The hotel had a wide range of different food; drink and desserts. The swimming pool was spacious and perfectly placed at the southern most point of the property which also possessed direct access to a public beach. Though I didn't use them, there were a wide range of amenities such as pool tables; table tennis tables and games arcades. The hotel offers a spa service and a golf course is a 3 minute drive away. The room was big and maintained regularly - the staff take good care of the resort.

The road outside my room was busier than I would have liked, owing to the fact I was directly opposite a public leisure center.

Great hotel for families - our children loved the arcade, pools and water slides. It is very close to a nice beach and though we went in peak summer, the beach was almost empty and we had a very enjoyable swim in the sea as well as in the hotel's pools. The evening entertainment by the pool (flamenco guitarist and singer covering popular songs) was high quality and we enjoyed mojitos watching it. The rooms were spacious and the interconnected rooms for families were perfect for us. The Endesa EV chargers near the hotel worked perfectly for charging overnight.

The evening buffet was poor value at €90 for a family of 4. With pricey drinks on top of that it's a very expensive meal.

Nice room with a direct sea view. Lovely furniture, I guess it was renovated recently. Beautiful vegetation in the garden, especially various palm trees and olive trees. Good breakfast. Coffee machine in the room with good coffee. The receptionist was really very nice.

Wi-fi is really bad, it practically doesn’t work. Floor tiles all over hotel really need renovation, the whole bathroom as well. The pools were fenced which really spoils the look. A sign that pools are closed would be sufficient. The floor at the pool and garden area doesn’t look nice. The indoor pool was totally cold, the same temperature as the outdoor’s. Not possible to swim.

The air conditioner can't be turned on because the hotel has set the temperature too high, making it very hot at night. I have to open the balcony door to sleep, otherwise I can't sleep. Even if I contact the staff, they can‘t fix anything. The air conditioner shouldn’t be adjusted like this because the weather outside isn‘t that cold yet.😞🥵

The hotel is beautifully decorated and we had a large room on the 1st floor. Great to have a coffee machine , coffee and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. There is free parking just outside the hotel.There is a lovely pool bar overlooking the pool and drinks are reasonably priced. There are some lovely walks from the back of the hotel and it's around 1km along the seafront to the restaurants and shops. Early breakfast was a must for us as we had an early flight so great to get breakfast starting at 7.30.

The hotel was freezing cold,the wind was blowing through the corridors. No heating in the room. The choice of food at dinner was appalling for the money we paid, very little choice. The restaurant was cold and most guests wore outside clothing! Breakfast was a big improvement on dinner with lots of hot and cold choices. Hotels shouldn't charge so much for half board if they aren't willing to give the same service as if they were full...we are all paying guests after all. If you are going out of season go bed and breakfast and eat out in one of the towns restaurants.

This was a 1 night stay in November, so it was off-season. The surrounding was super quiet, however there were enough restaurants to have dinner. Our room was adequate for 2 adults and a dog - there was a pack of treats and a dog bowl waiting in our room, what we loved. Spacious bathroom with bathtube as well as spacious balcony overlooking pool area. A huge boardwalk by the sea.

The property is stunning and the decor has a very chill out vibe. Even though it has a mini aqua park it is very relaxing and not extremely busy or noisy with kids. On arrival there were water bottles in room and a little gift bag for kids. Free parking outside no need to pay

Tiki poolside bar … service was awful. We waited 45 mins just to ask for drinks. Drinks overly priced at pool. Lifeguards too relaxed

The hotel is by the beach . Nice pool area though this was closed being near the end of season.

Breakfast wasn't hot and overcooked. Many areas closed . Pool spa closed . The indoor pool wasn't clean, and I didn't feel like it had been attended to. I understand it was near the end of the season, but it could have been better.

Clean, a lot of options to spend the time and good food. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

The noise from the outside coming into the room (until midnight). But also the door to our room had a slight gap versus the floor which meant we heard all the noise from the hallway or from the outside. Doesn’t help that the hallways is open space with the outside.

Everything, location ideal only 10 minutes from the airport. We booked half board, the breakfast was amazing as well as the dinner. We booked Connecting room with sea view and it was very specious, very comfortable, clean and the view was spectacular. The holiday was to celebrate my wife's birthday and the hotel wrote a nice comment with special plate of fruits and a box full of candy for my little daughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We've enjoyed every minute during our stay. We will go back without any doubt..
