The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. We had breakfast once in the hotel which was good value for money. There were plenty of restaurants around to choose food from for dinner. There are now two massive retail parks across from the hotel which also have restaurants but it was great to be able to combine a relaxing stay with retail therapy. We made best use of the pool and had a very relaxing stay. Staff are super friendly.

The lack of sunbeds around the pool was something that could be easily fixed for the Summer months. The number of beds could have easily been doubled. There were only about 20 and people were scrambling for them. The pool itself was actually quite nice.

The friendliness of the staff is noticeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is spotless. It is about 25 mins on bus into Seville but the bus stop is right outside hotel and its €1.50 a head each way with very regular schedule. The pool was closed out of season but the sun verandah was lovely. Bar snack food was lovely and great value. Lots of toiletries left incl toothpaste etc.

The buffet breakfast and dinner had limited choice.

A good hotel in a great location. Plenty of shops and dining options nearby, with a good and direct bus connection to Seville. The rooms are clean, although they may have seen better days (we had difficulty opening the window and balcony doors), and the breakfast lacked a bit more warm options (perhaps it was just our luck - definitely off-season), but the friendly staff and good price in relation to quality, especially considering the location, will likely bring us back here when we return to Seville. For those with a car - both at the hotel and in the vicinity, you can easily find free parking spaces ;)

Rooms (windows) could be renovated a bit and more warm options given for breakfast, but it was still on a decent level.

After weeks of constant traveling, we especially enjoyed the bit of rest and relaxation by the gorgeous swimming pool. All the restaurant meals were excellent as well. We stayed for three lovely days. The staff in the restaurants were fantastic, especially Virginia (and Rosa) - such friendliness and kindness will never be forgotten!!

I would have liked to use the pool a bit earlier in the morning before going out for the day, exporing the area. Pool hours were limited, but it was not a deal.breaker.

The breakfast was good, with a bit of variety each day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The location is close to the bus station that takes you to the center of Seville. There are also two shopping centers nearby. The area felt safe and quiet.

Great Location for Outside Seville with a 5/10min car ride to Metro Stop for Seville city centre Wonderful Breakfast staff with Chef Rosa and the breakfast manager who I forgot to ask her name!! Staff at the reception were all helpful at any time of day and night

Replenishment of toilette items would have been nice, nonetheless I could have asked. That some restructuring is still required after damage from a storm

The room and bed was very comfortable. All the staff were excellent and friendly at every interaction. Even when passing in the street as I was leaving. A smile goes a long way. Thank you.

The breakfast looked amazing and offered a wide selection but I didn't know that eggs were available to request until the last day. Some blueberries would have been nice too. The Coffee machines don't make the best coffee.

The hotel needs to take in consedration halal meet as mostly pork items . Also thin walls which we can hear the neighbours

It is comfortable and clean and the staff was very kind.

I think it is absolutely unbelievable that there are no eggs for breakfast!!! None of the days I was. There were other tourists that were very unhappy about that. You may have eggs but need to order and pay additionaly. Never met that - no eggs for breakfast.

1 - Spotless clean 2- room with excellent size and all the necessary amenities 3- location is great with a mall and supermarket in front of it and easy access to essencial roads. 5- the breakfast had lots of variety 6- parking underground upon a small extra fee but also have the option of free parking around the hotel area.
