Beautiful place for a relaxing break, staff friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast choices great, gorgeous buffet style and staff bring coffee, eggs & bacon on request. Near to train station for trips around the island. Top tip - order the Paella which you pick up from partner restaurant Es Garum, it was fantastic!! There are some great places to try traditional Mallorcan food close to Cas Comte. Will definitely return!

I wish there had been a ladder to use getting in & out of the pool - difficult for anyone with knee or back issues!

The hotel room in the annex was exceptionally big, cozy and quiet. The spa is okay, with a big jacuzzi, a sauna (a not really hot one, around 80 degrees), a steam bath with no lights, and heat beds. Even though this is not a bike friendly sports hotel, there was a place to store the bicycles (not equipped with anything, just a storage room) in the main building.

The hotel stuff was quite lost and doesn’t seem to be really friendly. However they answered all our questions with only exception when we were trying to reserve a dinner but were suggested to use globo instead.

Lovely hotel with great design. We were upgraded to a suite with a super comfortable sofa and large bed with good quality bedding, great bathroom with rainfall shower and jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was very good (coffee and eggs to order), and the private spa fantastic, with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, multi jet cold showers and heated beds. By chance we were staying during the "parade of demons", which was great to watch in the square. The roof terrace was a nice place to watch the sun rise - it would be lovely in the summer (small pool and sun beds).

Although the room had a kettle and coffee machine, no tea or coffee was provided.

The housekeepers / staff at breakfast was maybe a bit less friendly as expected, mixed our orders for eggs everyday except for one. There is no restroom neither at the breakfast area nor around the pool which is uncomfortable when you stay at the remote location. Parking is quite crowded, our rental was scratched one day, good thing that we had insurence. Whould have been nice to receive a small gesture as this was our honeymoon.

I liked the cleanliness, the building itself, the design of our room, the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, the breakfast, the easy way of communicating with the reception via whatsapp. We had the suite with the bathroom window facing a concrete wall, but honestly, we found it to be relaxing - nobody could look inside and it had a certain modern look :) The paella we ordered for dinner was very recommendable. There are some nice bakeries in the village where we bought pastries for our day-trips. A late check- out was made possible for an extra fee, so I could enjoy the day until the afternoon.

The mattresses of the bed were way too soft for both of us. One day, it rained very heavily, and quickly water from the roof started to enter the room. It's a pity the hotel has no own parking spaces. Coming home from our hiking trips, we always had to circle around a little bit. However, we were always able to find a parking space in 5-10 min. walking distance. The restaurant which offers the menu in the evening (Es Garum) was really a big disappointment, I wouldn't recommend going there.

- Staff during breakfast seemed overwhelmed and fell quite behind on orders (perhaps they were short on staff and simultaneously overbooked because it was Christmas holidays?). I had 30 mins to get out of the door, but it took 4 assertive tries to get my order in, then 20 mins for my tea (yet to be steeped) to arrive, and my eggs never made it at all. Not a major issue for most guests not in a hurry, but good to be aware of and plan for in case you are

Comfortable bed, clean and big room, great location, good size hot tub in room. Breakfast was perfect just what you needed to set you up for the day. Service was great and attentive. Pool area is nice we loved the view. So peaceful with the birds and church bells in back ground. You have to do the spa package it was the highlight of our week. Also, there is some lovely restaurants in the town which we preferred to ones we visited afar. The hotel is in great location to visit many other towns on the island. This place is truly special and hope to return one day!

Just minor things we thought is that would be better if there was wine glasses and cork screw in the suite. Also, there could be 1 or 2 more mirrors on the walls because there was no full length mirror or by the table and chair (assumed was dressing table) I know there’s not much space in the spa but a couples massage (at same time) would have been good. We also got a parking ticket because we parked in wrong spot, so hotel could possibly have some sort of map for when you check of areas to park to avoid getting a ticket. I wouldn’t let the issue of parking put you off booking though because this place is really special.

Absolutely beautiful and comforting place. The breakfast was amazing, the atmosphere was peaceful, the spa?! All of the amenities really made our stay such an experience. Also the staff were all super great and made the stay very pleasant and easy check in/check out process

Parking was challenging, I couldn’t imagine what it’s like during busier months. Though difficult it became easier to adjust to during our stay. I love the interior of the courtyard and receptions area, but the rooms could be decorated with more color and coziness in mind

Beautiful ancient building. Lovely dining opportunities within walking distance. . Breakfast offerings were ample. Quality sheets,bed,pillows.

Some things missed to mark that could make this a 5 star hotel. Why offer a coffee maker,complete with cups,saucers,spoons- but no coffee? No iron- not even to borrow. No cushions for the loungers on the patio. Also, didn't appreciate bering told off for taking two sealed individual packets of biscuits away from breakfast. Plus, parking was difficult, yet the booking.com advertising said parking on premesis.

Absolutely stunning. Beautiful building, really peaceful and away from the busy resorts. Room was large with a lovely terrace and gorgeous bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

Be aware that the suites are located on a different street from the main house where the reception & restaurant are. This provides privacy but not so great when it’s pouring with rain. My room was also on the 3rd floor with no lift so lots of walking up & down stairs. I was unable to eat dinner in the restaurant as didn’t realise you had to book 2 hrs in advance. Also the menus were fixed and all contained at least one fish & seafood dish (I don’t eat fish) and cost 30 euros. Some simple options like pasta would’ve been better.
