed and the location was a small bit isolated (very little within a 5 min walk of the hotel other than apartments and other hotels) but a 5-7 minute walk to San Juan Playa and a 30 min tram to Alicante which was good.

Good breakfast, lots of choices. Maybe a bit more fruits would have been nice addition. Really comfy beds and nice clean room. Nice to have a separate toilet and shower. The hotel has paid parking (17€/night), but parking is free on the street and seems to be safe. Quiet neighbourhood. Shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk near the beach area.

No water bottles in the room. Really busy breakfast time between 9-10 am. On some days we needed to wait ~5 mins at the coffee machine to get a cup of coffee. Elevators were somewhat slow and needed to wait a long time especially in the mornings. These things did not bother me too much since otherwise this was a very good hotel and nice stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights, although the hotel isn’t in the centre of Alicante it is easily (and cheaply) accessible by tram. Hotel was great value for money, we booked B&B, breakfast had plenty of choice every morning, we also had dinner one night which cost €20 each, again great value for money with lots of delicious food available. All staff were friendly and helpful, we didn’t use the pool area but it looked lovely with sunbeds available any time we passed. We stayed as a city break while our daughter visited friends but it’s definitely a hotel you could have a lovely, relaxing weeks holiday in and we will definitely be back.

It was very close to the beach and the long promenade. Buffet Breakfast was good with a lot of choice.

The terrace pool was supposed to be heated but the water was freezing cold. I had booked a double room but instead got a disabled room, when this was brought up with reception staff, they just told me they were fully booked and to check back again next night…

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was cleaned every day and we were supplied with fresh towels. Hotel was very modern decor. Pool and bar was so clean and gym and sauna facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was really nice with a great variety of hot and cold foods, fresh fruit and pastries with coffee machines, juice and water. Air conditioning was super and very welcomed as temperatures were in the 30's outside.

Maybe a hand rail to enter the pool, as I am a person that suffers dizziness and just for the support. But it was a minor thing. Cannot fault this hotel so that is the only thing I can think of.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff are so friendly. The selection and quality of food at breakfast is outstanding. A great selection of food at the buffet dinner. Rooms spotless, they have all the toiletries . Really nice pool area.

Food at the buffet dinner could be a little warmer. We were originally allocated room 129, we were woken up with a noise and vibrating. Seemly it's from the kitchen fans. I feel this room or surrounding rooms should not be allocated to guests. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel was located in a very nice area of Alicante, very close to the beach. The breakfast was more than decent, with lots of options, even though these were almost always the same. They didn't change a lot of these options. We tried eating dinner one time, and it seemed better than breakfast. The staff was always really helpful, and the hotel was spotless.

The breakfast: not lots of raw veggies, and the hot meals were always the same. The fruit section was better. The room: the bed was really bad; one time, the room service staff took all our towels and didn't put new ones in. And it was a hassle to get some new ones from the reception. The staff: besides the reception staff and very few people in the restaurant, nobody speaks English, only Spanish. We ordered room service and we barely made ourselves understood. Tip for the hotel: hire more people who speak English.

A new, modern hotel. I like its size — you’ll definitely find your own private space. Amazing city views from the rooftop lounge. Stunning landscaping and greenery — lots of green spaces! It feels really fresh and relaxing. I liked the small backyard garden near the outdoor stairs — it's small but very cozy. The staff were very helpful — they handled all our requests promptly and properly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, bars, a big store, a club, etc. Breakfast was first-class — you’ll find everything you want and need.
