Beautiful classic Mallorcan style vila made into a hotel. Lush gardens and beautiful rooms with a bathtub, which is very hard to find.

We enquired about the vegetarian options upon checking in, and the lady assured us they’ll be able to accommodate us. We turned up for dinner at the restaurant on the premises, and they had zero vegetarian options. The hotel is very remote so we had to drive every day for meals at least 20 minutes to the closest village. One would think in 2023 a 4 star hotel would make a bit more effort to have at least one vegetarian option on their menu. Also zero flexibility from the chef to accommodate our vegetarian requirements. SPA is small but nice, only has 6 lounges so if they’re taken you have nowhere to leave your things or sit between using the different facilities, since there are no lockers either.

The property is absolutely stunning, like a film set! Peaceful with the most amazing surroundings. I would recommend as a relaxing stay for any adult/couple.

We opted to upgrade to a room with a terrace but it was built into the roof so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view. However was a great sun trap for drying clothes. There were also no tea/coffee making facilities which would have been great as breakfast was quite late (for us anyway). We did end up walking into Consell most mornings to get an early coffee, which was lovely so swings and roundabouts!

Staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area is brilliant, very relaxing and perfect for a dip to cool off. The restaurant whilst not cheap was reasonable and the quality good. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. The views and grounds were fantastic.

The location was the main drawback. Unless you drive or get a taxi it's difficult to get to and from. I would suggest maybe a shuttle service a few times a day to the local train station? All the local taxis will only pick you up if they can start the meter from their current location meaning a €10 journey in fact often ended up costing €25+. I would also say the breakfast is poor value at €18.

The location is stunning and perfect for exploring the island (with a car). It is centrally located to get anywhere easily. The pool area was gorgeous. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.

The property has a TON of potential to be more sustainable and more beautiful. The interior design of common spaces is outdated and not very cozy. The rooms look a bit corporate, and it would be nice to have tea/coffee in the rooms. The bar area is not very inviting. The breakfast menu could include more healthy options (e.g. different kinds of milk/yoghurt and natural ingredients for toppings instead of the ultra processed cereals), and it would be amazing if they offered cooked breakfast (eggs, pancakes, etc) instead of just buffet. Lastly, I think the hotel could offer filtered water on tap — so that guests can refill water bottles instead of having to buy bottled water.

I did not make the booking and the staff did not tell me breakfast was included, so I did not have breakfast at the venue, only an espresso in the morning which they put on my tab even though in hindsight breakfast was included. When raising the issue there was no way they were willing to compensate. Some story about different budgets and planning. Even the espressos I had to pay as they were booked on my room even though they should not have been. A great way to ruim an otherwise perfect stay. I will not come back nor would I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is close to the highway. You can hear a bit the sound of cars coming from it. There was an opened package of chocolate in the mini fridge. Not nice. I asked for a kettle. I got it. But very poor quality and sentiments on the bottom. I preferred not to use it. And I had e ver bad surprise. I booked a double room. The photo from the room here in the booking shows a room with 2 large windows and plenty of sun light. When I got there , they gave me a room ( same category) with a tiny square window , super dark. What for me was unacceptable. The staff solved the problem, but I would think twice before recommending the hotel since you don’t know what you are going to get.

this was our favourite stay from an 8 week trip around Europe! Can't fault it at all the pool/spa area was lovely, with both an outside pool and indoor pool. plus steam room, sauna and jacuzzi the building and grounds are beautiful staff were lovely 12pm check out was the icing on the cake

Almost too quiet. Fitness room a bit small Car needed- but I knew that when booking A bit unfortunate that road was closed to hotel overnight on first Saturday of August for an annual walk…. But route I had to take to return to hotel will always be memorable

The place is just stunning, beautiful gardens, lovely views over the mountains and the surrounding "pueblos". Unfortunately it was only a one night stay but we enjoyed the SPA in the evening and a swim in the pool. We had dinner at the restaurant which was excellent and the breakfast buffet was also very tasty and plentiful.

The rooms are very large and confortable but perhaps starting to look a bit dated design-wise. Same as the furniture in the common areas. It would look so much more stunning with a bit of a more modern and stylish touch!! :)

Bright, clean, spacious and quiet hotel. Thank you for complimentary Cava on arrival. Beautiful building and grounds. Suited us perfectly whilst visiting friends.

Room needed full length mirror, there was only the bathroom mirror. Shaving mirror not at suitable height. Not much wardrobe space. Spa facilities very basic, expected more with this being a spa hotel. The sauna and steam room were not turned on until we wanted to use them, which meant we had to wait 30-40 minutes for them to reach temperature. Hot tub and pool very small. Luckily we were the only 2 people there, otherwise there would have been no room. Also only 1 sun lounger and 2 chairs in the whole spa area. Not nearly enough for a “spa” hotel of this size.
