Everyone was very friendly , from the staff on reception to all the waiters and bar staff. Our room was quite big and very clean. Considering the size of the hotel, we thought the restaurant coped very well, making sure that food, which was plentiful and of good quality, was being replaced regularly. Plenty of car parking.

Nothing to dislike really. Not to keen on glass toilet doors even though they were opaque.

The staff and the excellent choice of food. The room was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Pool table.

There was a charge to get into the indoor pool, 30 euro per person, which was very expensive for a family of four. My daughters were upset not to swim during their stay as the weather outside was awful.

The staff were very friendly & no matter how busy always smiled. Our waitress Veronica was exceptional in her duties. (worthy of 5/5 stars). The food was exceptional but I did miss having fresh prawns on the menu. We requested a room change & this was dealt with efficiently. The golf course was a short walk away but there was also hotel transport, if requested, to the course.

A topper on the mattress. No prawns on the menu. Our ice bucket leaked by the table & caused a potential Health & Safety issue for slipping on the floor. A yellow hazard warning was erected but the water remained on the floor, my complaint to Management was not followed up by them which was very poor because had an accident occurred the hotel would have been culpable. In 50 years of travel we've never had to pay to use the bedroom safe which was 3 euros a day!

terrible incident with towels. At the reception I was given 4 magnetic cards, for which I paid 80 euros in cash, when I asked if I could return the money, I received an affirmative answer. To my incredible regret, when returning the cards, the hotel manager said that the payment for towels was not displayed in the system and asked me to prove the payment in cash. Then she said that I did not pay for the cards. How did they get into my hands? Answer: I just gave them to you. An unpleasant aftertaste from deceit, petty and unworthy.

We could have used an extra pillow. The pillows were very flat. We didn't like how at breakfast and lunch we were able to have juice, water, anything. But at dinner we were made to purchase a small bottle of water that didn't fill our 3 glasses. Why not make water available? It comes filtered from the wall in the hallway. We were shocked that there were so many young kids. We were not traveling with kids and felt over-run. Maybe on website state....there are a lot of kids at this family friendly resort. When not traveling with kids, having screaming kids all over the place.....too much. Or have dinner kid free from 7:30 - 8:00pm, and definitely have an adult only pool.

Very clean hotel. Excellent room cleaning staff who do an impeccable job. Same can be said for the rest of the hotel. The food is also brilliant (and I speak as someone with high food standards). Great size pool and lots to do at the hotel. Excellent sustainability standards throughout the hotel.

The beach is gorgeous and right in front of the hotel. It’s a shame that you have to pay extra for the sun beds (not many of them) on the beach. And I also found all the sun beds (around the pool too) to be a little uncomfortable. The pool was quite cold. Entertainment a little mediocre.

The location on the beach was beautiful, the room was comfortable modern and clean with a nice private terrace. The food was very nice, we had breakast and dinner included. What made the stay extra special was the amazing service. From checking in with the very helpful receptionist, to the serving staff in the restaurant, and infact any time we saw any of the staff we were always greeted with smiles. We had a wonderful lady called Inma who waited on us for breakfast and dinner. We were told about the delicious food by Pepe one of the great chefs and sampled one of the best mojitos I have ever had made by the brilliant Malero. The entertainment staff were also great and Luis especially made us feel very at home. We will definitely be back! Thank you all for an unforgettable few days!

Beautiful hotel by the beach with lots of facilities. We booked in an all inclusive basis and it was a good deal with good food and drinks included. Friendly helpful staff

There’s no door to the area that of the bathroom and toilet so if you get up at night you disturb your partner. It’s not the best of arrangements. Parking at the hotel cost €20 per day which is expensive considering that the hotel is quite expensive too.

A very beautiful and well-kept hotel complex. several pools and restaurants offer variety. One of the pools is very quiet, since children and families are more likely to stay at two other pool areas. The evening buffet has different themes every day. there is direct access to the beach and a beach bar attached to the hotel . No music or animation program during the day, in the evening there was music from time to time. sustainability was also taken into account. On each floor there was drinking water set to refill (free of charge). The staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are modern and clean. usual iberostar quality... I would love to come back.

Everything ! Our 2nd time in this hotel and we will repeat again, the staff is just amazing, so friendly, polite and atentive, they make you feel like home !!! The family rooms are just so comfortable and spacious with kids, the views and sun orientation perfect and the surroundings so nice !!!

Let's say the food was very nice but last year it was even better ... At this time of the year there is no activity for less than 4 years old kids and the star camp is open very little hours with activities only for older children.
