Excellent location right in the centre of Ciudad Real; easy to walk to everything. Beautiful building with clean, new, comfortable, well appointed apartments. Had everything we needed for a week's stay. Huge bathroom and super comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Easy self check-in in process with keyless entry - suited us as we arrived close to midnight. Helpful staff when we contacted them

Found the front gate frustrating until we worked out the trick. After using code/app, PULL the gate towards you BEFORE you push :) And opposite for exiting - push, then pull.

Great location for Ciudad Real. The room we had was really well designed for a short stay. Nice to get the welcome pack with coffee pods, crisps and water. Towels were superb. Really (!) liked the locker facility for luggage storage before and after check in.

Kitchen could use a bit more stuff - chopping knives, grater, milk jug, place mats - there's plenty of room for them

Central apartament, dog friendly and spot clean. They even left treats for the dog, coffee pods and a snack for us. Amazingly good online service. If driving, I recommend getting the parking ticket with them since it's so central there aren't many spaces around and the parking lot below the main plaza is the best option.

Seriously, the place was amazing and you can see that lot of thought was put into it.... nothing to complain!

Lovely apartment block and a great idea that needed a little more attention to detail. Parking was problematic and expensive as the "automated" checkin process was not quite ready for general use.

Shower room was a disaster (wet room for disabled access but VERY poorly implemented. The owners need to stay for a few nights to sort out the fine details (hooks, chairs etc etc).

I was very impressed by the Nordic clean look, the design and layout really worked to maximise the usefulness of the room. We liked the welcome and cleaning packs, dog got her own stuff too. Our only issue was not being able to change languages on the TV 😊 eventually that got solved, too. It was all just wonderful, and I got a lot of design ideas for our house, too.

Apartments were spacious, spotless clean and with all the amenities needed.

We booked 2 apartments for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) more than 8 weeks in advance. The system assigned us 2 rooms in 2 separate floors. As there were no staff present in the building (only a self service tablet) there was no chance of getting that sorted.

It was a very comfortable stay. We travelled with a 9 months old, he was crawling all over the place - and it was shining clean! The bed was very comfy, the check-in and check-out process very straightforward. Location - excellent.

We should have stayed for more days!

Great location and apartment but I hated the check-in. I don't want to install an App and the web version was buggy. I had to call a person to know the room number because of a system failure.

NIce accomodation, comfortable, well equipped. In case I will stay in Ciudad Real again I will use it.

Only small negative detail was that in fridge was no freezer which is a bit unexpected.

Everthing was just perfect: a clean and modern equipped apartment, even an iron was there helping to dry our rain soaked trousers from San Sebastian, quiet but in the centre of Ciudad and not the least a helpful staff.
