The bed, the location, the kitchen staff, the man in the reception, the cleaning ladies in our floor (5th floor),the breakfast.Lot of resaturants and food boutiques and bakery

We ran out of water 6 in the am, a harrdcopy of how to use the telephone would be appreciated instead of QR code. Would have been better to have a Smart TV.

Great location facing the beach. Lovely clean room with a really comfortable bed. Side see view with late evening sun on the balcony. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice.

Hotel meets all expectations but the JS website is not easy to access. This means booking was difficult and I had to use another booking company. Getting access on the wifi was also difficult and I could not refresh my kindle.

Sea views from the hotel are fab, breakfast was great and very extensive, I didn't use the pool as it looked to be in the shade for the most part but the terrace was gorgeous and sun drenched with plenty of sun loungers. I also had a huge balcony which was a nice touch. Room facilities are basic but fine; good AC, fridge, TV with a million channels. The hotel was busy but not rowdy at all, very chilled, and a great location. The bar/restaurant opposite shows all the sports for anyone interested. COYI! There is a nice sculpture trail along the coast for a good walk and if you fancy going a little further you can follow the beach round to the necropolis of son real to see a prehistoric cemetery and archaeological site.

I didn't have any hand soap or shower gel in my room but think they just needed topping up. The mornings could be a bit noisy with people moving furniture around.

The staff is great, and the location is unbeatable.

My only concern about the hotel is the fact that they advertise in booking that they have "free-parking" what is not true. The possible parking is in the streets of the city, and sometimes you only find places quite fast from the hotel.

Mattress - double bed has two mattress not just one big (we were sleeping with baby in the middle, so for us it was a problem)

We had the option of breakfast and dinner included, and what a good choice that was! The quality and quantity of the food is very good. Besides that, the kindness of the employees stands out, thank you Mr Pepe and Mr André at the restaurant, among all the others, for being so kind and professional! The air conditioner in the room worked great and it was a delight coming to the hotel after a hot day outside. Otherwise, we also enjoyed the small gym, it is a really nice touch. The location is great (just in front of the beach), the pool is great... What a beautiful hotel, thank you for having us !

The room facilities are not top class, as exemplified by the door, which stucks a little and doesn't really block the noise from the corridor. It can get a little crowded in breakfast in the morning, so try going in early. These are the only reasons why the hotel doesn't get a 10/10. :)

It was the start of October fest and they had a van on the front outside the hotel The hairdryer in bathroom not very powerful really load till after 1 am

The cleaning of the rooms could have been better.

Staff were all very helpful, the restaurant food was very good. The hotel location right by the beach was excellent and we had a corner room looking onto the beach.

The only thing I didn't like was the sheets on the bed - they were too small and kept coming off in the night. They were fitted sheets and they seemed to be for smaller beds.

Friendly, helpful staff, good food & facilities, great location on the seafront. Good sized rooms with some great views. Nice touches like individual mini-dishes of Marmalade for the toast & a bin for teabags, sugar sachets etc which is a simple thing which other hotels for some reason don't have.

Until recently there were jugs of fresh fruit juice at breakfast, which were very welcome as the drinks machine has dilute squash. The aircon could be better & most of the English TV channels listed didn't work. However these were (mostly) minor things which didn't stop me returning for my 5th stay 😀
