3rd time staying here. Brilliant location, unbelievably clean and secure as always. Staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Plenty sport on the TV in the bar. Rooms well serviced throughout the week. Close to the shops to be able to get groceries or anything else needed. Parking available on the street for free or private hotel car park for €10 a night.

Pool bar closed at 17:30 each evening which was disappointing. Also the pool bar was extremely expensive, €6.20 for a draught beer. This was much cheaper on our previous 2 stays. As it was Easter week and the hotel was very busy, the pool bar should have been open at night and entertainment should have been on for the guests, even if was only until 9 or 10. The indoor pool was free for guests, however they charge €8 to use the jacuzzi and €12 to use the gym and sauna, this should be free to all guests like most hotels. It was quite expensive to stay here over Easter and between the lack of entertainment and pool bar in the evening, the cost of things at the pool bar and the indoor pool extras, it was rather disappointing this time around

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It had a large outdoor pool and plenty of loungers. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. There was also table tennis, tennis, and mini golf. Our teenagers had a great time. The staff was very friendly. Towels were never a problem. The cleaning ladies were also always friendly. The hotel was clean and fragrant. There were also activities for children and adults (e.g., water aerobics). The ladies personally informed guests. I also liked that there were designated smoking areas (although I don't smoke) and areas for people with dogs. I would gladly return to this hotel.

We had half board for 11 days. The meals were generally tasty. Dinner was not to our liking for two days, as we couldn't find any beef, lamb or turkey in the sauce, as there were only bones.

Lovely hotel, one bed apartment suitable for family of four, although I have adult children now so two bed would have been more suitable, however, that just personal preference as the sifa beds are nore than sufficient for an adult.l, Really nice pool area, plenty sunbeds available. Pool bar really clean and modern with good food selection. Only sampled it one and no complaints. Tried out the indoor poll and jacuzzi, needs some TLC, very grubby around the jacuzzi, could do with a power wash. Location was perfect, a few metres from the Myrimar shopping Centre and a 20 minute stroll to the beach area or the bus stop a few feet from the hotel, brought you right to the centre of Fungeroila in 10 minutes. Really good choices to eat out. Christys bar & Restaurant was great for breakfast or of you want to catch some sports. We watched the hurling there. Was good fun and lovely staff. The rooftop bars in the shopping centre are also worth a visit. Really nice tapas and views, kids area with games and Karting. Would definitely recommend for families. Lots of shopping to be done also. 😁 some fabulous Womens clothes shops. Really good holiday, beautiful place, will definitely return.

The indoor pool and jacuzzi in the hotel was disappointing.

Good location, walking distance to the beach, waterpark, og zoo. Right next to the mall. Good access to the bus. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food, although it was the same everyday. Pools were great, and nice to have the small one for younger children. Lots of activities in the hotel during the day, and evening entertainment. Cleaning staff very nice.

I would like to have access to more information about the hotel and the surroundings in the room or lobby, for instance the gym (that had extra cost), the busses, menu for the restaurant etc. The room needed more hooks to hang clothes, towels, etc. It would have been nice tonbe able to buy a sponge and a small dish soap for the kitchenette, as it is such a waste to buy large containers for few days.

In great location nice 10/15 min walk to beach , few mins walk to shops bus stop few fast food outlets , family 1 Bedroom was lovely and spacious, rooms cleaned every day not hassle with towels or sun bed 😉, staff lovely and friendly and helpful , bed little hard but pull out beds were ok , had to afk for extra pillows tho as they are a little flat , but was given them as soon as I asked ,

No children entertainment or adult , understand it’s low season but there really was very busy and lots of adults with children there esp around the pool , 3 life guards there did a great job now must say ,

Despite using a wheelchair I was able to get around the complex with ease. Pool very accessible and accessible toilets too! Very clean grounds. Stool provided for me to access the shower easily.

Patio doors that opened wider so I could have got my wheelchair through - but this was something that would only affect someone using a wheelchair. We did move one of the sofa beds which was placed at an angle that made it difficult with the space when opened.

The location was beyond my expectations - just a few minutes from a large park that can be walked all the way to the ocean. There is a large mall around the corner as well, with grocery store, making it easy to stock the kitchen as needed. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

While the rooms are large and have a full kitchen, they don't offer items you might expect in a hotel such as coffee and tea. This was easy to adjust for with the grocery nearby, but was a surprise nonetheless. The beds were a bit hard, but worth living through it for the cost and location. The elevator is slow if that is important to anyone, and there is a bit of a walk between check in and the various rooms for those who might struggle with mobility, it is useful to know.

Staff were amazing. Front office staff, cleaners, life gaurds, bar staff etc... so friendly and wonderful English (we tried a few orders in Spanish which they really appreciated) Location was about 10 minute walk from the main strip, taxi is only €6 but there is a blue & white bus outside the hotel that is only €1.20 into town and kids are free and runs until midnight. Located 2 minute walk to the local Lidl store and across the road is a massive shopping centre with a supermarket. Room is cleaned and bed and towels changed daily. So clean and tidy.

Beds are very thin and uncomfortable and the pool not opening until 10.30 am when you have young kids that are up from 6am!! was so disappointing.

I didn’t like the fact that I asked many days before departure if we can have a late discharge and we were told from reception to check on morning of discharge if they need the room and is possible, next day tried my luck with another staff and I’ve been told same. On the day of departure without someone looking into system to check availability, told us we can stay and pay 130 euro price for another night. I do understand to pay a fee is normal but full night is way to much, not to mention I did not pay for my stay this amount per night, was 112 euro. So I ended on reception for 6 hours with a 4 months old baby. They could’ve told me days before that to arrange a different accommodation for that day

The stays were clean with beautiful view. Close to the mall and bus stations. Pool and everything.

We were sposed to check at 2:00 but the appartement wasn’t ready so we had to wait till 05:00. The good thing is that stuff offer us alternative. They gave us place to change our clothes and keep our bags safe inside. They also offer us to go to the pool until our stay get ready. The guy in reception was very nice and explained to me the struggle. But the management should work on this matter to avoid recurring.
