The apartment we occupied was amazing. It had all the promised amenities. Lots of kitchenware; no food, drinks, spices or cleaning products, though, but staff were helpful providing us with dishwasher detergent tablets and clothes washer pods. Coffee machine used the NestCafé pods and it worked very well. The location is nice and quiet, with the only aggravation of a school and a soccer club being close by. You could hear children in the playground during school hours and soccer players in the evening. Location was convenient, a 5 min. walk to the downtown beachfront. Views of the ocean are spectacular and the large terrace was our favorite spot. Swimming pool was clean and had friendly hours. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean.

Great apartment in excellent Hotel. Family of 5 comfortably accomodated, great double sofa bed in living area. Apartment was spacious and airy with a great balcony. Dish washer and washing machine provided. A/C was superb. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Pool small but great and clean, hotel towels provided free. Great food at lunch by the pool and in restaurant try the paella. Staff at Bar excellent and attentive. Short walk to main town with great beach and excellent shoreline restaurants. Great Chiringuito just below hotel with great sunset views, try the cuttlefish.

The room facilities were excellent, with high quality furnishings. The room and property were very clean and tidy. Our view from the room was fantastic to see the sunrise in the morning, we would recommend the sea view rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, and ideal for walking in to the town to explore. The room was ready for check in on arrival and we were provided with a lovely cot and bedding for our 2 year old.

Breakfast is slightly expensive for what is available, (15 euros for small continental) but we were happy to pay for the convenience. We were a little stuck on Sunday for food as the restaurant is closed in the evening and all supermarkets are closed on Sunday, so worth planning ahead in terms of an evening meal. We didn’t know this so we’re a bit stuck the night before leaving. Maybe it would worth reminding guests who are staying on a Sunday in low season. Return taxi back to Alicante airport was quite expensive if booked with the hotel, compared to the taxi pre-booked for arrival journey (18 euros more expensive).

What a wonderful surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bed superior apartment. Ana on reception checked us in and was so warm friendly and helpful such a delight. She's a great ambassador for Blue Line. Contemporary apart hotel very tastefully furnished in reception and breakfast area. Spotlessly clean everywhere the staff must work extremely hard to keep it so pristine. The rooms are simply wonderful and for the price incredible value. Everything you need in an apartment and so spacious. The bed and pillows very comfortable too. We had a sea view so was particularly stunning. The pool area again very calm and we'll maintained with the water a perfect temperature. Less than 10 minute walk to beautiful beach and town along a picturesque walk next to the sea. Highly recommend

Nothing was perfect

We liked everything in the apartment - we loved the modern look of it, good quality appliances, well equipped kitchen, strong wifi, clean and tidy, spacious balcony with an amazing sea view. The staff were all very pleasant. Our 4 year old got a little toiletry bag. They gave me some washing liquid for the washing machine. The apartments are in a quieter area/not many tourists around which we liked. The grocery shop is just around 7min walk, the stone beach 5min and sandy beach 20min walk away.

We could outline these negatives for us: - Wardrobe - lack of drawers/shelves for clothes - Bathroom - it was very tricky to close and lock the doors / only one little soap given in kids pack - Pool - we booked this place as we thought the swimming pool is heated as stated on the website - we were disappointed as it was still very cold (and it is also shallow - the deepest area is 1m deep)

Modern comfortable rooms, only 1 sunbed. Nice pool, could have been a bit bigger. Liked happy hour. No need to book parking as outside spaces free. Large supermarket with a 3 min walk. Kitchen could have done with a few more essential utensils, very basic and had to make do. A food storage area is needed. Bedrooms where large and spacious but wardrobes where ridiculously small with only a few hangers and no drawers, although there is more than enough room for larger wardrobes and a set of drawers. We only stayed for 3 nights and we struggled, leaving items in our case, not sure what you would do if you had booked for a week or more. Not many sightseeing opportunities nearby. Did visit Las Casas-de-colores, which were ok with a reasonable beach.

2 sunbeds, bigger wardrobes with more hangers and a set of drawers, storage space for food shopping, more essential utensils. Larger pool and someone checking that inflatables and balls are not being used. Charging for parking when free spaces outside.

Apartment was fab, so modern and spotless with everything needed for a self catering stay, huge balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs. Pool was lovely with large umbrellas available and was never too busy, pool towels are provided. Large Mercadonia supermarket a short walk away. Main town with plenty of restaurants about a 10 min stroll, this is also where the beach is with beach loungers and umbrellas available to rent. This is a very relaxed resort, not much English spoken in the restaurants but they try their best and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Blue Line Apartments and VillaJoyosa for those looking for a relaxing break.

Nothing everything was perfect

Staff so helpful and friendly. Apartment lovely and comfortable. Black out blinds fantastic! Beds very comfortable. Apartment a good size. Whole complex small but perfectly formed.

Sliding bathroom doors just change them they don’t work! One of ours was stuck a man man came next day to fix but fix meant not moving the door for up to 24 hours with a teenage daughter not ideal. Staff very good though and did what they could. Pool is small. It was very hot so walk into town was uncomfortable not hotels fault but location no ideal.

Beautiful view on the sea, nice terrace and modern furnitures, clean common areas, possibility to take a coffee / eat next to the swimming pool at any time of the day. It is quiet and poeple behave. Very suitable for families. Location is also excellent, walking distance from the center of LaVilaJoiosa, wiht plenty of nice restaurants and a beautiful beah (10-15 min walking). The area is super quiet, the Mercadona is 5 min walk, with cheap local products. Overall a fantastic experience.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. A little more cleaning service would have been appreciated, but it was decent. The price of the parking was very high but did not have problem to park in the street so no problem on this front :) The area is very safe.

Clean apartment, nice and relaxing pool area with lite of sun during the darker winter months, and super friendly staff. Large terrace with Sun beds, relaxing sofa and dining table. Really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is new and bright white with little character. However, it makes it easy to keep tidy and clean, and our stuff made it more homey anyway :) Would love a blanket for cuddling up in the sofa at night. Used a duvet as we had extra beds not in use.
