Interior was very nice , super copy and clean, good breakfast downstairs. Quite area. A few good beaches at N-W of the island.

Problem with the space in the public carpark , local person damaged our rental car on purpouse ( a man hit by the fist in the roof to make a bend ) - my wife seen through the window at the morning. Overall the worst spanish island I ever vist - clowded, food overprices and expesive and average or crap , no carpark scpaces in the most ofplaces and rude people. Attractions are also on average level for someone who already seen tropical islands.

The room was clean when we arrived. They offered us some free high quality water which I appreciate very much due to the high temperatures in summer. Andrea kindly offered to prepare a breakfast for us outside the normal breakfast hours. Moreover, they changed the pork products with some high quality cheese plate since we told them we don’t eat pork. We really enjoyed our time at Son Gris and I appreciate their hospitality.

Finding a parking spot might be a bit challenging if you come late.

We stayed in Room 1, which was really beautiful. We prefer this above all the other rooms and would book the same next time ☺️. Except from the traffic, which we knew from other reviews and with earplugs there is no issue, everything was perfect. Big comfortable room, very spacious bathroom and a little terrace. Nice living room and good breakfast. We liked the bar across the street, when we were on our bed it felt like we were in the bar 😃. But I can imagine for some the location is too busy/ loud. Selva town is quiet and very beautiful. A bike rental place is available 50 m from the hotel. The nature and surroundings are amazing!

Everything was good! Tip: Would be good to have cover sheets for the warmer blanket. The coffee could also be a bit better.

Absolutely wonderful aesthetic, felt like home but better.

They didn’t change our towels during room cleaning which was strange since we only requested cleaning once during our 5 nights stay. I personally prefer salty breakfast than sweet and it was mostly sweet, but that is just a small detail.

Perfect location if you plan to see the most important attractions of the island (30 mins from airport, 20 minutes to the beach, Formentor, Sa Colobra, Valdemossa- good logistic from the place). Hosts are nice and helpful, you can feel that Son Gris is important part of their life. Every guest can feel he is treated special way. Rooms are big and comfortable. On the basement there is rest area arranged with care about all details which creates unique atmosphere. Breakfast are tasty (excellent coffee ;-))with wide range of products (for meat lovers and vegetarians ;-)). We travel a lot, but this stay we will remember for sure. Definitely recommend to visit !!!

Building is located next to main street so it can be a little bit noisy when windows are open. We personally haven't found it as inconvenience, especially taking into consideration unique atmosphere created by Andrea and her Husband :-)

Very spacious and beautiful designed hotel at a good price. Breakfast was good, after telling that we are vegetarian, the owner did even prepare a special plate only with cheese and hummus for us.

Be prepared that the rooms are not soundproofed and the hotel is in front of a main street, so many loud cars are passing. We needed earplugs to be able to sleep.

- Style of the furnishings - Every time free water, coffee, tea and fruits - good choice of breakfast - environmental friendly (shower gel & shampoo without plastic package, nearly no plastic package at the breakfast) - location in a calm and beautiful village close to the mountains and Inca, during low season Inca offers a good choice of restaurants and during the day you can also find some good restaurants in Selva itself - comfortable bed - own fridge on the room - very friendly owner

Very nice property and nice breakfast (including some chill music). Comfy bed and spacious room (in my case, my friend's was smaller but still a decent size).

A bit noisy as the rooms give to the streets/cafés. Very difficult to park right next to the building but 5' away on foot is fine if you don't mind parallel parking.

Spacious and cosy room with a really big and comfortable bed. Super clean and well furnished with a rustic style. Mini coffee bar 24/7 in the dining area with fruits and snacks. Delicious breakfast and coffee (<3) with nice service. Located in a small, authentic town.

We were very satisfied with this accommodation. The furniture is new and fresh. The team at this property is extremely friendly and kind. They really want you to have a good time there. We arrived at the accommodation by car and always found a parking space in the nearby street. Selva is a very authentic and good location for exploring the mountains.
