From the minute we arrived to the moment we left the staff were exceptional. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and we were even contacted before our arrival to see if there was anything else we needed during our stay. We were offered a complimentary early check-in and check-out. The hotel itself has been beautifully designed and furnished, including the rooms with all soft furnishing being of the highest quality. Whilst we didn't dine at Nobu, the restaurant and bar looked incredible, with a great view over looking the square. The location was also perfectly situated with great views from the roof terrace.

The roof area was incredible, and we were fortunate that it wasn't very busy during our stay, so we had access to the plunge pool every day. My very minor comment would be that whilst there was ample seating areas, there only seemed to be 2 sun loungers for the entire roof area. So to help support busier periods it would be good to have a couple more. However I have literally no complaints at all and would urge anyone that is visiting Seville to book a stay at Nobu. We'll be booking again without hesitation.

Great location in the old town, convenient to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfy. Nice roof top bar.

The water pressure is very weak which you need to take a longer time to bath and wash hair particular for girls with long hair. The room facing to the back street which offer slightly quietness than facing to the square but still quite noisy when people speak loud downstairs when walking by, people speak loud in general. No sunshine as the room facing to the back street and the light in the room is too dim.

One of the standout features of Nobu Sevilla is its unbeatable location. Situated just a short stroll from Seville's most iconic attractions, the hotel makes it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. The majestic Seville Cathedral and the Giralda Tower, with their stunning Gothic architecture, are only a 5-minute walk away. The Real Alcázar, a magnificent palace complex with lush gardens, is similarly close, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the rich history of Seville effortlessly.

The pricing of both the rooms and the on-site dining options felt quite steep. Although the quality was exceptional, the high costs might deter budget-conscious travellers.

Beautiful building in perfect location. Very stylish and the staff are wonderful, friendly and professional - they cannot be faulted.

We had the junior suite and for some inexplicable reason the designer had decided not to put a door on the bathroom. It may work for Instagram but very odd. Plus the toilet had a black glass door that by its very nature doesn't fit the frame and leaves gaps all round. There were 8 hangers and nowhere else to put clothes except in a heap at the bottom of the wardrobe - no drawers or shelves. There's a Nespresso machine but no water provided after the first night. The stairwell is open to the bar at the front so music is very audible in the bedroom, I had to ask for it to be turned down at 11.30pm.

The hotel is gorgeous! And you can’t ask for a better location! The room, the bed, the bathroom, all stunning. The rooftop patio was beautiful, as was the dipping pool and the gym. The hotel felt quite empty considering how packed the city was for Holy Week, so there wasn’t any noise from the patio in my room. But I imagine that if there had been more people, the room I got would have been very difficult to sleep in…room 413. The restaurant for dinner…amazing!!! The best meals (multiple dinners) I had in Sevilla. The black cod was better than any Nobu I’ve ever been to…scrumptious. And the staff was VERY attentive and SUPER friendly! I’m so terrible with names but there were a few lovely, friendly people at reception and bellmen. And there was a wonderfully warm and charming man from Brazil that I had an entertaining laugh/chat with, so so friendly.

I couldn’t figure out the thermostat so it got pretty warm in my room. I didn’t bother complaining because I was only there 2 nights. I didn’t like the breakfast. I think I paid about 40EU for an eggs Benedict and it wasn’t very good. And the espresso I got was full of coffee grounds. Also, there was only one staff member so someone at reception had to take my order. I think they need a little work on their morning and daytime food offerings.

The location, room, staff, food were all excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with a good knowledge of what things to do in the city would suit us best.

The pool was not really as it looked and is very shallow. Also we located the gym as we had intended to use it but it was not accessible and was being used to store furniture.

Absolutely cannot fault the hotel, The food, the bar, the staff were all outstanding. Perfect service with out being in your face, all very polite and spoke excellent English, A huge warm welcome every time we came back to the hotel. Highly recommend it and the locations is just perfect.

There wasnt anything I didnt like, only thing that would have been useful was more information on what services the hotel had, we didnt notice anything in our room and discovered a wonderful roof top bar on our last day.

It was simply Amazing!!! The staff was amazing and they Catered to our food needs we are vegetarian. The concierge is AMAZING! Pablo is great! He arranged private car and driver like we wanted for many days plus made reservations in the top restaurants and tickets to see the attractions in Seville , Grenada and Cordova!!!! We got a suite ! Will definitely be going back .we want to thank Miriam , Kauthe , Carlos , Pablo the chef too ! They’re my friends now too !!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location of this hotel is exceptional in the heart of the city opposite the Town Hall. The rooms are beautifully stylish and extremely comfortable.

The room service menu was limited and would like to have had the option to order sushi from the Japanese restaurant in the hotel also.

The personal welcome and the helpful professional staff. From a glass of cold cava on arrival, to lots of useful advice on what to do as we checked in. Even a WhatsApp number to stay in touch if we needed to. Everyone we were in contact with at the hotel had a wonderful demeanour…we cannot single any out.

Lounge area on the roof needs more thinking to bring more vibe and fun. Maybe play music or offer a sundowner…
