One of the best places I've stayed. I was blown away by the room it was outstanding. I had two balconies, one of which stretched round the corner and provided an incredible view of the marina. The room was very spacious and catered to everything I needed. There was a separate living room and a stand a lone bath in front of one of the balconies, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views.

The only negative but had nothing to do with the hotel itself was the fact that it was very noisy outside on the Marina. I hadn't anticipated for this. There was a stand in the market area which would play loud music until very late, which isn't ideal if you wish to have an early night. To get around this make sure to request a room with a sea view.

Magnificent view from the room and especially the restaurant! Nice friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help. Great location close by the beach and city centre. Very comfortable suit. Convenient facilities. Good swimming pool. Awesome breakfast.

The dinner was not always prepared well. Once there were bones in dorado fillet, another time an overly dry chicken. This is not up to the level of my expectations from a 4 star hotel restaurant. But some days it was great tho. Chocolate coulant was the best.

The Holidays was really good and relaxing! Luca from the pool bar was amazing! He always had a smile on the face and he recomend us some restaurants nearby where we had The best arroz alicantino! He makes the best coffee in the whole hotel, so if you stay there, dont hesitate to ask for one :)

The last night we had some problem with a “gotera” that they didnt solve, water came down from the ceiling in the bathroom. We hope the next guest will have no water :/

Breakfast excellent. The front desk staff were also excellent. The views were beautiful. Easy walk into the old town. Lots of restaurants very near.

No Engish speaking TV at all. Couldnt watch the tennis. The staff put on the football for the finals but the room was very small. We went next door to watch the tennis. The bar has to be revamped definately.

Perfect location with walking distance to the beach, which suits us family with young kid very well! Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with sea view!!

The first night our door couldn’t be locked, second night tv not working. Last night at bed time a lady knocked on our door offering housekeeping!?? (She knocked on other doors too) Hotel staffs offered solutions promptly but it was so annoying to us.

The Hotel was at the perfect location, only less than 20 min taxi drive from the airport. Staff was friendly and polite. Room was spacious with amazing views. We did not eat food at the hotel so cannot comment. Spa facilities were clean.

The only negative, considering how big the hotel is they do not provide milk alternatives like oat, rice. Personally I cannot drink cows milk or soy, so getting coffee in the morning was a struggle.

We loved our room especially the wrap around balcony and the free standing bath was an extra treat. We also loved the pool on the first floor as it was quiet and relaxing.

We did not eat in the hotel at night as there was no outside eating area so we dined every night in the town. The service at the first floor pool was exceptionally poor,despite repeatedly pressing the bell..It took one hour and twenty minutes to order and be served our food and drinks.Even though they was a great variety at breakfast, the food was repeatedly cold.

Arrived and greeted by very helpful and professional desk clerks. The room was bright and well furnished with a great view over the Marina from the two balconies. Very much liked the walk in shower, same as home, and the huge bath towels. Really big comfortable bed with perfect pillows(4). Breakfast was good with a wide selection of continental and English food. Special thank you to Carolina, the Manager, who was so polite and accommodating.

Not everyone wants pod coffee. No instant coffee sachets, no milk, and no complimentary biscuits in the room. Two big televisions with 100+ channels, but only BBC World Wide News channel in English. Complimentary slippers too small
