The room was very good, with a comfortable bed and a splendid view of the mountains( including the famous Valley of the Fallen monument). The staff are excellent.

The shower was a real problem as it would not fix on the rail.. The restaurant, which is advertised in a way that suggests it is part of the hotel, in fact isn't. It is in the same building, but is run by a separate company. The evening menu is limited. We had a burger that was terrible, veery undercooked even after we sent it back. The service was also very indifferent. Not recommended.

A very comfortable room and great value for money. Friendly front desk staff who let us book in much earlier which helped us a lot. A lot of parking on the property and it is easily accessible.

There was a waiter at the restaurant who was very arrogant and not in the mood to work. One of those who you are too scared to ask something for. It is a pity, because of this, we decided not to eat there. However, I would not rate this as part of the hotel, as it seems it could function separately.

Overall good experiance with the hotel, with some minor exceptions.

- Toilets are installed very close to the wall and are very uncomfortable - Atleast 2 additional pillows would be nice - The heating in our room was not working propperly, on highest setting there was only cold air from it. The control for the HVAC is very limited and alot of options and temperatures range are locked.

Big free car park so easy to park. Nice comfortable hotel. It met our needs as a stopping off hotel on the long drive from the Costa Blanca to Galicia. The hotel has a cafe and a restaurant so you can choose a simple cafe type continental breakfast or a breakfast in the restaurant I think the restaurant breakfast is 11 euros each.. We didn't have either as I had a travel kettle with me and some croissants.There is a nice walk through a park from the hotel to a big shopping complex with a Carrefour. It is about a 30 minute walk.We also visited The Valley of the Fallen.. This is well worth a visit.and was free after 3pm. I am not sure if that was because it was a Sunday.There were not many people there.

Welcome for pet - bed, bowls complimentary biscuits. Situation of room close to lift for dog walking. Misread instructions about pets, could have left dog in room whilst I ate in cafeteria after all! Both eating facilities looked good. Welcome by staff in English much appreciated after very long drive and traffic jams around Madrid itself

Aircon in my particular room couldn’t be adjusted so the room was a bit too warm for my comfort and I didn’t sleep as well as I would have liked. Access to room service menu was via scanning QR code - not ideal for those of us golden oldies who aren’t so technically savvy! Would have liked a normal menu as well. So I didn’t order in the end, which was a pity.

Everything, the hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The inclusive breakfast buffet was excellent.

If there were some local shopping venues nearby, Is about the only thing that would have made it better.

Very quiet room (on the back side of hotel), backyard view, very clean room, big and confortable bed, good breakfast, gym room, lift, conference rooms, restaurants for events, near by Mercadona. Very good staff. Good car parking out and indoor.

Comfortable and clean hotel, quiet and accessible to the highway and places to eat. With free parking in the property, which for travelers with automobiles is for sure a fantastic option to stay.

Weak Wi-Fi signal, they could improve the internet in the rooms.

A typical hotel just on the outskirts of Madrid lovely and clean good food rooms are good with Aircon and free Wi-Fi lovely friendly staff. Good value for money.

Could do with some more outside terrace areas

Really nice Hotel. Had a quiet room. As the restaurant was closed the waiter recomended a Steak and it was very good. The red wine was also very nice.

Restaurant was closed only the bar was open.
