Breakfast; parking and electric charging; excellent restaurant

Not clear instructions about access to parking upon arrival. The parking is across the street from the hotel entrance, and easy to get in if you know it, but easy to miss when you first arrive there. One cannot park in the streen right in front of the hotel, as street is busy. It would be very helpful if additional instructions are given to clients on this matter.

Comfortable bed. Great location. Extremely attentive staff. Wonderful food. Wonderful breakfast.

The toilet paper is of very poor quality, which is not in keeping with the hotel itself, nor with the price paid. The bathroom does not have complete amenities. The hotel does not provide room service. We had to have dinner in the room, and my husband had to go down and order the food. So far, so good. But the food did not even come covered. My husband brought the food open, exposed, from the restaurant to our room (via the elevator). The soundproofing of the rooms is poor. We could hear other guests snoring from our room.

The hotel is very modern and has all the facilities you could need. The room was lovely, with and very nice bathroom and a walkin shower. The air con was cool and very quiet during the night. With out doubt the best part was breakfast, so much choice. The staff also deserve a special mention as they were all helpful and spoke many languages. I was also able to park my car undercover and also charge it at the same time

Our only criticism was the bar did not fully open until 8pm, coffee and wine were available before then but that was all. Also the restaurant did not open until 8pm which again was too late for us. This did not detract from an excellent stay.

This is a family run hotel with a very special feel and approach. Amazing paintings and furniture on each floor of the hotel and main lobby. A 10 minute walk with incline from station to Hotel. Supermarket close by. Room was clean, simple and functional. Shame that 2 single beds were pushed together instead of being converted to a double bed, but beds were comfortable. Close to Dali Museum. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and adequate. Evening meal was fantastic. Room was large enough for 2 for a short stay. Could have done with more toiletries in bathroom, especially as there was a bath. Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was easy to find in the centre of town. The room was very comfortable.

Arriving at the hotel was difficult because it is on one of the main roads through the town that is very busy during the working day. The garage, whilst being very useful, was on the opposite side of the road which required a circuitous loop around the one-way system to reach it. The noise of heavy traffic could also be heard (faintly) in the room

The room had great AC, super soft towels which is rare nowadays, fridge, kettle in the room for the convenience. The front desk person can slowly speak Spanish, so you can polish your speaking and listening skills if your level is intermediate. Thank you for being kind and helpful!

There will be one suggestion is to include more plant-based options to the restaurant menu. Otherwise, the experience was amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff, generous amenities and a great restaurant next door. You can tell the staff care, and they know the property well. The breakfast was top notch! When we were leaving, a staff member sweeping the already spotless floor, was concerned there weren’t any umbrellas for the guests. It’s these types of details that separate the ok hotels from the ones that deserve to thrive!

There wasn’t a table in the room to have a drink inside, however the balcony did. I guess it depends on the weather:)

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, whether it was arranging a taxi or answering questions about the surrounding area. The room was spacious, especially considering the price, and had a nice big window. The location is also excellent, within walking distance from the train station and the Dalí Theatre-Museum. Friendly staff, clean and everything worked well. Good central location, nice restaurants around. We only stayed for one night but it was a good choice for that night.

In the morning from about 10am there was very loud music on the ground floor and we were just on the 1st floor and there wasn’t much soundproofing on the corridor so the sound of other guests woke us from about 8am. Also, it’s a nice hotel but not quite as well furnished as I would expect for the 4* listing.

The most comfortable bed I’ve slept on for a long time . Had a steamer for your clothes inside the wardrobe which was very handy . Very easy to walk into the centre town in less than ten minutes .

A bit noisy at night from the room next door so not that well sound proofed . Great for a short stay but not enough facilites to stay for a holiday
