The location is excellent. The animation for both kids and adults is thoughtfully planned — you can really feel that someone cares about the quality, and Mario is a truly talented manager. The food was good, and the ocean is absolutely amazing.

The coffee in the hotel is disappointing everywhere. In such a large hotel, it’s really sad that you can’t find a single place serving good coffee — only the same cheap, over-roasted beans with a bitter taste. I also saw a cockroach on the coffee machine at breakfast, and ants in the spa toilet. While this doesn’t bother me personally, I know it could be unacceptable for many guests.

Everyone was very friendly , from the staff on reception to all the waiters and bar staff. Our room was quite big and very clean. Considering the size of the hotel, we thought the restaurant coped very well, making sure that food, which was plentiful and of good quality, was being replaced regularly. Plenty of car parking.

Nothing to dislike really. Not to keen on glass toilet doors even though they were opaque.

The staff and the excellent choice of food. The room was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Pool table.

There was a charge to get into the indoor pool, 30 euro per person, which was very expensive for a family of four. My daughters were upset not to swim during their stay as the weather outside was awful.

The staff were very friendly & no matter how busy always smiled. Our waitress Veronica was exceptional in her duties. (worthy of 5/5 stars). The food was exceptional but I did miss having fresh prawns on the menu. We requested a room change & this was dealt with efficiently. The golf course was a short walk away but there was also hotel transport, if requested, to the course.

A topper on the mattress. No prawns on the menu. Our ice bucket leaked by the table & caused a potential Health & Safety issue for slipping on the floor. A yellow hazard warning was erected but the water remained on the floor, my complaint to Management was not followed up by them which was very poor because had an accident occurred the hotel would have been culpable. In 50 years of travel we've never had to pay to use the bedroom safe which was 3 euros a day!

We could have used an extra pillow. The pillows were very flat. We didn't like how at breakfast and lunch we were able to have juice, water, anything. But at dinner we were made to purchase a small bottle of water that didn't fill our 3 glasses. Why not make water available? It comes filtered from the wall in the hallway. We were shocked that there were so many young kids. We were not traveling with kids and felt over-run. Maybe on website state....there are a lot of kids at this family friendly resort. When not traveling with kids, having screaming kids all over the place.....too much. Or have dinner kid free from 7:30 - 8:00pm, and definitely have an adult only pool.

Very clean hotel. Excellent room cleaning staff who do an impeccable job. Same can be said for the rest of the hotel. The food is also brilliant (and I speak as someone with high food standards). Great size pool and lots to do at the hotel. Excellent sustainability standards throughout the hotel.

The beach is gorgeous and right in front of the hotel. It’s a shame that you have to pay extra for the sun beds (not many of them) on the beach. And I also found all the sun beds (around the pool too) to be a little uncomfortable. The pool was quite cold. Entertainment a little mediocre.

Well maintained, well managed

The pool area is very crowded with lots of kids in the main deep pool with inflatable toys and jumping agains the rules. Pool beds are covered in towels for hours without anyone in them preventing other people from getting them even though it should not be reserved more than 45’ . Nobody from the hotel enforces the rules around the pool.

The location on the beach was beautiful, the room was comfortable modern and clean with a nice private terrace. The food was very nice, we had breakast and dinner included. What made the stay extra special was the amazing service. From checking in with the very helpful receptionist, to the serving staff in the restaurant, and infact any time we saw any of the staff we were always greeted with smiles. We had a wonderful lady called Inma who waited on us for breakfast and dinner. We were told about the delicious food by Pepe one of the great chefs and sampled one of the best mojitos I have ever had made by the brilliant Malero. The entertainment staff were also great and Luis especially made us feel very at home. We will definitely be back! Thank you all for an unforgettable few days!

The location and the facilities are perfect. Make sure you take the short walk to the beach which is World class, the sea crystal clear and plenty of chiringuitos close by including SeaSoul which, although attached to the hotel is not included in the "all inclusive" package but worth the visit as the food is 5 star.

If you aren't big eaters or drinkers, the fully inclusive package is a little expensive!

For adults with young kids it's a good old to go. Decent food with a good variety. Kids seemed to enjoy the kids club. There was enough seating around the pool.

I felt the room could have been bigger, especially as we upgraded to the delux. The room at the end of the bed and the furniture was very tight. The restaurant prices are expensive. I'd either go half board and go elsewhere for lunch or just do all inclusive.
