Breakfast was plentiful and varied each day. A serve-yourself buffet which means you can feel unhurried. Fresh breads and cakes, fresh fruit, eggs, cheeses, meats, yoghurts, cereals, juice and hot drinks. The bedroom was lovely with a mountain view. The bed was big and extremely comfortable and the shower is amazing. Toileteries are provided. The bed was made and the room tidied daily. The patio area is beautiful and there is a tiny swimming pool which is fun to do a few strokes in. The hostess was very kind and researched some information for us about a walk we wanted to do.

It was difficult to find the public car park when we first arrived but once you have found it it is easy to park.

We absolutely loved the modern interior with traditional facade. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything was pretty high-class and the staff was welcoming and always there to help out.

Nothing that was crucial or that was Earth-shattering. But to mention everything that we noticed. The bigger one was the sparse equipment in the gym, then we were missing one of the two warmer blankets in case the thin sheet didn’t do it and weirdly enough there was only one power outlet for the fridge and the desk lamp. So you had to choose. As already mentioned, nothing that we would have complained about!

It's a very neat and well kept hotel. Yoh can feel that they do care about what they do. Also the massage therapist there was amazing, i do suggest it after a ling day of hiking ir bike riding.

The parking situation right by the hotel is tricky, but you can park at the back of a church which is a 2min walk from the hotel so that's okay.

Everything was incredible! First time staying in Caimiri and I loved it. So quaint and cosy. There was an amazing restaurant located a 7 minute walk from Placeta Vella Turismo de Interior called Sa Tafona de Caimiri and it was so good!!! The hotel was so stunning and clean! Loved my room as well - everything was so aesthetic and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when I’m back in Mallorca!

Absolutely stunning little hotel in a beautiful town. The most beautiful bedroom, spotlessly clean,excellent shower, bed so comfortable. We arrived late but self check in was seamless and very well organised. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and very delicious. Special mention to the lovely lady who served us breakfast, she was so friendly and accommodating. Would rate this hotel 10/10. Would love to go back!

Nothing. This place was perfect

Great location. Clean and neat accommodation in a beautiful village, yet close to pretty much everything (if you have rented a car or you are by bike). Great personnel! A place to store your bicycle and tools to fix it if needed!

Everything was pretty amazing. I would appreciate a boiler or small coffee machine in the room for an early coffee before breakfast!

Everyone was kind and helpful! Fresh and clean place with a great location just at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Be aware that you should have your own transport or use taxi services to get there.

To be honest this room shouldn't be even offered as the same "class" of booking as similar ones on the higher floors - it should be specifically described so that the person who is booking it know this circumstance and can avoid disappointment and misunderstanding. If we knew that we were booking this specific one on the ground floor, we would pick another place instead. Luckily for us the management moved us to another room for the rest of the stay, so this first night was just a minor inconvenience.

Very good place! During my stay there, I felt like I was visiting relatives! Their attitude and kindness are maximum! Everything is clean and cozy! I wholeheartedly give this hotel a 10-star rating! I'm glad that such good hospitality still exists! You guys are super good, I'm so glad I found this family hotel!! I will definitely be back!

I didn't find anything I didn't like!

The facilities are really beautiful, they are really well maintained, the staff is just amazing and so helpful, gracious and really focused on making sure you have a wonderful experience. We came to Mallorca to cycle and they let us keep the bikes inside a locked area, they did some of our laundry free of charge, filled up our water bottles with ice and filtered water every morning. It's the little things that matter and they did it well and we felt well taken care of. The beds are really comfortable. This is the hotel's first season so the space is really pristine.

These are very minor points. I'm not a fan of the sink being in the main bedroom area but its not a big deal. Only thing I didn't appreciate was the lack of sound proofing. I found that I could hear people talking (at a normal voice) in the hallways really well, I could hear the TV of the neighboring rooms, I could hear the individuals walking on the floor just above. Luckily there were no party goers, the demographic while I was there was late 20s to early 40s couples.

The hotel is brand new, very quiet, the owners very helpful - a family business that I am happy to support.

There are only three points why the hotel does not get 5 stars: 1) The breakfast is very small, little choice, this should definitely be improved. More choice (just copy from other hotels), e.g. no NATUR yoghurt, the yoghurts were not well chilled. 2) There is hardly any parking near the hotel, very very very narrow streets. 3.) If possible also leave two soft pads in the hotel room.
