Apartments are about 2 years old and are exceptional and very centrally located. Our apartment was ground floor but very quiet and had faultless facilities including en suite bathroom with walk in shower and kitchen facilities and washing machine. We could not fault the property and it had a very sophisticated entry system for out of hours entry to both reception and room.

Breakfast was in a cafe some distance from the property.

Apartamentos Turísticos La Plaza was the first apartment that my wife and I ever took in Spain. We have always used hotels before this, we are approximately 15 years traveling to Spain for Xmas at this stage. This apartment really suited our needs over the Xmas period. We arrived Xmas Eve. When we arrived we we’re greeted by the lovely Amelia, who has good English. We were then shown to our apartment, which was beyond our expectations, a delightful spacious room with a private terrace. The apartment was impeccable, beautiful decor, modern, very clean, and bright and all facilities that we expected was available. Also the lovely Amelia prepared a map of the best tourist attractions for us when we were going to do a day visit to Cadiz (gratias Amelia) last but not least we were very generously catered for on Xmas morning and New Year’s Eve when we received our breakfast on the Eve of the holidays to our room! most unexpected. We would highly recommend this apartment, it is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and accommodating! We will definitely be back when we will be exploring this region again! Centrally located in the center of the town; restaurants, bars, shopping, stores and the awesome beaches were all located at a short walking distance, no need to drive!!

What you see on the web page is an accurate description of the facilities. Everything was new and in top shape, furniture, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. I could go on for hours on how pleasantly surprise was my stay.

Fantastic location, excellent staff. For a night or two I doubt there is anywhere better in all of the town! Room was clean, location great and a substantial breakfast included!

Trying to be picky (as these points were really not major at all: Room was a tiny bit small, i mean a "tiny" bit small, but perfectly ok for a night. The offered parking slightly expensive, but at the same time there is such a demand for parking I can understand why.

It looked brand new, was very nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect; very close to the beaches, right in town near lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

New apartment on a central location in Chipiona, right on the corner of the main street for shopping and eating out. Also close to the beach and all other amenities. Everything inside was very clean and looked brand new. Comfy bed, a terrace on the street and a big and very nice bathroom with a rain shower. There was some water and other drinks in the fridge for us. And everything you needed was there for the kitchen and the bathroom. Lovely place to stay!

I have just one thing that I did not like and that is the tap in the bathroom. It has a sensor on it so it would constantly stop. Great for in a bar, I am a fan of not spilling water. But here it is a bit uncomfortable. But that is a minor thing. Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really, have stayed in Chipi over 30 times & this is one of the best places we’ve been …

Breakfast was included at a nearby cafeteria. Traditional spanish food including churros. Also very much local spanish customers. Ideal as we were seeking a holiday away where we meet local people and there are few other british people.

Lovely accommodation and excellent staff. Extremely clean, comfortable and very good air conditioning. We very much enjoyed our stay.

It was not very appropriate, most of the time I skipped going there.
