My experience at Hotel Novomar was very good. From the moment we arrived, we were received with exceptional hospitality. The staff is friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The hotel is located right on the seafront, with direct access to the sandy beaches of Chiclana. The hotel is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the nature of the endless beaches of Chiclana, highly recommended!

Very clean comfortable room at a great price

I didn't see any staff at all (although I did arrive after 8pm both days) I also didn't see anyone at checkout Sunday morning. In fact, I saw nobody at all during the whole time, staff, guests etc. This wasn't a problem for me, my experience was great and I would repeat but it was a little strange. I would have liked a hairdryer (I borrowed one from someone in Chiclana). I imagine reception has them (but I didn't see any staff!)

The hotel was small, quiet, clean and charming. Our room was for three persons, not big but enough. It had a small fridge, a nice terrace and a view to the pool. The big bed was comfortable. The location was very close to the beach, shopping centre and the restaurants. There was free parking. The staff was friendly.

The extra bed was uncomfortable as it was not steady and thick enough so you could feel the wires. The pool bar was closed.

The hotel was basic but the price reflected that. The location was great, near enough to restaurants and very close to the beautiful beach. There was also a pool but we did not use it. Parking was available which was also an advantage.

Amazing room with private terrace and views to Sancti Petri's castle and the pool Lovely staff. Very helpful.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee in the room, as the nearest place to have breakfast was a 20 minutes walk away.

Near beach and nice bars/restaurants, nice pool that my son and I much-utilised (few others did) very friendly staff, air con, having a room straight onto the pool was great.

If I left the window open at night and when sitting by the pool there was occasional traffic noise, but all the pros far outweigh this.

Location, it was very clean and well kept. Parking

No kettle in the room, and a mirror in the room would have been nice.
