The hotel area was almost perfect in every way. There was even a Finnish sauna and a cold water pool! Breakfast and dinner were varied and the restaurant was clean with white tablecloths. The chef cooked different dishes for the guests in the evenings. You could even run barefoot on the long sandy beaches. We would love to come here again!

The free parking in the hotel yard was sometimes full, but the safe-looking street side was nearby and there was space. However, there would have been space in the hotel's paid parking garage.

I recently stayed at this hotel and everything was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Dinner was equally rich and satisfying. The value for money was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for quality accommodation at a reasonable price.

On the downside, the hotel was quite cold. The heating in the room was inadequate and struggled to provide sufficient warmth. We were compelled to request an extra heater to make our stay more comfortable. This aspect definitely needs improvement.

Amazing resort. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Very clean and tidy the whole place. We used the outdoor pool and the indoor pool - both are fab. Indoor spa is lovely and free for guests. Even saw a few people use the gym which looked well equipped. Beach is a stone’s throw away - and it’s a stunning beach. Must be 7k+ long the stretch of the white sandy beach. We went in mid Oct and the beach wasn’t that crowded. Staff at check in were v helpful and we had done the online check-in so the whole process took less than a few mins (perhaps our fastest checkin ever). Also on Sat evening they had an amazing entertainment show. My 10yr old loved it and was glued until the end (11pm)- despite having a v active / busy day. Highly recommend this resort !! 😀

Car park is outside the property. We managed free parking outside coz inside there r v limited spaces and we didn’t even manage to get parking inside once in 4 days.

Breakfast - Much better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Very well organised for food intolerances. Comfort of the bed. Kettle for hot drinks, and a mini fridge. The balcony, spacious and private The staff everywhere were superb. Beach access. A gate at the back takes you directly to the most excellent Barrosa beach. Overall one of the best places I have ever stayed in.

Pillows. Pool too noisy for me, great for families though. No worries the beach is a few metres away. Parking - It is an absolute nightmare both inside the complex and out in the street. Location. Fine if you dont want to move, complicated if you do. Parking was so difficult once we got lucky with a space, we did not move the car, hence we were a bit stuck. Our room 1107 well placed. (You might want to look at the shower door though it doesnt close perfectly)

Quiet, clean and relaxing, staff are on top of everything. The pools are great and rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Great facilities for little ones and the beach is easily accessible and beautiful. This was our third year in a row and will no doubt not be our last visit. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

We did half board, breakfast was fantastic but felt the quality of dinner options wasn’t as good as past visits. With all the options on offer would be good to have some more plain child friendly options for dinner. For coffee lovers - the coffee options at the hotel are not great at breakfast nor the little coffee shop or beach bar. Would be great to be able to get a decent coffee on site. Children’s pool area only opens at 12 - would be good if this was open a little earlier…. That said this is still a fantastic hotel and we will certainly be back.

Really lovely beach hotel. The beach is right there and utterly stunning, Perfect soft white sands, the walk through the sand dunes is gorgeous.The beach is the real reason to come here. Kids loves it. But the hotel is great too, it was April so used the indoor pool, which was great. Outdoor pools looked beautiful but too cold for me ( Kids did get in). The hotel is a 5 min walk from an area with shops, supermarket, ice creams etc which was nice. Breakfast was great. lots of choice, plenty of options for Milk allergy child ( Food not labled with allergens but i think they would help you if you asked. at Dinner they got him some vegan ice cream which was nice)

Would be amazing if outdoor pools could be heated.

The grand hotel has a beautiful internal courtyard garden, with greenery and tall indoor trees almost touching the skylit roof! The area is surrounded by intimate seating for conversation, contemplation, coffee or drinks from the bar. The rooms are comfortable, with a great shower, which includes body and hair wash. The bright airy breakfast room serves comprehensive buffet-style food and includes everything for all tastes and desires!

As we were visiting for only two days, we were disappointed that, although they provided a kettle and cups, tea and coffee were not included in the rooms. We were told we could purchase a tea bag for €2 or buy tea from the local shop. My advice is to include tea and coffee when you pack your suitcase if you enjoy an early morning drink!

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and forthcoming. Upon arrival we realised we thought we had booked a different room due to a little inconsistency on booking website. All reception staff were super helpful and professional and the issue was really quickly resolved and we loved our room! The restaurant was brilliant and the team working there in particular! Very hardworking and attentive.

The indoor swimming pool could have been a touch warmer. But in general it was a pleasant bonus to our stay to have an indoor swimming pool!

The room was large and comfortable with a minibar. The entertainment on both nights was superb; 1st night saxophone, 2nd night guitar, The buffet food was very good. There is free parking at the hotel, in dedicated parking spaces, chargeable car parking is in an underground car park which we did not need to use.

The shower temperature was not regulated so went from hot to warm to scalding, we reported this and it was fixed by the next morning. We heard a lot of noise coming from above our room on the 3rd floor at 09.00hrs no other rooms above so this was strange. When we reported to reception they advised there were works on the roof to replace the solar panels, this should not have started before 11.00hrs! We went to the Spa to find it is unattended- no towels or lockers so we had to return to our room for towels and leave our clothes in an unattended changing room. Only the sauna was working, the steam room was out of order, the small "pool" was freezing- only dipping your toes was possible- very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel and setting, lovely modern and spacious rooms. Grounds are impeccable and very tasteful and always clean. Beach location is lovely. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Staff working at kids club really lovely. Very family friendly. Good evening entertainment. We had half board and the food is very good, fresh and lots of variety. This is our second holiday here and we’d very happily come back.

Everything is very good. Only minor issue was the location of our room this stay as it was on the ground floor with a side balcony so not so nice to sit out on as it felt very overlooked (exercise classes taking place right outside). We would have preferred another room but nothing else was available. That said it was a lovely room inside with lots of space.
