Very clean good location

No air conditioner it was very hot in my room phoned the reception and got told that it’ doesn’t work because it was not hot enough to turn the air conditioning on 🥵

we enjoyed a lot our stay in this spacious property with many facilities; the kid played a lot at the kidsdom, even though there was some renovation going on in the area the rooms are very comfortable and each building is easily accessible from many different points (no need to pass by reception every time) the sand beach is impressive and so are the views of the sea outstanding golf facility YHI spa is very nice

being outside of the season, not all the cafes were open so the main restaurant was often crowded in this hotel, the meals and extras do not award reward-points the tennis courts belong to some other business so they cost (slightly overpriced); I would have appreciated some discount for staying in the hotel the check-in online did not save us from waiting in the line (not really short one) the in-door kids playground was closed (separate room/building)

From arrival you just knew it was going to be good. beautiful hotel beautiful location we cannot wait to come back! Food was great and in the level there was a heated pool. Kids area was one of the best we have been too.

Property itself was fantastic - food was great and staff were very attentive. We stayed in the level which was great - the only thing we would say is we got hounded to try and join a circle program - at first we thought it was just a loyalty program so was interested however it turned out to be a 5 year program where they wanted £4,000 a year from you - cut a long story short it just seemed a scam and they were very pushy so just try and avoid this.

The breakfast was was really good, and that was the only meals we had there. We really appreciated access to the Level lounge and the Level area, which included a heated swimming pool. That was a luxury in February which really gave that little extra to our trip. And the hotel area, constructed in a village like plan was simply amazing and well worth walking around and enjoy. And the location with several villages as well as Benidorm just a short drive away was really nice, because we felt it was peaceful and quiet - as we hoped for.

They obviously had problems of keeping birds out of the restaurant, and I am a bit sceptic about what those birds can do with the croissants. I have seen the same issue other places, and I really think food hygiene is too important to be left over to whatever birds think is good enough.

We had an amazing stay with our whole family. The prices were extremely reasonable for what we got. For the last days we upgraded to one of the suites with a jacuzzi & incredible view, we didn’t want to leave! It’s exactly far away from Benidorm to feel fully relaxed and extremely well located if you want to make little trips. Would really recommend this hotel!

A part from the buffet there was only one restaurant open in the hotel in Nov - we felt like there wasn’t enough choice of food if you didn’t want to go out but that’s not the same in summer!

The hotel itself is stunning. The bedrooms at The Level is spacious and comfortable. Robes, slippers, iron and ironing board, minibar and tea and coffee. Beautiful views over looking the golf course.

We have been to the hotel before and you could access the rooms by key card. This year for some reason they’ve given you a material wristband which makes you feel you’re in an all inclusive hotel down on Benidorm strip. We were not a fan of this at all, especially when you stay in the levels, which is five star.

We liked to design of the hotel. So many private spaces in the gardens to go to and be quiet despite it being a large hotel. The heated swimming pool was wonderful and the food very varied and good. This is our 3rd visit and we will return.

There are some maintenance issues around the hotel that should have been dealt with. Our room wasn’t serviced until 4.30 and one day we had to ask. Not the level of service you would expect for a 5 star hotel.

A great destination for families with children. It's essentially a one-stop resort where everything is included – especially their new Kidsdom concept, featuring a waterslide and kids' club. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent and have a premium feel.

Everything was amazing, the food, the staff, the entertainment and the surroundings. We are a family of 3 adults and 2 ten year olds and there was something for everyone. The whole atmosphere was one of happiness and smiles from guests and staff alike!

Not a dislike but as there were not many English people staying there, there was no English translations at the shows. We didn't mind but would have enjoyed the magic show even more if we had known what was going on!!
