The property was spacious modern clean and well maintained. We booked a twin room and were provided a double room but after requesting this be changed and showing the booking again an alternative room of the same standard was provided. The hotel staff were always polite and helpful.

The bathroom layout did not provide privacy when using the toilet or shower. They were modern and large but lacked privacy. There was a coffee machine in the room that could be used for just hot water but being English when making tea the water needs to boil and with no kettle the tea was rubbish.

Breakfast is buffet, limited and 3 star Minibar empty so have to ask for stuff that gets quickly delivered Bit odd not to have bathroom toilet door for complete privacy Rooms are good size with balcony Beds are comfortable Our room was communicating room Parking is secure but may be limited and charged extra Pools for kids and adults are closed in winter season but look great We did not attend spa or gym but would be good

Absolutely stunning and clean. Room was spacious and comfortable.Each room has a terrace overlooking two lovely swimming pools and the ocean. Bathroom had shower as well as tub. Guests are given beach towels at poolside. Beach very accessible from hotel. There is a poolside bar and snack place next to pool area and lots of chairs and longes to sit by poolside. It was very relaxing! The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.

I would suggest water bottles in room for guests as an added feature, but everything was wonderful.

The facilities were recently renovated and looked modern and nice. The bed was very comfortable and huge so, we could rest very good.

The main point was regarding the quality of the food and its cost. The prices of the restaurants were really expensive for the quality of the food they offer. The buffet was 37€ per person, beverages not included, and the buffet was correct but not the quality and variety you expect when paying more than 80€ for two people… And the other two restaurants shared the same menu and they had too low food quality for the high prices they have. For example, 14€ for 6 micro squids, or a tomato salad for 14-15€ where the tomatoes were overripe.

I have to say the nicest staff I’ve come across in any hotel I’ve stayed at. In particular Alicia, Ariana, Andrea were so helpful. Beautiful hotel always spotless. 2 big pools which my kids enjoyed playing in. Plenty of sunbeds. Rooms are huge. Being a family of 4 we had 2 adjoining rooms. Comfortable beds. Rooms cleaned daily. Plenty to choose from at breakfast.

Room and sea view was just lovely! Spacious room and balcony too. Felt relaxed whole time. Sun beds spaced out. So many to choose from too. Gorgeous pool! Very warm welcome : couldn’t do enough for us. Buffet breakfast : not rushed and plenty to choose from. Ate at citrus bar .. lovely food.

Paying for coffee pods! Car park was 20euros a day: we didn’t pay it as there’s parking all around hotel.

The staff are excellent, very helpful & polite. It's easy enough to find a place to park in the public parking area next to the hotel without having to pay the 20€/night for the hotel parking. The room was very nice with no noise from outside. Spacious enough for a couple. Close to the beach when the weather is nice (when we were there, it was not!) A very good a la carte restaurant. Not far from either Almeria city, or to Cabo de Gata National Park, both of which we enjoyed visiting. On the whole, a nice weekend stay.

Very disappointed with the indoor pool & spa. the water jets, etc did not work. Neither did the showers.

The front desk staff was exceptional! Very friendly and welcoming and spoke excellent English. Large clean rooms, great patio with pretty seaview (through the umbrellas and pool area).

The room could have had a little more furniture in it for its size. A little sofa or more chairs. The surrounding town didn't have much to offer. We did arrive on a Tuesday when more restaurants were closed, even the hotel restaurant.

Uhmm it's a dream resort.. the hotel, the food, the people, the rooms,the staff!! Wish I could name them all.. Miguel/Ariana/Alicia/Jose/Diego/Antonio/Manuel/Andres Then all the breakfast staff. Almost everything, fantastic facilities and treatment.

The service and efficiency in the pool bar was seriously lacking. They never knew where rarely ordered items coukd be found, they were loud, the argued amongst themselves and took forever to take and fill your order. Curiously, and this is true, it worked much better when the crew was just women. The men tended to bluster around not really accomplishing anything. Very frustrating. That being said, in the actual restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffets the food and service was always really good. We’ll definitely go back , but the poolside bar simply needs to be much more professional.
