I enjoyed my stay and definitely will come again. Hotel is 15 mins by taxi from the airport for 19€. Taxi driver told me, it’s the best hotel in town 😬. At the reception I met Javier, who was so professional and nice, he checked me in early cause the room was ready :)..not everyone does that! Lol Location is in the city centre near by the castle, marina, beach and restaurants. The walk by the beach in the morning is to die 4. I stayed in a superior room with sea view on the top floor, sunrise view and a balcony. From my bed, I could see the sea n hear the waves hitting the big rocks… very relaxing. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Service is brilliant, staff will go out of thier way to help. Spa was a good experience, price not included, u pay 25€ for a 90 min session. Outdoors swimming pool is brilliant n is rite besides the sea, but chilly during winter. Breakfast was super, food, fruits n juice were tasty. I feel like a new man.

The hotel was in a central location to the beach and the city centre, the room was lovely and spacious, there was a door between the bathroom and the bedroom which made the bedroom really quiet, gorgeous super king size bed, lovely soft towels, the room had a fully stocked mini bar and snacks in the room, it was cleaned every day to a high standard. We opted out of the daily breakfast, but the area in the hotel for meals had a panoramic view over the beach, the room had air conditioning, which wasn't loud, and could be adjusted, a nice balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the beautiful marina, there were plenty of dining options very close by, and a lovely little market every evening just a small distance from the hotel. Everything was close to the hotel. Plenty of taxis parked outside, a huge choice of restaurants, and so many sightseeing options, a lovely friendly city.

The fridge was full, very hard to fit in your own milk or drinks.

The breakfast had a very good variety, catering for all tastes and diets. I was impressed with the large space. There was always a table available. The location of the hotel was excellent. Close to all amenities, including beach & promenade restaurants/bars.

The service at the pool bar was very poor, although staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel only ever had 1 member of staff on at a time and they were expected to take drink and food orders. Food was cold by the time it was delivered to poolside. This area of the hotel could do with improvement.

Lovely staff, great location (only 5 mins walk to centre and to beach). Lovely breakfast with a good balance of continental food and Spanish food. Clean rooms with lovely sea view from the balcony. Complimentary water given daily. Decent room amenities (hairdryer, ironing board/iron, safe).

Rooms not soundproofed at all - cleaners would start early, and banging doors/moving furniture/hoovering would wake us up around 8-9am. Parking is ridiculously expensive, even with the hotel discount, which was €19.95 a day.

We enjoyed our breakfasts in a room with panoramic views of the sea front. During our stay breakfast was upgraded with a salad bar and fresh orange juice. Our room was clean and airy with a huge bed and a quality TV. Service at reception was fast and efficient.

Our shower was a little shabby with a broken and stained shower tray. We used the lovely pool area on level 1 twice but then realised it was designated for superior room guests only. The bar/ restaurant area felt uncomfortable and service was poor.

Gorgeous room, massive, cleaned daily with personal touches that made us feel incredibly cared for and at home. Cleanliness was second to none, absolutely astonishing. The room had an amazing view and the bathroom with huge walk in waterfall shower was absolutely perfect. Regarding food, amazing, an absolutely incredible, mindblowing amount of choice with super high quality ingredients. The care and attention to the dining experience made it an absolute pleasure to make use of the awesome in house restaurant as well as enjoy the included breakfast. The staff are amazing, they work incredibly hard, are sunny, polite, friendly and made us feel very happy and comfortable. This also applies to the magical spa staff - Florencia in particular. The spa staff are angels. Thank you so much for a wonderful, fantastic stay. We will never ever forget it and hope to be back very soon.

We discovered there was a superior second pool area and dining area that we didn't initially have access to but we eventually did find out by chance. Would have been great to know it was there from day one as it was a highlight of our trip. The main pool is in the shade all of the time whereas the second pool is in sunshine and has a view that I cannot even describe, it is so beautiful.

Basically we liked everything about the hotel, when we arrived the girl who welcomed us was very kind and friendly, and all the hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, nice, the breakfast was excellent, the lady Luisa who cleaned the room was nice, kind, helpful, the room was so clean. The Colombian very nice guy works the night shift, and he helped me and my husband solve a problem. Wow, the spa is wonderful. We had a great time. . The hotel supervisor girl gave me a little gift for my birthday, very nice and kind.

The only thing I didn't like was the massage section. The guy does it well, but it just doesn't feel aromatic. I think you should improve the massages with aromatic oils to make it more nice.

The location was excellent. The food in the restaurant was great. Good selection for breakfast also. Staff were very polite and professional. Towels were new and fluffy. Cleanliness was very good.

There is no bar where one could sit and meet people. There is no entertainment in the evening. The sunbeds were very uncomfortable. The pool towel was small and only changed weekly. If you want to change it sooner, there's a €1 charge!!. I found this bizzare and mean, I paid €1350 for B&B for one week, travelling solo.

I had a lovely time and for a solo traveller the staff were very helpful, telling me where to locate things within the hotel swimming pool/spa etc, also live music evenings and also airport bus/frequency and cost etc. All reassuring and helpful for someone on they're own. Breakfast was superb and evening dinner delicious. Will be back :))

Sadly the view from the room was disappointing, not value for money really, £220+ b&b per night. No sun after 9am and a diagonal view of a bit of the sea and beyond. Next time will ask for room other side facing marina and port I think. And will def be back with my husband next time as everything else location, facilities and food was superb, many thanks I had a great trip!

Centrally located in the city's port area, and close to the promenade. The rooms are creatively placed in the building, allowing either a harbour or sea view. We tried both, and were satisfied with both

Two minor details: 1) In our last room, we experienced temporarely "bad air" in the bathroom. This was probably caused by windy outdoor condition from a specific direction. The "problem" fixed itself. A closer look at the placement of the air systen intakes might be an idea. 2) The Nespresso coffee machines was not dimensioned for hotel use, and malfuncioned often. Not our problem really, but the machines needed a lot of support from the staff. A big thanks to their efforr and patience with coffee thirsty guests!
