It is a really beautiful hotel situated on a stunning long sandy beach. The decor is very elegant whilst still being comfortable and there are great facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The choice and quality of food and drink was excellent, and there really was something for all tastes. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and lovely en-suite. Our balcony had a very pleasant side sea view.

The only thing that let it down was that we arrived at 15.00 to check in, but we're told that our room wasn't ready and that we would be messaged when it was. As we'd only just arrived and hadn't received any information about the hotel, we had no idea where to go, other than to sit in the reception. We were told we could go for lunch but had already eaten. We finally checked in at 15.45, which we thought was quite a long delay. Everything else was excellent, and the friendliness of the bar staff and dining room staff more than made up for our initial impression

The location is beautiful, the beach being amazing. The hotel is well maintained and the quality of the food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner is very good. Staff is friendly. The compromise for sustainability is also to be appreciated.

Half-board does not include any type of drinks at dinner, not even plain water, which is otherwise available free of charge everywhere in the hotel hallways. The quality of the bed linen is for a 3 star hotel , with pillow case stained and sheets with wholes in them. The worst part was the lunch options, with the Barrosa restaurant being quite on the pricey side and the pool bar being awful. Poor quality food, very low quantities and definitely not cheap.

we had a large pool shared by only 10 rooms, which proved very convenient. We ate breakfast and dinner in the main buffet restaurant each day. The food was absolutely excellent with an exceptionally wide variety of dishes on offer. The service was excellent. My wife, who needs a strict GF diet, was particularly grateful for the efforts made in the bakery to provide her with GF croissants and cakes.

It's a pity the beach is not so easily accessible. Parking is quite expensive, considering this is an out-of-town location. Our room had a veranda which would have been ideal for sitting on, but the 2 chairs provided were extremely uncomfortable.

Overall good hotel, the beach in front is extremely nice, with a super sunset. The access to the hotel is also quite good and the region is very interesting to visit.

The personnel, particularly at the front desk, are not so friendly and not explaining fully the facilities and how to check the hotel info (for instance, nobody explained the existence of an app). Also, the kids club is in fact in the hotel besides, not inside the hotel, which was not a problem, but we should know upfront. The charge of the parking at the hotel is also quite off compared to the prices around the region.

Room was fine - bathroom probably a little "dated" - shower was average in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in in Spain Breakfast was fine, very good selection Not sure if I was in love with evening dinner, the buffet although good selection, is probably "out of character" with the hotel. Would have preferred a better restaurant with table service as the main restaurant

From the beginning the staff was really friendly, especially Manuel from the Reception was super helpfull. He proposed a room upgrade and we took it. We were very happy with superb, quiet room with direct access to a pool just for few rooms. Food was delicious with plenty of choice from the buffet. We spend also nice time in the evenings at the bar with proffesional service and wonderful life music. Oh...and unlimited cristal clear filtered water for free was a nice suprise.

We are vegans. We have been to every hotel along the Sancti Petri coast (incl Gran Melia and Barossa Palace - but not Royal Hideaway - that's next!). The food on offer in the buffet restaurant was by far and away the best in terms of choice and quality of any of the hotels there. For that reason alone this is now our favourite. But also good was the comfort of the loungers, the large sturdy umbrellas, the bar area, the music, just everything. Top top quality. Thank you and well done.

Prefer a double bed to twin. TV coming on every time we entered the room annoyed me but that's tiny in the grand scheme of things. It's a fantastic hotel.

Beautiful stylish hotel, great location on huge beach… we had a beachfront suite for 3 of us, which had superb views out to sea. The hotel was not too large, relaxed, no rush to find a sun bed Despite it being a busy Easter weekend. The food in the buffet was great! The staff were all incredibly friendly and courteous.

We were staying here with our young daughter and felt that more could have been made of the fact that it was Easter? No chocolate or treats in sight….
