I have been with my wife and came to Asia Gardens from Valencia just to relax. It's a cool balinese style and feeling inside. All people from the hotel are very polite and show really good service compare with other Spanish hotels. It looks a bit overpriced but still when you feel it and get this service it worth it. We came to hotel by Tesla and hotel charged my car so for the way back I was full. It is very convenient. The hotel has a lot of pool spots which gives you a choice ti hide from other people and to sleep in calm atmosphere or go to the common area and chill with the music. Nice choice for recovery.

Pool and surrounding areas were lovely, very clean and well kept. Alot of plants and trees meant that the poolside areas were very secluded and didn't feel on display despite the size of the resort. The buffet restaurant served a great selection of food, the specials served changed every evening, although we only stayed for 2 nights so might have got a bit samey after a whole week. Staff could not have done more to help, we accidentally took the wrong UK adaptor plugs with us and called to reception and they brought us up the correct ones straight away. It was my birthday and they left complimentary bubbly in our room when we arrived and a note saying happy birthday.

We reserved a table in the In Black restaurant for my birthday, and on reservation we were told that men must wear long trousers. My husband didnt have any long trousers with him but dressed smartly in Chino shorts and boat shoes but when we arrived at the resturant we were told that he had to wear trousers. The staff did say we could get trousers from reception but I thought it was a shame as he looked smart and not scruffy and it was 24 degrees in temperature so seemed a silly rule to turn guests away for.

Breakfast was excellent. The restaurants were excellent too. My favorite was Koh Samui. Long trousers is required but dress code always makes the experience better. We went for four nights and went to a different restaurant every night

I was happy with everything

The grounds of the hotel are unbelievable, had the most amazing stay. The staff are all genuinely lovely, especially at the bar by the main pool, in the spa, and the bell boys. Wish I had their names to thank them individually. Cannot wait to go back. Truly beautiful place for a break

Was slightly disappointed in the food at lombocci. Nothing special for the price. Had “italian” pasta but tasted more like a microwave meal. However a lovely place visually to have a meal. Would recommend Koh Samui to eat. Email and ask before you go which restaurants are open for the week of your stay and book before you go. I went half board but paid for the buffet for 2 nights, plenty of choice, however you could get a meal for 2 and drinks in the restaurants for the same price.

staff are excellent, all really friendly and helpful. I like the extensive grounds and luxurious swimming pools. Very relaxing environment and only a short taxi ride to the beach if you fancy an evening walk by the sea. The masseuse and masseur in the Thai Spa were excellent - best Thai massage we have ever had!

quite a few of the loungers by the pool had broken legs. I think its a design fault as they have clearly been repaired with metal brackets. The Steam room was not working in the Thai Spa and they should have volunteered the fact that it was not working. It may not have deterred us from using it but we felt it was slightly dissappointing that it was not disclosed when we booked. Also the format was not clearly explained. We were first allowed to sit in the pool area before the massage for an hour whereas previously we had the massage first and used the pool after. We felt this part was not clearly explained and curious to know why they changed the format around. Minor niggles though.

The gardens and ambience of the whole hotel. Mostly fantastic food , except the Asian restaurant.

The Koh Samui restaurant wasn't a Thai restaurant. Disappointing to have only one Asian restaurant in a hotel advertised as Asian. And the one Asian restaurant hadn't really got the best Asian dishes. Having a buffet breakfast in a five star hotel, would have been nicer to be served, instead of having to walk all through the place to find where everything was. Little things like having to ask for bath gel to use the bath, maybe an iron in the room. Only one pool open for use on the Monday out of seven advertised. Also only one restaurant open.

It was like you are in Thailand. The gardens are breathtaking and very well maintained and full of golden fishes. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and have very luxurious vibe. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had with everything of premium quality and natural orange juice everywhere. I suggest to also try the restaurants apart from the breakfast which are of premium quality. Two pools were heated and extremely relaxing. The staff are extremely friendly including the guys in the mini club. For kids they have a very nice mini club and there are some activities which are not free but very good quality and worth the price. I will come back to this place again very soon and suggest everyone to give it a try!

Nothing really.

There were several swimming pools, all clean and with life guards on duty, it's very peacefull quiet and relaxing. Breakfast and all other food is excellent, there are several on site resturants to choose from, the all inclusive buffet is the best value and includes drinks. The food and drinks and indeed everything here is a little bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, the quality is exceptional.

The prices of everything are a little bit high, but you get what you pay for.

I love the place. With great pleasure coming back. People are fantastic. It’s really a great joy to communicate with all the teams in the hotel. Great job! Very nice and kind people.

I am always struggling with the restaurants. It really can be better in terms of the food. The shrimps pasta had two little shrimps on it and was cold. It’s super expensive for the offered quality. And this time we had a huge amount of ants in my room even in my bed. It was honestly really disgusting. We reported it and the team came with the spray and the whole room was with the toxic smell after. But not blaming the hotel and have no comments to the hotel team - they did all they could

The outside facilities, the gardens and swimming pools were incredible. That is what makes this hotel unique and beautiful. It felt that there was really nobody around although we knew that wasn't the case. The relaxation vibe was absolutely spot on. At no point we felt disturbed by other guests or by employees. Really, after a few hours, we felt super relaxed.

If I gotta pick one thing up it would be that the buffet felt quite pricey if you are someone that won't drink too much alcohol. Plenty of food but nothing that blew my mind.
