You can take a bus from the airport and the stop is just a few minutes walk to the hotel. Very good alternative to save some € and not take an uber. Hotel location is next to the beach and if you want to just hang around in the pool then you have 2 options to choose from. The gym is also decent. Rooms very spacious, we got the sea view and it’s such a treat to just sit in the balcony and watch the ocean.

Not a fan of being passed around just to get new beach towels. Went to the front desk to get fresh towels, was told to go to the pool area, then the person there told me to again go to the front desk. Not a great process when it’s check in/out time coz the front desk is packed. I just want new towels!

The newly renovated common areas were very nice. Fantastic location, great view from the room, and a comfortable bed. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers, and breakfast offered several good options.

Our room felt a bit worn and dated compared to the rest of the hotel – it likely needs renovation soon.

I enjoyed my stay and definitely will come again. Hotel is 15 mins by taxi from the airport for 19€. Taxi driver told me, it’s the best hotel in town 😬. At the reception I met Javier, who was so professional and nice, he checked me in early cause the room was ready :)..not everyone does that! Lol Location is in the city centre near by the castle, marina, beach and restaurants. The walk by the beach in the morning is to die 4. I stayed in a superior room with sea view on the top floor, sunrise view and a balcony. From my bed, I could see the sea n hear the waves hitting the big rocks… very relaxing. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Service is brilliant, staff will go out of thier way to help. Spa was a good experience, price not included, u pay 25€ for a 90 min session. Outdoors swimming pool is brilliant n is rite besides the sea, but chilly during winter. Breakfast was super, food, fruits n juice were tasty. I feel like a new man.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Hotel is beautifully decorated. Its currently undergoing construction but there was no noise from work. Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We got a free upgrade to a room with sea view. There was a complimentary mini bar and a kettle with different teas. Balcony had a great view. Location is excellent, just in front of the marina and palm street.

Doors of the bathroom couldnt close. Closet doors had trouble opening up fully. Walls are really thin, you can hear everything, literally everything. We could barely find the entrance.. note you have to come through garage.

Great location. 2 nice pools, we were always able to find a spot. Room was enormous, pretty sure we got a free upgrade. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. There was no construction during our stay that bothered us. Live music on Friday by the pool was great. Towels, yoga mat in the room etc. were great additions.

Our room key did not work properly, so for the duration of our stay we had to visit reception every day at least once, when it got broken again. Then we had to wait 15 mins for maintenance to visit our room and get it fixed. This was bad luck on our side. Definitely not nice to have spend an hour or so in total, just waiting in front of our room to get in. Carpet on the room corridors should be changed.

The staff on reception were exceptional. They seemed genuinely interested in you and couldn't do enough for you. When we needed a technician to fix something minor they were there within minutes. I loved the fresh orange juice at breakfast and good quality tea.

The breakfast was ok but fried eggs were often cold and the bacon they use is horrible. Can you get UK type back bacon or even the American quite crispy type. Also, some days there was nice fruit like grapefruit or oranges but on other days the fruit could be hard and uninviting.

The staff was very warm and friendly, from the moment we arrived. The rook we stayed in was amazing - very modern, clean, and spacious. I loved finding a yoga mat for use in the room itself, the cute mugs and cups, the beach towels that we could easily rent. The view from the breakfast room is stunning, and the breakfast is OUTSTANDING, from freshly squeezed orange juice, to freshly baked bread, a huge assortment of fruit, cakes, and savoury options.

The pool is a bit small, considering the size of the hotel and number of guests - but the beach is nearby.

Hotel facilities very good , pool areas excellent . Room with balcony with harbour view was lovely and comfy. Breakfast was excellent and offered lots of choice . Staff friendly and helpf7l.

When we booked we knew it was summer solice festival , but we were not aware of 3 concert venues on the harbour outside the room , all 3 went on till 5.30 each morning 😒 if I had of know this I wouldn’t of stayed 2 nights .it would have useful for the hotel to have this as a warning on website. Not the best sleep and air con didn’t work well on the 1st night.

The property is new (or renovated) and it’s quite nice. The rooms are very nice and functional.

The entrance was still under construction/renovation so it was a bit weird to come in but this is temporary. The staff was not very helpful and quite narrow minded, not trying to accommodate a simple request (keep the swimming pool towels after leaving the room by leaving a card deposit as we didn’t have cash). For such a hotel to be so little accommodating is quite annoying and doesn’t leave a good sense of the experience.

The hotel was in a central location to the beach and the city centre, the room was lovely and spacious, there was a door between the bathroom and the bedroom which made the bedroom really quiet, gorgeous super king size bed, lovely soft towels, the room had a fully stocked mini bar and snacks in the room, it was cleaned every day to a high standard. We opted out of the daily breakfast, but the area in the hotel for meals had a panoramic view over the beach, the room had air conditioning, which wasn't loud, and could be adjusted, a nice balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the beautiful marina, there were plenty of dining options very close by, and a lovely little market every evening just a small distance from the hotel. Everything was close to the hotel. Plenty of taxis parked outside, a huge choice of restaurants, and so many sightseeing options, a lovely friendly city.

The fridge was full, very hard to fit in your own milk or drinks.
