For those seeking peace and quiet location in the center of the island, where you can also find top-notch restaurants, this is a perfect location. Breakfast was tasty, the room was clean, comfortable and very clean.

One of 2 nights of our stay, we had no hot water in the evening. Parking is a big issue, there is nowhere we could find to park near the hotel, so we had to leave it outside the village near the Foc i Caliu restaurant and walk up every time. For us, it was not a big deal, but if you're not very mobile, it could be uncomfortable.

Marina is a great host! We could ask all the questions and we got a lot of recommendations. Very quiet, we couldn’t hear our neighbours. Location was good, parking mostly easy around the property. Bike storage was a nice addition! Pool was also there, but we did not use it as it was a bit too cold for us. There is also an elevator! Big, spacious room with a mini fridge.

The cleaning staff could have done a better job, the floor looked like it wasn’t cleaned in the days that we were there. At times, the water pressure was not strong enough and it was hard to shower. It would have been also nice to have some extra space/racks to dry our clothes/towels after swimming/cycling and a coffee machine/ water cooker would have been nice. These are all smaller things, but our stay in general was great! We would definitely recommend

Marina is very kind and takes care of you and send you every informations you will need. Room is clean and very beautiful and you have there everything what you need. Breakfasts were soooo delicious! Everything so great and as we had expected. A lovely place, run by a fantastic and engaged host Marina who shared numerous helpful tips with us. We loved how pretty, clean and quiet the place was. Every day delicious breakfasts were served, including a variety of options. Although there is no parking lot designated to the hotel, we never struggled with parking our car in close proximity on the streets.

What a wonderful experience. Marina made us feel very welcome and was more than happy to give us recommendations of places to visit whilst in Mallorca which we really appreciated. The hotel is beautiful and the location is very peaceful (not touristy at all). We needed a car to get here (to travel from Palma via public transport would have taken over 2 hours).

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. Marina is a great host, always helpful. Breakfast delicious and location perfect. We were there in November, so the hotel was a bit quiet, so we enjoyed it even more. We never had issues with parking, but as mentioned, we were in Selva off season, might more problematic during the peak season.

Very cute boutique hotel. Perfect for a stay as a couple when you plan to explore Mallorca by car or just to relax away from the hustle of the busy tourist places. The breakfast was great and we had an amazing time.

Unfortunately the elevator was not working while we were there, but it got fixed the day we left. Parking is a little bit tricky, so you should be prepared to walk to the hotel for a couple of minutes.

Everything was perfect. The town is beautiful and well located to get to everywhere on the island, especially the tramuntana. Marina was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The beds were big and comfy and all the facilities well thought out. I had to work a bit and the desk in the room and WiFi were great

The bed! We slept like babies. Rooms are clean and new, designed for your comfort with having authentic Mallorca on their mind, so that you feel where you are. I loved that cute hotel and loved that it is a family business from the island. Breakfast was also great and we really had all we needed, plus the smile and willingness to help us find our way around. Saving it to my list to return.

Fantastic stay in Selva! We loved everything about it. Especially lovely hosts: Marina and Raul. Pleasing atmoshere of the hotel with a great hospitability. Delicious breakfasts at the terrace made our stay great. We didn't want to leave! We enjoyed sleeping in comfortable beds. Room was spacious.

We liked it all. However those who come by car must be aware that there might not be a place for them at the front of the hotel. For us it was not an issue :). I would love to have some electric kettle in the room to make myself comfy with making a tea :).
