The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Decent space for the room and was clean. Bed was comfortable. Modern. Easy walk to beach, dinner, etc. Felt safe, even at night.

We reported that the fridge wasn’t working and was told to wait it out. After several hours, it still wasn’t working but the office was closed. We were offered a small discount for our next stay but were disappointed that we had to throw out food as a result.

Clean,neat,tidy and very comfortable and a lovely spot to be in by the church and bars/restaurants nearby.

Nothing, but travellers should be aware it's very steep in places......the front is flat but steep to get there.....we'll worth the effort for the lovely coloured houses there though.

Everything was great! Very clean and fresh, with a lovely balcony, huge mirrors in the bathroom/wardrobe, wifi was good enough for working, daily cleaning, super friendly staff, great location in 3 minutes walking from the beach. Little chocolates was waiting for me upon arrival, and when I was leaving the host hugged me like if I was a dear friend )) these little details made my stay there even more wonderful) A charming place! I highly recommend it!

They kept it very clean. We liked the room, it was comfortable and fairly spacious. And the location was just excellent.

The bathroom was less a room and more an alcove, and we had a direct sightline from the bed to the toilet, which had a glass door. This wasn't exactly obvious from the pictures and came as a surprise. Some people might like that but that wasn't us.

Cozy hotel, nice rooms on a great location.

Breakfast in the hotel was monotone, too simple and became boring after a few days. Also weird that the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast everyday but provides vouchers for a nearby café.

What a fantastic hotel! Fantastic location in the Old Town, in a little placa with restaurants and the church! 2 minute walk from the beach. We arrived via tram from Alicante and it was only 5 min walk from the tram stop at La Vila Joiosa! Air conditioning was very effective and quiet, and so appreciated in the heat of summer! Large room and bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows and extra duvets. Fridge and safe in room. Isabel is the most amazing host - fantastic comms from booking to checkin and out! Anything you need she can organise - any time!! We would not hesitate to return!

Excellent location in the old town and short walk to the lovely beach. Beautiful decor, lovely functional rooms - everything you need and plenty of storage. Finally best hotel staff ever, called us by our names even before we checked in, checked on us and made sure we were comfortable.

No milk supplied with tea / coffee. One tiny bin; No privacy in the bathroom (clear window from bedroom)

It's in a good location. Far from the beach but a nice walk up into the old town.

We couldn't open the windows during the day because of street noise. And the wall between the bedroom and bathroom was weird with a peek through to the toilet and showers that had glass doors. Something a voyeur might appreciate.

Emjoyed the nearness of good restaurants near the suites.

The pillow was not comfortable. It would have been good to have had an English television channel
